• Development Gag: Journey to a NU ☆ World utilizes early concepts of the cast we know, as a way to celebrate the new year, ranging from Eiden wearing a pastel flannel shirt, Aster having pink and purple hair, to Blade being dominantly red, black, and white like a harlequin.
• What Could Have Been: Aqua Bloom Olivine originally was going to have rabbit ears and a more conservative outfit, but the designers thought it'd make him more cute than sexy.
