Koefnoen is a Dutch Sketch Comedy show that ran from 2004 to 2016, written by and starring comedic-impersonators Owen Schumacher and Paul Groot as well as other comedians (many of them are alumni from the beloved satire show Kopspijkers).

This series provides examples of:

  • Black Comedy: Geer and Goor, two gay celebrities in the Netherlands, visit the Hofstadgroep, an Islamic terror cell in Amsterdam. The episode ends with the terrorists giving them two backpacks with ticking time bombs inside them.
  • Bob Ross Rib: There's a parody of Bob Ross where he paints a person instead of a landscape (which the real Bob Ross strongly disliked). At one point, he even uses his hair as a makeshift brush.
  • Cargo Ship: invoked Parodied in a Knight Rider spoof. Michael and KITT bicker Like an Old Married Couple, and KITT accuses Michael of cheating on it when he goes to a car dealership looking for a new car. Eventually they reconcile when Michael offers that they go through the car wash together.
  • Damned by Faint Praise: A sketch where two obnoxious yuppies "translated" every selling point a real estate agent gave them, ("Good access by car and public transport." "Highway through the back yard, foundations ruined by the subway line.") turning into a "The Reason You Suck" Speech. As they walked away satisfied, they decided they were going to buy it anyway.
  • Flock of Wolves: The sketch "Blik op de Wegmisbruikers" mocked the Reality TV "road abuse"-type shows, by showing the crews of two competing shows tailing and attempting to arrest each other.
  • Stupid Crooks: The series of sketches titled Poorly Organized Crime. It featured a gang engaged in all manner of criminal enterprises and screwing them up every time. Examples include a diamond heist where they mix up the diamond and the fake they planned to leave in its place, making a ransom demand while having no plan on where and how the ransom should be delivered, or being tasked to steal a modern art piece titled "No title" and realizing there are several paintings without a title and not knowing which to steal. Once per Episode, one of their members would get killed by accident.
    "Oops."
