An expendable character will be killed off.
  • Given that there is some level of Grey-and-Gray Morality in play with the story due to there being both unsavoury humans and unsavoury monsters roaming about as well as some events being the result of stubbornness, refusal to share necessary information, and simply being misguided I believe there will be some big event that will show us that not everything will be sunshines, rainbows, and kittens. I also believe it would make for some interesting character development for Frisk because witnessing or learning about the event of a character's death would force them to re-evaluate their worldview. Of course the character has to be somebody that can be killed without the moderator's fanbase going into a complete uproar. It also can't violate consistency within the story (since it's implied that Frisk went Genocidal in an Alternate Universe when Aidrian was killed). Because of this the main cast must not be killed, but somebody like a minor or original character could be killed off and leave an impact while not ruining the story.

Maverick knows that the reset power no longer exists.
  • Ever since Maverick came to stop Aidrian's death, It never hit me that the reset power could've helped to prevent Aidrian's death. So I asked myself, "Why couldn't the Frisk in Maverick's world reset to a point before Aidrian's death? that way, they could've gotten Sans and the others to help save her." WE, "out of character", know that Frisk can no longer reset but that's not the case "In character". We wouldn't have thought to ask Maverick if Frisk could still reset because Word of God already confirmed that the reset power doesn't exist anymore so there was no need to ask....or so we thought. It was a good thing that Maverick came from the future to save Aidrian when he did, yet not many of us realized that the situation could've easily been prevented with Frisk's reset power. The fact that Maverick had to come from the future to save Aidrian is proof that Maverick at least knows that the reset power in Maverick's world doesn't exist anymore, and anticipating that Frisk's reset power wouldn't work in the AFAC!Verse, Maverick came here to prevent Aidrian's death so that fate can still be changed, even without the reset power.
    • Confirmed. Maverick told us Chara destroyed the reset button at a point in time after the monsters were freed but before Frisk went back for Flowey.

Chara has the remainder of Asriel's soul inside them.
  • If you pay attention, Chara sometimes clutches at their chest. that's how Chara reacted when MWSIH!Chara mentioned to them that they were too stupid to realize what they have, and when Chara saw Maverick's reaction to them being alive in the ghostly sense (either that, or they were clutching at their chest from being pulled by his blue soul attack. Either way, it's all the more reason to believe Chara has the remainder of Asriel's soul.) So when Asriel died, Chara's may have unconsciously and unintentionally absorbed Asriel's soul pieces but they didn't become a soul fusion because Asriel's dust and soul were separated. This explains why when Asriel's body turned to dust there were no "soul pieces" included when Asriel was revived as Flowey. This definitely explains what sets Hermann and Lucida apart from Flowey: neither of them had absorbed any souls like Flowey had done when he was Asriel.
  • There's evidence of this: Look at this image—specifically, the computer screen. Notice how the monster soul in the human soul has a black dot at the very center? It's not just a black dot, it's a hole. Flowey's soul bit is missing from it. It's basically telling us that the rest of Asriel's soul is inside a human soul....Chara's soul. That's why Maverick said Chara is the LAST person who should know that bit of info. Because if they knew, there's no telling how they'd react.
  • More proof can be found in these images—you can very faintly see what looks like a monster soul with a dot-shaped hole in the center in Chara's if you look closely. This basically confirms that the monster soul belongs to Asriel due to the dot-shaped soul Flowey has.
    • How hasn't exactly been confirmed. However, I do got a hunch. Asriel and Chara need to hug in order for the 'soul transfer' to work. MWSIH's Chara (possessing Frisk) and Asriel hugged and Chara was wearing an amulet containing Asriel's soul. That wasn't just Rei throwing the fandom a bone. That was a hint for us make sure the same thing happens here. Only with less accusation of betrayal.
  • After some askers managed to trick Chara(possessing ADC!Chara's drunk body) into hugging Flowey by telling him that he's turned into a Hypergod of white chocolate, it looks like this is happening.

Maverick's world is suffering a zombie apocalypse.
  • Think about it. Determination lets a soul continue to linger. Determination injected into monster dust without a physical medium creates an amalgamate. doing that same process only WITH a physical medium makes a perfect monster resurrection. Maverick said that what's worse than what humans would've thought of monsters killing humans was how it affected Frisk. If Frisk was THAT close to seeing their sister again, and that chance was just taken away from them....Frisk would have been desperate to see their sister alive again. They had the means of doing just that too. Since Maverick's universe and this universe are so different. It's hard to tell how it would have started. Be it Frisk using their determination to see Aidrian alive again. They succeed but not as well as they hoped. They could go as far begging someone to help them use Gaster's equipment and stealing Aidrain's body from the morgue. It would've been possible for Frisk to be in so much grief, that they would go through those lengths their sister. This would explain why karmic retribution was a necessary element in surviving Maverick's world, because a zombie would have to kill people, human and monster, to eat. To kill is to gain EXP and LV. And we all know Karmic Retribution is VERY effective in dealing damage to those with a high LV. the fact that Maverick is LV 3 should not be too surprising considering he is from a post-apocalyptic world where learning Sans' powers was necessary for survival. As sad as it is to say this considering Maverick's true identity, in Maverick's world, it was kill or be killed.
    • I was wrong, Maverick didn't kill zombies. He only killed one person: Chara. Word of God confirmed that EXP gain is determined by how emotionally attatched the killer is to the one being killed. The EXP value Chara had for Maverick was enough to level him up 2 times, he cared for Chara that much. This also means the very nuke that hit Maverick's world can still hit this one as well.

Maverick is the Asriel from Man Who Speaks In Hands.
  • In MWSIH, Frisk is possessed by Chara and Asriel is alive. Maverick is a grown-up Asriel from a universe wherein everyone mysteriously died. Maverick also came out of the portal that had already been shown to lead to MWSIH. The one main hole in this theory is that Maverick was drawn in the AFAC art style from the moment he exited the portal, and though Chiller did change artstyles after spending a while in AFAC, he took hours to do so.
    • Nope, Word of God confirmed that MWSIH!Frisk is an only child. And MWSIH!HG already knows that if they don't control their anger, they'll wind up "Taking a kid's big sister away from them all over a misunderstanding." Also, Maverick appeared in the AFAC!Verse just before the true lab arc in the MWSIH!Verse. It wouldn't have made sense if Maverick was MWSIH!Asriel because MWSIH!Asriel was still a flower.

Why else would they be mentioned multiple times in the comic? The plot would either be:
  • The Parents spread horrible rumours to both Monsters and Humans to demonize Frisk and Adrian, becuase they're just assholes.
  • The Parents are too distracted by their own egos and racism, and end up either killing themselves or harming someone they actually care about.
  • They will team up with Jerry to embarrass Frisk or just out of spite.
  • They will attempt to steal Frisk back and abuse them even more.

Frisk's ex-parents are dealing some of their own bitterness off to monsters now that they don't have Frisk.
  • If I know their characters right. They most likely know about kids disappearing on Mt. Ebott. If those two pathetic excuses for parents hate monsters for any reason, it's for taking away their emotional punching bag.

Harlow Garamond really didn't intend to kill Aidrian and her murder was entirely accidental.
  • Freja told us that intentions are crucial when dealing to someone. When she was about to ambush Undyne, she had no intention of killing her. While Freja is powerful, her intentions of not killing her daughter would've dialed back the actual damage to 1 or 2 HP. She didn't say that no damage at all would be taken. 1 or 2 HP taken off would be the bare minimum of the damage Undyne WOULD have taken.
  • Now, look at HG saying that they weren't trying to kill Aidrian but only maim her at the very least. Aidrian's HP was dangerously low at about 1 HP. HG must have been blinded by rage to the point of forgetting to check Aidrian's HP before attempting to maim her. That's why Maverick's Aidrian died. HG must have been trying to chip off 1 or 2 HP like Freja tried to do with Undyne. HG never considered that Aidrian's HP would be THAT low.
  • As for Braids strangling Jason, I believe he saw a human do that to another human (quite possibly to death) on a movie. But since he didn't see the choked out human turn to dust, he must've thought choking a human would knock them unconcious and nothing more. He wasn't trying to kill Jason at all. An innocent misconception that cost an arm.
  • Flowers had an odd choice of words. She said "Beat up" rather than "Kill." It is strange that someone would say "beat up" if someone were out for blood.

The "ghost cake" will not succeed in triggering Chara's Heel–Face Turn.
  • It IS just a cake, after all. "It's the thought that counts" may be the aim here, but Chara believes that the good things in the world only make the rest of the world worse. Something really substantial will be needed to convince Chara to abandon their crusade.
    • Technically confirmed, seeing as Drunk!Chara ate the cake.

Harlow Garamond's attack was instigated by Chara behind the scenes.
  • Chara went to HG and told them of how Aidrian attacked Papyrus, conveniently leaving out Aidrian's reasons for doing so. This would cause HG to fly into a rage and attack Aidrian and unknowingly murder her. This is Chara's plan; instigating an Accidental Murder to cause human-monster relations to turn to chaos and bring about another war where the world's people would off themselves. And it almost worked before Maverick got involved.
    • I actually thought that but that doesn't make sense. If this was Chara's plan. Why was Maverick shocked at Chara having a plan in the first place? Though, the gif image with Aidrian in it does raise a few questions. While a plan may not have happened in Maverick's world, it is a fact that Chara and Aidrian's death are connected.
    • It may be that Chara's plan was simply never revealed to Maverick. If this was Chara's plan, it would be difficult to trace to them; no one would know that Harlow Garamond had a Man Behind the Man.
    • Jossed; Chara's plan was unrelated—they sought to pretend to be a skeleton monster to get close to Frisk.

The crossover in the fourth arc will be with the askblog Ask Drunk Chara.
  • Confirmed!

The Narrator was a human who somehow fell into the void.
  • Specifically they're a parent (probably a father) of one of the fallen children who fell Underground and ended up in the void while trying to find them.
    • Actually, they're Paolo, the perseverance SOUL.

The latest prophecy refers to Gaster and Hermann.
  • "Two fell fellows evade the fourth wall." These two haven't had much screentime this arc.
  • "One is cloaked in linen lied lies." Sounds alot like something Hermann would say.
  • "Another waits, long-suffering in static and soilitude." This is basically Gaster's fate when he fell into the CORE.
  • "confront them with the truth, if you dare." No idea what 'the truth' is, but pretty clear we need to ask them about it
    • It's MWSIH!Chara possessing Frisk. In all honesty, I thought that was referring to AFAC!Chara's plan but now that I read this. it makes much more sense. Herman can still send texts to goopster. We CAN screw Chara over big time over there....but, if we DARE. we could mess things up. That kind of "trick us into triggering a bad-end" kind of deal. I know Rei gave us prior to true pacifist arc gave us a hidden "Ov O forgive?" but I have no idea what would happen.
  • "But first, in the near future, a fell fellow from very far away will fall and probably break their TV or something idk". VERY MEANINGFUL!! mr edgegoat breaks the family tv.
    • jossed it drunk chara

Chara's plan involves possessing a fallen Child's body and going to school.
  • They waited until monday, a school day, to disappear. then we see a dug up hole in the ground, and a silhouette. It's Paulo because of the line going down their chest.
  • It had to be a fallen child's body. Stealing a body from a graveyard would grab unwanted attention. stealing a body from an unmarked grave where no human would visit because disappearances and humanity is none-the-wiser.
  • I suspect that Chara planned to go to school as a new student and somehow took precautions in making sure the school had them in the student database. I HIGHLY suspect they are going to be in Frisk's class. We should find them sometime before the bell rings to let everyone out. (Beware the eve of white bells chiming. The plagued one shall strike, blinded and unknowing. From the Ash, a phoenix will rise.)
  • Believe it or not, it's our one chance to get Chara to give Asriel his soul back. Just make sure Flowey has that conversation with an undead child that resembles Paulo.
  • One is cloaked in linen lied lies is Callalied. They have the same backstory as Chara same birthday on May 22 but, they are the only one in the class that doesn't a birth year, same weird fixation with Frisk, they hate humans and pirates. Thier name also ties into the flower Calla Lilies that has the meaning of death and rebirth .We need to confront Callalied About all this. Either they're Chara in disguise are connected with them in someway.
    • Confirmed, sort of. They dug up their own skeleton and pretended to be a skeleton monster.

Multiversal Correlation
  • The title is pretty much what I’m naming an in-game phenomenon where, between 2 universes, events transpire in a similar but different fashion. MWSIH and AFAC are the ones I am concerned about. I am well aware of the differences between each universe which is why I will mark the differences for each of the events. The following events are examples of Multiversal Correlation.
    • Papyrus took part in helping heal a human closely related to Aidrian with magic ice cream. (AFAC: Jason, MWSIH: Jeb)
    • Gaster’s wife died and was then revived. (AFAC: Herman, MWSIH: Lucida)
    • Chara possessed Frisk and went on a rampage. (AFAC: stopped possession before True Pacifist route, MWSIH: hasn’t stopped possessing Frisk yet…..Seems to have a mysterious reason for still remaining in Frisk. I know I said My distrust in them died down but I’m still 20% not trusting of him.)
    • Chara’s secret was hidden in Golden Flowers (AFAC: made a plan that involves possessing the body of one of the fallen children that came before Frisk, MWSIH: still possessing the body of Frisk. Nobody knew that until after the Barrier was the destroyed)
    • Gaster was pulled out of the void. (AFAC: Pulled by Sans. MWSIH: Honestly, I have no idea. I think the mysterious skeleton known as Ransom Note is responsible.)
    • And, assuming everything works out well, Chara giving Asriel his soul back by hugging him. (AFAC: Chara has Asriel’s soul inside them. MWSIH: Chara, possessing Frisk, hugs Asriel and he finds that the necklace they wore contained Asriel’s soul.)

The narrator is the purple/perseverance soul.
  • This hint about the narrator's identity, consisting of emojis, shows glasses (referring to the purple soul's Cloudy Glasses ingame), a sheet of paper (alluding to the purple soul's Torn Notebook), and an umbrella (likely a reference to Waterfall, where these items were found). The last emoji is a human face that looks an awful like Paulo, AFAC's interpretation of the purple soul.

Drunk!Chara will be saved by their Frisk.
  • The local Chara is currently in the process of possessing them, but the askers of Ask Drunk Chara are filling Frisk in on the situation. Frisk will likely make it to the AFAC universe and break Chara's hold of Chara. You know, because Power of Love and stuff.

Climaxstriker's Plan. AKA: Operation: Drunken Embrace
  • With the time and effort it took to make this plan and the fact that it's "Still in progress", I think it fits here til it all works out. My plan is to get Chara to hug Flowey so the soul inside Chara will go back to its rightful owner. A team of askers, me included, tricked Chara into going on a mission to hug Flowey to save all non-white chocolate. It really wasn't just a prank, but there really was a good reason behind it.
  • The purpose of this plan was also to save the world in addition to saving Asriel and Chara's friendship. I figured what went wrong in Maverick's world was that Maverick was still Flowey when he and Chara had that conversation that allowed him to reach out to Chara. He was so close to redeeming them, but then when the hug happened, Flowey became Asriel and Chara fell under the impression that he tricked them.
    • ...So we swapped the order. Now, that Chara's drunk, it was fairly easy to trick them into going on a mission to hug Flowey. If Chara hugs Flowey BEFORE that conversation, Flowey will then be Asriel when the conversation happens and there will be no way for Chara to fall under the impression Asriel tricked them.
      • That is a very well thought-out plan. Let's see if it works...
      • Unfortunately, it failed. It almost worked though.

Chara/Callalied has Laser-Guided Amnesia
  • All signs point to them being the same person (doesn't even need a separate WMG as it's more-or-less already confirmed), but as of the latest update (25 September 2017) Callalied is asking who Chara is. Paired with the hidden "I just want to" before "forget it" when they faded into the background after the fight with ADC!Frisk, this points to them having amnesia of the existence of their old identity.
    • Confirmed. A major plot point in "The Most Fabulous Place on Earth" is finding a way to restore their memories.

What really caused Aidrian to break her mom's porcelain pig collection was her mother threatening to send Frisk away to a conversion camp
  • This is Aidrian we're talking about. She said it herself that she's easily angered. Yet, Frisk says she usually consoled them after getting yelled at by their mother. She had stayed considerably quiet and calm just so Frisk wouldn't even get in even deeper trouble. So whatever the topic of that argument was, it had to be really bad. It's not unlikely that Frisk would've kept the topic of why she was yelling at them secret since they diiiiiid keep the abuse secret for a year. From what Word of God confirmed about Frisk's mom and what we've seen of her, this troper can see her doing that. This troper's research into the conversion camps left him....pretty damn disgusted to say the least. They would emotionally manipulate and torment the kids into becoming straight or cisgendered. Imagine what would've happened if this was, in fact, what their mom was yelling at them about and she'd gone through with it. Oh, and suicides are not uncommon in these camps. This woman has no right to even call herself a parent at all if this accusation is true. As far as this troper knows, there's no evidence stating otherwise.
  • Nope, Word of God, directly in response to someone asking about this theory, says that it wasn't really different from the other times and "it was just the straw that broke the camel's back".
