• The Original Darrin: Ashly Burch, Hannah Telle, and Joe Ochman all reprised their original roles in the "Farewell" bonus episode as Chloe, Max, and William, respectively. By the time Farewell was in voice production, the strike had ended.
• The Other Darrin: Due to the voice acting strike while the game was in production, none of the original cast from the first season were able to return and voice their characters in the main three episodes. Chloe's original voice actress, Ashly Burch, remained involved with the game as a writer and personally picked her replacement, Rhianna DeVries.
• What Could Have Been: Some of the original cast may have reprised their roles for Before the Storm had the 2016-2017 voice actor strike not happened. In particular, Ashly Burch, who remained involved with the final game as a writer and consultant, likely would have reprised her role as Chloe Price.
