- Acting for Two:
- Rob Paulsen voices Jaq/Sir Hugh, the Grand Duke, the Baker, Bert and the flower vendor.
- Besides returning as the Fairy Godmother, Drizella Tremaine and Mary, Russi Taylor voices Beatrice and Daphne, as well as Countess Le Grande.
- Frank Welker voices Lucifer, Pom-Pom and Bruno.
- B-Team Sequel: As with most of Disney's Direct to Video works, Cinderella II was produced by Disney Television Animation, rather than Walt Disney Animation Studios.
- Directed by Cast Member: In the Latin American Spanish dub, Arturo Mercado is the flower vendor's voice actor as well as the ADR director.
- International Coproduction: Cinderella II was produced by Disney Television Animation and animated at Walt Disney Animation Japan in Tokyo.
- Irony as She Is Cast: In this film, Tress MacNeille and Rob Paulsen play love interests as Anastasia and the Baker, respectively. They're most well-known for playing Yakko and Dot, who are siblings.
- The Other Darrin:
- Since the first film dated back to 1950 and most of the cast was either dead, retired or unavailable when Cinderella II was in production, everyone was inevitably recast. For example, Cinderella, voiced in the original by Ilene Woods, is now voiced by Jennifer Hale.
- In the Japanese dub, Anastasia and Drizella are respectively voiced by Ayumi Kida and Shinobu Adachi instead of Urara Takano and Toshiko Fujita.
- In the Latin American Spanish dub, aside from the 1997 cast reprising most of their roles for the film, Arturo Mercado Jr. provided the voice for Prince Charming this time around.
- For the French dub, only some of the 1991 cast returned to reprise their roles, with Dominique Poulain (Cinderella), Emmanuel Jacomy (the Prince), and Jacques Deschamps* (the King) being replaced with Laura Blanc, Damien Boisseau, and Roger Carel respectively. Also, Michel Costa replaces Jean Stout as Gus' singing voice.
- In the Italian dub, everyone from the 1950 and 1967 dubs of the first film was inevitably recast.
- Real-Life Relative: In the Latin American Spanish dub, Arturo Mercado Jr. voiced Prince Charming and his father Arturo Mercado was the ADR director.
- Role Reprise: Jennifer Hale (Cinderella), Russi Taylor (Fairy Godmother, Drizella Tremaine, Mary), Tress MacNeille (Anastasia Tremaine), Corey Burton (Gus) and Susanne Blakeslee (Lady Tremaine) reprise their roles from the Cinderella's Dollhouse video game.
- Sequel Gap: 52 years after the first film.
- What Could Have Been: The film is the remains of an aborted television series.
- You Sound Familiar: In the Latin American Spanish dub, the flower vendor was voiced by Arturo Mercado, who previously voiced the herald in the 1997 re-dub of the first film.
