- Creator Breakdown: Nowak's monologue while unlocking Gospel is a partial transcription of a monologue Talia went on to her girlfriend while deep in an existential depression during the Summer of 2021.
- Creator's Favorite: Talia's favorite party members are Kleiver and Arnold.
- Cut Song: Mortification of Flesh was originally intended to be used for a scrapped phase one of one of the final bosses, Heaven. It was brought back for the Egg of Incubus update to serve as the theme of the Choir Boys.
- Line to God: Talia has a Twitter account, and she talks semi-frequently in the Brutal Orchestra discord server. She happily discussed monster designs with Bogleech, who loves to write bestiaries but isn't comfortable making them for projects made by minuscule teams unless he can talk to them.
- Memorial Character: Zanguango, who is encountered during the game's interlude, is directly named after and inspired by the late father of Nico Delgado, one of the game's developers.
- Surprisingly Lenient Censor: Maybe. Added in the Exquisite Corpse update was a new boss battle with Bronzo the Boss. The boss in question drops multiple uncensored F-bombs, which makes Bosch suddenly panic saying they didn't run this by Hellbent.Narration: "*We're not kidding about this.*"
- Word of God: The wiki's lore page (and the trivia sections of multiple other wiki pages) include details not revealed in game that are nonetheless canon to the work. You can find the actual lore page here. This is also directly enforced by Talia herself, as several statements on the wiki link back to a tweet by her to indicate that they were written by her.
