• Adored by the Network: For a brief period in the late 90s and early 2000s, Cartoon Network would do an occasional airing of this movie during their Christmas blocks. It eventually got removed from their holiday programming block at an unknown period in the early 2000s. Fox gave similar treatment to the film by also frequently airing this alongside Olive, the Other Reindeer around the same period.
• Celebrity Voice Actor: Late actress Cloris Leachman provided the voice of Aunt Agnes, while actor and comedian Jim Varney voiced Mr. Gus Holder.
