• Blooper: In DX, during Skarmory's rant of how the earthquakes frightened them and accuses Diglett and Dugtrio of causing it, along with Skarmory threatening the Player and their Partner, the Armor Bird's portrait isn't there the entire time. It seems that Skarmory was meant to have an angry portrait for this moment, but it wasn't implemented in, which's odd since it has a sweatdropping portrait along with a normal one, on top of being the first boss fought.
• Cross-Generation Video Game: Combining this with One Game for the Price of Two, Red was on GBA while Blue was on DS.
