Tear Jerker / Johnny Bravo

• The Downer Ending on Johnny's birthday, which happens to also be on Valentine's Day: he finds the perfect girl for him, who actually likes him back. But at the end of the night it is revealed that she is a spy and wipes his memory of the entire night.
  Heather: You will forget everything that ever happened tonight.
  Johnny: Aw... do I have to?
  Heather: ... Yes...
• The episode The Unsinkable Johnny can be right tear jerking. Johnny outside the flashbacks of when he met and courted Sheila is an old man who lives alone in his home which is in disarray and it is strongly implied Bunny is long dead and Johnny simply can't look after himself without her. And to make it more sadder it is implied Johnny has dementia as he keeps asking a grown up Susie her name.
