- In After the End: A Post-Apocalyptic America, El Santo is worshipped as the saint of martial valor by the followers of El Sagrado Corazón. All followers of El Santo are expected to train in unarmed and armed combat. The cult of El Santo also has an order of knights errant called "El Ordén de la Mascara" ("The Order of the Mask"), attached to it, whose members travel the world fighting injustice and righting wrongs like El Santo did.

- Same Language Dub: As a result of El Santo having a very thick Mexico City accent, and not having acting skills regarding language, he was redubbed in all his films with professional voice actors instead, being the late Bruno Rey his most well-known voice actor, while Alberto Pedret remains as the only living voice actor still in the active, at 2024.
