Pre-series

  • 50,000 years ago: The small planet of Levy explodes, breaking up into meteorites which were spread throughout the universe, with stone fragments granting psychic powers landing on, among others, the planets of Bio, where it causes mass panic, and Earth, where a stone is destined to be found by a young girl 50,000 years later. (Ep. 18)
  • 1960: Shiro Gou/Red One is born.
  • 1961: Shingo Takasugi/Green Two is born.
  • 1964: Hikaru Katsuragi/Pink Five is born.
  • 1965: Jun Yabuki/Yellow Four II is born.
  • 1966: Ryuuta Nanbara/Blue Three and Mika Koizumi/Yellow Four I are born.
  • 1983: Fearful of his hooligan nature, Ryuuta Nanbara's mother straightens him out in order to attempt to make him a better person. (Ep. 19-20)

Series

  • Neo Empire Gear begins its conquest of Earth by attacking Technotopia 21, a peaceful city of technology in Japan.   • Koichi Nakamura, a boy searching for the truth of his family, discovers that he is actually Shuichi Kageyama, the son of Hideo Kageyama (AKA Doctor Man); after discovering the truth of what his father did to himself from his mother, he chooses to not join him. Angered by his emotions betraying him, Doctor Man fully transforms himself into an emotionless Mecha-Human. The Biomen destroy Ghost Canth. (Ep. 25-26)

  • After the Big Three try to betray him due to originally being human, Doctor Man erases their minds to forget his past. The Biomen destroy Octopus Canth. (Ep. 28)

  • Doctor Man starts building the mecha-like Neo Mecha Gigans instead of the robot-like Mecha Gigans. Doctor Man uses his new mecha to attack his Beastnoids in an experiment to see who was worthy of continuing with his organization. Zyuoh, Messerjū and Aquaiger are destroyed as Psygorn and Mettzler survive and are upgraded alongside Mason and Farrah, leading to them being immune to Bioman's Bio-Electron. The Biomen destroy Metal Megas. (Ep. 31)
  • after their finisher is easily defeated by the machine's Miracle GX make-up, Bioman work to utilize the full potential of Bio Robo's Bio Particles, devising the Bio Particle Cut finisher. The Biomen destroy Axe Megas. (Ep. 32)
  • Bioman works with Peebo to fully enhance their Bio Electrons and devise new suits for the team, allowing for them to increase their power and create a new finisher for Gear's upgraded forces: Super Electron. The Biomen destroy Skull Megas. (Ep. 33)
  • After Monster ultimately retrieves all of Zyuoh's pieces, they too are ultimately upgraded. The Biomen destroy Wrestler Megas. (Ep. 34)
  • The tough but wild Shota Yamamori tries to join Bioman but is prevented due to not having Bio Particles in him. Undeterred, he is tricked into gaining a suit from Gear, briefly becoming their brainwashed "Magne Warrior" until Jun frees him from their control. The Biomen destroy Magne Megas. (Ep. 35-36)
  • Discovering Earth as the planet where his missing mecha Balzion is hidden, Bio Hunter Silva invades the planet where he starts attacking Bioman non-stop due to their prescense of Bio Particles within them. The Biomen destroy Cannon Megas. (Ep. 37)
  • The Biomen destroy Battle Megas. (Ep. 38)

  • Miki, a Mecha Human devised to unknowingly control a powerful Neo Mecha Gigan for Doctor Man, is suddenly granted a "Conscience Circuit" by a mysterious Professor Shibata, whom Shuichi Kageyama ended up with after abandoning his father. Despite wanting to live a normal life, she sacrifices herself to stop the mecha; but while the research is successful, Shibata's lab is destroyed by Silva. The Biomen destroy Satan Megas. (Ep. 43-44)
  • The Biomen destroy Baroque Megas. (Ep. 45)
  • The Biomen destroy Rugger Megas. (Ep. 46)
  • Professor Shibata sets up a second lab, but in an area with massive earthquake concentration due to being the secret hiding spot of the mecha Balzion and its release of Anti-Bio Particles disrupting the planet. During a cave-in, Shirou discovers Shibata is in actuality Shinichirou Gou, his own father which is also confirmed by Doctor Man as his former rival. The Biomen destroy Lens Megas. (Ep. 47)
  • Bioman, Gear, Shibata, and Silva convene near Balzion to either stop or retrieve the mecha. Silva attacks Shibata, revealing him as a Mecha Human as the Anti-Bio Robot finally reclaims his vehicle. However, Monster sacrifices himself to capture Balzion, likewise capturing Shibata and Silva in the process. The Biomen destroy Super Megas. (Ep. 48)
  • Farrah utilizes Balzion to further torment Bioman, who appear discouraged until Professor Shibata hacks into a Mechaclone to give them encouragement, allowing for them to continue battling. Silva escapes from captivity and attempts to retake Balzion from Gear, but Farrah escapes from combat, ultimately worn out to the point of her own destruction due to the long, hard battle. Peebo tracks Professor Shibata to Neograd in Antarctica, leading to Bioman launching an invasion in order to save him and stop Gear. (Ep. 49)
  • Silva exhumes and rebuilds Prince in hopes of using it to either win over Doctor Man or lead him directly to Balzion, but Shuichi instead disables the robot and disguises as the robot in hopes of finally stopping his father. With both Bioman and Shuichi captured within Neograd, Professor Shibata sacrifices his life in order to blow down a door to escape; he finally admits his humanity and his love for his wife and son Shirou as he dies. Mason prepares to fight Bioman with Balzion, but Silva attacks him before he can, destroying the last of the Big Three. Finally reunited with his mecha, Silva and Balzion have their final showdown with Bioman and Bio Robo. At the point the team feel their most hopeless, Bioman's mecha teleports Peebo into a control within itself to merge its power with its own; with all Bio Particles at full power, Bioman finally defeat Balzion, leading to Silva's own destruction as he refuses to end his war with Bio Particles. (Ep. 50)
  • Doctor Man reveals his ultimate mecha: King Megas, consisting of Anti-Bio technology he uses to destroy Bioman's base. Using Bio Robo and Peebo, Bioman defeat his final weapon; Doctor Man retreats back to Neograd to activate his final failsafe: an Anti-Bio Bomb to annihilate Earth in the same way as Bio. Bioman return to Neograd to stop Doctor Man from activating the Anti-Bio Bomb; Farrah Cat briefly tries to stop them but she is destroyed in the process. Shuichi confronts his "father" Doctor Man in Gear's main control room, trying one last time to prove there was something akin to humanity left in him. Doctor Man continues to gloat about being the world's greatest genius even as he finally explodes; but upon his death, the Anti-Bio Bomb rises up to be disabled by Bioman, leaving a shadow of doubt that Nobuo Kageyama still existed and cared about his son and wife in the end. With Gear stopped, Peebo and Bio Robo depart Earth and Bioman to find other worlds to protect.

Post-series

  • 1989: Among the 10 Super Sentai preceeding the Turborangers, the Biomen stand behind them as they confront the Hundred Boma Tribes. (Kousoku Sentai Turboranger ep. 1)
  • 2001: As one of the first 24 Super Sentai, the Biomen provide their support in the Gaorangers fight against Lost Highness Duke Rakushaasa. (Gaoranger vs. Super Sentai)
  • 2006: As one of the first 30 Super Sentai, Red One's Red Warrior spirit is inherited by AkaRed. (Boukenger vs. Super Sentai)
  • 2011: The Biomen, among the first 34 Super Sentai, oppose an invasion of Earth by the Space Empire Zangyack in what becomes known the Legend War, ending with all Super Sentai sacrificing their power to destroy the invasion fleet. Dispersed throughout the universe, the powers ultimately resurface as Ranger Keys whilst the former Super Sentai disband. (Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger ep. 1, 199 Hero Great Battle)
  • 2012: A month following the defeat of the second Zangyack invasion, the powers of the 34 Super Sentai are returned to them by the Gokaigers. (Gokaiger ep. 51)
  • 2012: The Biomen, among the first 34 Super Sentai, are apparently defeated by Tsukasa Kadoya (Kamen Rider Decade), Great Leader of Dai-Shocker which seeks to wipe out the Super Sentai, opposing Dai-Zangyack led by Emperor (formerly Captain) Marvelous (Gokai Red) who are hunting the Kamen Riders. Infact, all the presumed deceased Sentai and Riders had been transported to the dimensional rift, from which they emerge to defeat the new Shocker-Zangyack Alliance. (Super Hero Taisen)
  • 2017: The Biomen, among the first 38 Super Sentai, provide their power for the Ninningers and Zyuohgers to defeat Gillmarda. (Zyuohger vs. Ninninger)
  • 2019: The Biomen are embroiled in the Super Sentai Strongest Battle. (Super Sentai Strongest Battle)
  • 2021: The Biomen, among the first 44 Super Sentai, are embroiled in the Zenkaigers' conflict with the Kikaitopia Dynasty Tojitendo. (Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger)
