is a surreal RPG Maker horror game by Yoobii taking place in the Annventure world and is part of the Yoobiiverse with Annabelle (RPG Maker), The Brains And The Brawn.
You play as the titular mute, a lazy, limping girl who wanders outside her home to find herself in a strange dream-like world known as the Shattered Lands. She is told by the inhabitants, white humanoid creatures, that the Bedrider shattered the lands and ate all their dreams, and ask mute to stop the Bedrider. But to enter the Bedrider's lair, mute will need to collect four hearts scattered around the town, and will have to do tasks for people to be given the hearts.
This game contains examples of:
- Big Bad: The Bedrider is the entity that attacked the Shattered Lands and stole everyone's dreams. Except she's actually just mute's bedridden sister; the true threat is the Headsplitter, mute's Mad Scientist mother who drove her insane to make her work and earn money to save the Bedrider.
- Difficulty Levels: There are two, normal and hard; the latter takes away the checkpoints in the obstacle course sections and has more monsters to avoid.
- Downer Ending: mute kills her bedridden sister in her insanity and is thrown into an asylum, and attempts to escape only to be met by her mother, who drove her nuts in the first place and has gone even further off the deep end and murders mute in a vain attempt to use her body to save her other daughter.
- Multiple Endings: Sort of — beating the game in normal shows a scene of the Headsplitter standing over the Bedrider and abruptly ends the game there, but beating the game on hard gives an additional scene that clears things up — the Headsplitter is trying to revive the Bedrider, and when mute shows up, she kills her to use her body.
- Playing with Syringes: The Headsplitter experimented on her daughter mute's mind to turn her less lazy, but this made her go insane.
- Plot Coupon: The four hearts, which mute must collect to enter the Bedrider's lair.
- The Reveal: mute was driven insane by her mother's experiments and sees her normal hometown as the nightmarish Shattered Lands, and the Bedrider is her sister who her mother desperately wants to save by any means necessary, even by experimenting on mute to make her work and earn money.
- Surreal Horror: The game takes place in a Space Funeral-esque world called the Shattered Lands with skulls and white humanoid creatures everywhere.
