There is Nicky's rather brutal death during the Athens chase. Made all the worse by the scene being preceded by several teasing Hope Spots. To add further insult to injury in-universe, the same hitman also killed Webb's father in the late 1990s. This was before Webb became Jason Bourne.
Jason's face when he sees this, as pictured. First Marie, now her. He clearly cannot catch a break.
What makes this scene even saddening to watch? He literally saw her suffer a Boom, Headshot! and die only one or two metres from her.
