- All-Star Cast: The cast is made up of well known voice actors. Among them is Natsuki Hanae, Seiichirō Yamashita, Aoi Yūki, Sora Amamiya, Soma Saito, Fumiko Orikasa, Takahiro Sakurai, Tomokazu Sugita, Kazuyuki Okitsu, Kenjiro Tsuda, Tetsu Inada and Daisuke Ono.
- Amateur Cast: For the English dub, most of the cast are either lesser-known voices in the Funimation stable with very few major voice roles or complete newcomers; though a few supporting roles notably aren't, such as Robert McCollum (Dylan), Brandon Potter (Richard) and Keith Silverstein (Xiaoleng's boss).
- Anime First: The anime is an original work.
- Crossdressing Voices: Aoi Yūki voices the 11-year old Hototo. This is also true with the English dub, with Emi Lo doing the voice.
- Schedule Slip: Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the series was placed on hold after episode 3 until July, with the series restarting from episode 1.
