• Completely Different Title:
  • French: "Un jour mon prince viendra" (One day my prince will come)
• Creator Cameo: The woman beside Paige in the photo the Enchantress looks at is Eilish, the costumer designer for Seasons 2-7. The photo says "Paige and Eilish".
• Freeze-Frame Bonus: This episode was filmed around the 9/11 tragedy. Piper can be seen sipping from a mug saying "God Bless America", while Phoebe wears an American flag top in the final scene.
• What Could Have Been: Jesse Woodrow was supposed to play the prince as well, implying that he was Glen's past life. He refused and Charlie Weber was cast instead.

• This is the second episode dealing with the sister's past lives. Phoebe is reluctant to vanquish the Evil Enchantress as she was afraid it may hurt Paige. This is likely due to her previous experience with her own past life.
• Paige expresses her desire not to let magic and being a witch take over her life. Later in the series, magic and witchcraft become her main concern.
• It's unknown how the entry for the Evil Enchantress got into the Book of Shadows as she was around before Melinda Warren was even born.
• Paige moves into the manor in this episode.
• When Paige asks Piper to freeze the Prince, she expresses concern that she could blow him up suggesting she still isn't in full control of her powers.
