What Could Have Been: Grey Sister is designed far differently in the concept arts than how she is in the final game.
Three early versions of Grey Sister depict her with Girlish Pigtails instead of having long, straight hair; the color of her hair being light pink, which was more or less made to spoil the fact that she's a future version (and the HDD form) of Maho, instead of a mixture of black and gray; and her eyes being purple instead of magenta. Her suit had a one piece leotard instead of one with a Cleavage Window, the translucent front side of her leotard exposes a portion of her body instead of just her abdomen, and the color of her outfit being light grey instead of white. One of the early designs also depicts her as a petite little girl, instead of having the same build as Nepgear.
Another early draft of Grey Sister is also similar to the above early drafts by having Girlish Pigtails and purple eyes, but the color of her hair is instead black with light grey gradients and her leotard had blue highlights instead of grey and pink. She was also depicted wearing glasses in the draft.
