Red Goddess: Inner World is a 2½D Platform Game by Yanim Studio.

The game has you play as Divine, a young goddess who's been drifting through the infinite expanse of the cosmos for quite some time. So long, in fact, that she's long since forgotten a whole lot of things aside from her own name, and one other one: Evelyn.

Well, now Divine has been brought to her inner world: a planet inside her mind that she knows quite well, despite never having been there herself. Guided there by a mysterious voice, Divine sets out on a quest to regain her lost memories, and her powers.

The game was funded on Kickstarter on June 6th, 2014. It was released on September the 1st, 2015.

Red Goddess: Inner World contains examples of:

  • Checkpoint: These seem to take the form of some kind of floating stone sigil. They start out red, but turn green when activated.
  • Facial Markings: Divine seems to have such white markings on her cheeks.
  • Floating Platforms: Plenty, in various shapes depending on the area.
  • Law Of 100: Divine starts the game with a Life Meter with 100 hit points.
  • Life Meter: Located in the top-left corner of the screen.
  • Mind over Matter: Gains this ability from Misha giving her the corresponding diadem. With it, Misha can raise and lower specially marked objects.
  • Mystical White Hair: Divine has white hair, and is a goddess.
  • Playing with Fire: Divine starts the game with the ability to shoot fireballs. It can be used to destroy walls and stun enemies.
  • Spikes of Doom: Retractable blue ones. Touching them costs Divine 30 HP.
