• Fake Nationality: Portrayed The Great Hossein Arab in 1972 and the Iraqi Col. Mustafa in 1991.
• What Could Have Been: Hulk Hogan beating The Iron Sheik for the WWF champions was the beginning of Hulkamania. But what almost happened could have stopped that and WWE entirely. Verne Gagne, AWA promoter, was furious that Vince took Hogan and many other talents for the WWF. He found out of the ploy of making Hogan the WWF champion and secretly went to Sheik and offered him $100,000 to break Hogan's leg. Sheik end up telling Vince about the offer and everything went on as planned, but had Sheik went with it, WWE might not have even existed.
