Two birds, one job.
KeyWe is a co-op puzzle simulation game developed by Stonewheat & Sons and published by Sold Out and released on August 31, 2021 for Steam and game consoles.

The game is about two kiwi birds named Jeff & Debra who get a job at the local post office and must work to deliver all envelopes and packages in time. Being birds and not having hands, they must operate all machines by pecking, jumping, and butt-stomping. The game is played through a series of minigames and offers both local and online co-op multiplayer.

The game provides examples of:

  • Braving the Blizzard: For the game's ninth and final week, a large blizzard forms in Bungalow Basin after the winter holiday season and the kiwis must work in relaying alert messages around town and sending emergency relief packages. The blizzard grows worse in the final level, "Stand Your Post", and the kiwis must rescue Zoey the octopus, gather up loose word fragments and envelopes scattered across the workstation, repair the Shipping Floor and the Telegraph Desk of damages form the storm, and ultimately close the Telepost down.
  • Character Customization: Jeff & Debra can be customized with different plumage colors as well as different accessories.
  • Holiday Mode: The game requires you to send out large amounts of love letters during Valentine's Day. During Halloween you need to send a lot of packages containing candy and monsters haunt the Post Office. The Post Office gets very busy at Christmas time and requires you to send very large amounts of cards and packages.
  • In-Universe Game Clock: The game runs through in-game days and similar to a real post office, the sorting room is busier in the mornings, and the shipping room later in the afternoon. The game also runs through in-game years with holidays coming and going and changes to the mail content to match.
  • Seldom-Seen Species: The game's main characters are kiwi birds, flightless birds native only to New Zealand.
  • Where the Hell Is Springfield?: The game takes place in the fictitious town of Bungalow Basin.
