• Directed by Cast Member: Lex Lang serves as the voice director in addition to voicing Leatherface.
• Dummied Out: Various voice lines from each of the characters have them reacting to the sight of Maria's dead body. However, as there was no actual way to find her upon the game's initial release, the only way to find them initially was through datamining the game.
• Fake Nationality: The Mexican and Mexican-accented Ana Flores is voiced by Puerto Rican and American-accented Jeannie Tirado.
• Meaningful Release Date: The game was released on August 18 2023, the fiftieth anniversary of the date that the original film took place.
• The Other Darrin: Inevitable due to being a game released in 2023 based on a film released in 1974:
  • Troy Burgess replaces the late Jim Siedow as the Cook.
  • Leatherface is an interesting case, being voiced by Lex Lang and motion capped by Kane Hodder, both of whom replace the late Gunnar Hansen. The latter had previously acted as a stunt double for Leatherface in Leatherface: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre III, but this marks the first time Hodder has fully played the character.
• Role Reprise:
  • Edwin Neal returns to voice The Hitchhiker, 49 years after playing him in the original movie.
  • A variant, as Kane Hodder previously acted as a stunt double for Leatherface in Leatherface: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre III.
• Word of Gay: Connie was revealed to be bisexual by Creative Director Ronnie Hobbs.
