  • Approval of God:
  • The Cast Showoff: Julian, who's also an artist, has drawn a good portion of the title cards for each series starting around late 2016. This becomes relevant during the Ouya playthrough, where Julian starts critiquing the artstyles of the games and even starts shit-talking the fonts they use.
    • The trio have made a few appearances on the Doodle Doods series, where Julian's artwork commonly gets praised by Chris and Ross.
  • Colbert Bump: After playing and promoting a fangame by SamOnSamOff, the patreon for SOSO shot up from 19 dollars/month to over 900 in less than a day.
  • Corpsing: They've all done it numerous times, but Julian in particular is self-admittedly bad at keeping a straight face through a joke.
  • Creator Backlash: Ding Dong is disappointed with their initial Yooka-Laylee playthrough. He spent too much time wandering around the stages, but some viewers were also upset enough by the playthrough to try doxxing him.
  • Lost Episode: Cross over into Keep Circulating the Tapes territory, but due to Ding Dong not keeping videos of his streams on his Twitch page and not uploading them on Youtube, unless someone has been recording them, all we have are clips by fans on Twitch. Thankfully though he has announced that he'll be recording his streams now.
    • As for the main series, Episode 6 of the Ape Escape playthrough was privated, along with the "Complete Series" and "Best Of" videos that included it. This is due to the boys making multiple jabs at the L33tStr33t Boys, leading to the the band's creator striking it.note  Reuploads of the episode can be viewed, however.
  • The Merch: Available on Chris' SharkRobot page.
  • What Could Have Been: The crew have occasionally acknowledged playthroughs that were recorded, but were never released for one reason or another.
    • According to Chris in a Titanfall 2 video, a playthrough of Blinx: The Time Sweeper was filmed for the channel. However, the guys ended up hating the game and had such a terrible time that they simply chose to not upload it.
    • Corey mentions in a Viewtiful Joe video that they had recorded a playthrough of Balid's Basics. While they did really enjoy the game, the footage ended up being lost due to a recording error and it was decided to never play it again.
    • During the 2024 panel at LVL UP Expo, the guys mention one time where they recorded themselves playing SpongeBob SquarePants: Legend of the Lost Spatula. The issue was that Zach and Adam had gotten high before they arrived. While Zach would eventually sober up, Adam remained intoxicated and would only speak slurred gibberish and interrupted the others at random, note  to the point that Chris became genuinely angry with him. Unsurprisingly, the footage was deemed unusable.
