  • Mushu was a small, red-scaled Chinese dragon who served as guardian to the Fa family... at least until his misguidance led one member of the family, Fa Deng, to disaster.note  As punishment, Mushu was demoted to the role of gong ringer and incense burner, a position he was forced to fulfill for 500 years. Then one day, everything changed. The newest member of the Fa family, Fa Mulan, had run away from home, disguised as a man to join the Imperial Army in her father's place. The ancestors awoke Mushu for an important mission... wake up the great stone dragon in the family courtyard to retrieve Mulan. Mushu accidentally destroyed the stone dragon while attempting to wake it up but after talking with a supposedly "lucky" cricket, the little dragon decided to go help Mulan become a hero so that he could get his old position as guardian back. It worked out in the end as Mushu was, in his words, conveniently "travel-size" so that he didn't cause other animals to die from fright. He assisted Mulan in becoming a member of the Imperial Army, though most of his advice and aid didn't quite work out as intended. Over time, he came to genuinely care for Mulan, even confessing his reasoning for helping her in the first place and eventually, Mushu would assist his friend in defeating the Hun leader Shan-Yu and saving all of China from conquest. As his reward, he was made a guardian once more, much to the chagrin of the Elder Ancestor.
  • Some time had passed since Mulan and Mushu saved China, and the little dragon served as guardian to the Fa family diligently. Sure, there was the matter of him trying to sabotage Mulan and Li Shang's engagement to try and keep his job but that was all patched up. Then one morning, Mulan and Shang disappeared, leaving no trace. The Elder Ancestor tasked Mushu with finding the missing couple, which the little dragon took immediately. With Cri-kee by his side, Mushu set off on a grand journey, following a trail of clues which eventually led them to the Imperial palace. While snooping around the palace, Mushu and Cri-kee came across a scroll lying on a table. They opened it up, discovering a note within. "To Mushu. Should you find this letter then you can now come find us. You have been chosen. Fa Mulan." Upon finishing the message, a portal opened up. The pair entered the portal, finding themselves in a realm, unlike anything they had ever seen. There were people and creatures of all kinds mingling and coexisting with each other. And of course, there were dragons. Much larger dragons than even Mushu had expected. He followed an extra set of clues to the Main House of this "Pantheon", where he and Cri-kee were met by Mulan and Shang, who were both expecting their arrival. Turns out Mulan had spoken to the High Gods about giving her old friend a position and temple in the Pantheon, citing his "travel-sized" disposition. Mushu was grateful for what his companion had done for him, and now Mushu was more than just a guardian, he had become a god.
    • He was happy to reunite with Mulan when he ascended. Of course, he tried to make himself imposing with his introduction to the masses, just as he did when he first introduced himself to her. It didn't quite work out as planned, but Mulan appreciated the effort he put in, thankful to have her fiery guardian back by her side.
  • Unlike most gods, Mushu's temple is connected to Mulan's temple, which leads back to her home in Imperial China. In particular, his gateway opens up to the Fa Family temple, where the family's deceased ancestors reside. Most of the time, the living members of the Fa Family come to the temple to pray and ask the ancestors for guidance. When no one is around though, the spirits of the ancestors will emerge from their graves to discuss major issues befalling the family. Now Mushu has a complicated relationship with the ancestors, who look down on the little dragon due to his arrogant, showboating personality. It didn't help that he caused Fa Deng's untimely demise in the past. Now while Mushu is seen as a nuisance, the ancestors have tasked him with protecting Mulan while in the Pantheon. It was a task Mushu took to heart; after all, he's always ready to help his friend out no matter what.
  • For Mushu, the House of Dragons can be a tough place to get noticed... or be taken seriously. Most of its residents initially made fun of him because of his size, comparing him to a tiny lizard rather than a majestic dragon. Mushu didn't appreciate these comments, as he doesn't do the tongue thing as most lizards do. That being said, some of the smaller dragons like Spyro and Spike were quick to befriend him, helping to introduce him to the larger dragons. Still, he remains self-conscious of the "lizard" comments, as the ancestors didn't consider him to be a "real" dragon because of his diminutive size. But some of the other dragons weren't as harsh towards him. Falkor the Luckdragon treated Mushu with a great deal of respect, often giving him advice for being a better guardian. Then there was Jake Long, a young Chinese-American teenager who happened to be able to transform into a dragon. This caught Mushu by surprise, but after a bit of conversing, he quickly befriended the American Dragon, even tagging along with him to New York to help fight off monsters.
    • Alexstrasza, the Dragon Queen, is one of the few larger dragons who cares about Mushu, viewing him like her red dragon whelp, much to the little fire-breather's embarrassment. She had met him by chance while Mulan and Shang were exploring the House of Fire and Heat, and became close allies ever since. On the flip side, Ysera doesn't seem to mind Mushu's size as her servants, the fairie dragons, are at least around his size.
  • Like so many Disney characters, Mushu bore witness to the destruction of his homeworld thanks to The Heartless. But his spirit survived his world's demise, becoming trapped within the Fireglow Gem that would later be acquired by the dark fairy Maleficent. Sometime later, a young boy wielding a key-shaped sword named Sora defeated Maleficent and obtained the Fireglow Gem, allowing him to summon Mushu to aid him in battle. A year later, Sora and his companions, Donald Duck and Goofy, came to the Land of Dragons and reunited with Mushu, helping him and Mulan save China on two occasions. Though in one timeline, Sora didn't remember meeting the little dragon on his first adventure. This led to Mushu pulling out the original manga to prove they met before... only to realize the hard truth first hand. Despite this, Mushu is good friends with Sora and company and often calls for their help when dealing with otherworldly threats, such as the Heartless and those who can control them, like Maleficent, her lackey Pete, and the ruthless Master Xehanort.
  • He's the resident gong ringer since he was demoted to one until he reclaimed his status as a guardian. It was a skill that he could handle without trouble and had woken up many denizens of the Pantheon and their ancestral spirits.
  • He heard that Mulan had once mistaken Donkey for him because of their similar voices. Upon meeting the second-rate steed, he then decided to make him his accomplice for some of his plans. However, since Donkey talks a lot more than Khan (Mulan's horse), Mushu views him as more troublesome.
  • Despite his status as a guardian for the Fa family, he is not exactly good at his job. He was disgraced and demoted because the one time he guided someone, he led him to disaster. And by disaster, we mean, came back home without a head. To say the least, people who lost their heads doesn't want to take advice from Mushu.
  • He is a "miniature" mentor to Mulan, much like Luna and Kero. Initially, he selfishly convinced Mulan to become a war hero with the goal of reclaiming his status as guardian, regardless of her safety. It was after her exposure that he realized he was being selfish and remained loyal to her.

    Firebird
The Firebird, God of the World-Wrecking Wave

  • Greater God
  • Symbol: A volcanic eruption
  • Theme Song: "The Firebird Suite"
  • Alignment: Chaotic Neutral, with emphasis on Chaotic
  • Domain: Fire, Destruction
  • Portfolio: Destroying everything through fire, embodiment of death, destruction and fire, Omnicidal Maniac, Person of Mass Destruction, based on the eruption of Mt. Saint Helen with more lava
  • Allies: Ragnaros the Firelord, Nekron, The Lich, Deathwing, Azula,
  • Enemies: The Spring Sprite, the good deities from the House of Nature, especially Alexstrasza and Recca Hanabishi, the ascended cast from Warcraft except for Nefarian, the good and neutral-aligned death gods, especially Jean Grey-Summers and Hope Summers, Zuko
  • Evil Counterpart to: Yveltal
  • His ascension was forever remembered by everyone because it was signalled by a Pantheon wide wave that annihilated every deity with lesser power than the Firebird. Fortunately, his mortal enemy, the Spring Sprite's ascension shortly after came with her own mass regeneration wave that restored the damage from his power.
    • Because of this incident, he was furious that all of his hard work is gone because of her and swore to hunt her down until he can kill her so he can continue his work of destruction.
  • Upon his ascension, he went on a rampage in the House of Nature with an attempt to destroy everything there. His effort was stopped by the good-aligned deities that reside there after a brutal battle and the restoration effort was quickly handled by his mortal enemy the Spring Sprite. This just pissed him off more and he swore revenge.
  • Because of his tremendous power, association with fire and destructive tendency, Ragnaros the Firelord took a liking of him and even offered a position as his majordomo. The Firebird refused, much to the relief of the entire Pantheon, because he doesn't like being tied down to anyone but was flattered at the offer anyway.
    • Through Ragnaros, he was introduced and took a liking to Deathwing. However, Deathwing approached him with caution because he is the embodiment of lava and thus is equally as powerful as him. His alliance with both Deathwing and Ragnaros earned him the scorn of many ascended gods from Warcraft, except for Deathwing's son Nefarian.
    • This alliance also led to Kael'thas Sunstrider learned of the Firebird's existence and the elf is curious if he can summon the Firebird as his servant similar to the summoning of his pet phoenix A'lar. However, Kael'thas isn't particularly keen on finding out considering the Firebird's destructive capacity after awakening.
  • He isn't well-liked among the House of Life and Death as many good and neutral-aligned gods from this place consider his methods excessive. This is especially intense with Jean Grey-Summers (and to an extent Hope Summers) because her power is represented through a firebird Phoenix.
  • He is really disliked by Zuko, because the Firebird represents the more destructive usage of fire, embodies one of the worst aspects of the Fire Nation, and his method is too similar to Zuko's father Ozai, all of which Zuko desperately swore to avoid in his rule of the kingdom. However, these qualities are exactly why Azula took a liking to the Firebird, along with their shared alliance with Ragnaros.
  • Get along very well with Nekros and the Lich because of their shared enjoyment of not only destruction but also snuff out any possibility that life might return to the area they destroyed.
  • Despite both of them being both bird-shaped creatures with the ability to destroy things with fire, Yveltal and the Firebird hold nothing but contempt to one another. Yveltal is disgusted with the Firebird's excessive destruction for no real reason and actively hunting the Spring Sprite after his awakening, which therefore can end the potential of life returning to that area. The Firebird doesn't like the fact that Yveltal allied itself with his mortal enemy.

  • The Legendary Golems are a group of six Pokémon whose origins lay in the ancient past. According to legend, it was Regigigas, the aptly named King of Giants, who towed the continents into their current positions, before moulding Regirock, Regice, Registeel, Regieleki, and Regidrago, out of fragments of the tectonic Earth, Antarctic Ice, otherworldly Metal, pure Electricity and crystalized Dragon energy. They were worshipped at one time by humanity, but that love soon turned to fear; fear of what the Pokémon's immense power could do. They sealed Regigigas away within the depths of Snowpoint Temple, then spirited the remaining golems to the faraway Hoenn and Galar regions, locking them away within several stone caverns. Once all was taken care of, the people left behind a series of cryptic messages within a Sealed Chamber hidden beneath the sea, in the hope that someday, someone would seek out the Legendary Golems, and finally tame their incredible power... That's where the fun really begins!
  • Breaking the seal to obtain the original Regi Trio is quite possibly the single most complicated opening mechanism in all the Multiverse. There are hints as to how to open the temple at the entrance... but most of it is written in Braille... which is shown on an electronic screen. The opening to the temple has 2 locks, one of them requires you to dig away from the temple, while the second one requires a Relicanth and Wailord at the front and back of the player's party respectively. Only then will the seal be broken and the tombs uncovered.
    • Then comes the tricky part. The temples housing the individual Golems had their own individual locks, each with even more obtuse solutions to them. Getting to Regirock involves taking two steps right and two steps back from the Braille hint and then using Strength on the ground. Opening Regice's tomb involves staring at the Braille hint for two minutes and not looking away from it, otherwise, the lock will reset. And obtaining Registeel is easily the most ridiculous of the three, as getting to it requires standing in the middle of the entry room and flying outside and then the lock will open. As for Regieleki and Regidrago, a trainer must have Regirock, Regice and Registeel in their party and then travel to the Split-Decision Ruins in the Crown Tundra. Once there, the trainer must light the floor panels to match the eye patterns of the Titan they wish to capture. They can only capture one or the other.
  • But all those pale in comparison to the mind-boggling manner of obtaining Regigigas in Hoenn. What originally required just bringing the trio to Snowpoint Temple transformed into what could be considered a major chore. To put it simply, the trainer must bring Regirock, Regice, and Registeel to the Island Cave (Regice's location) with a nicknamed Regice holding either a Never-Melt Ice, Snowball, or Casteliacone. To put it bluntly, it's a miracle anyone even figured it out without a guide. At the very least, finding Regigigas in Galar requires having all five Golems and travelling to a Max Raid Den at the Giant's Bed, before facing off against the Legendary in a Max Raid Battle.
    • To be fair though, if one looks at what is required to find the Legendary Golems it makes sense. The High Gods were quick to point out that the proverbial "apples" don't typically fall far from the tree. That, or the people who locked them away had a sick sense of humour and were attempting to make it as difficult as possible to release them.
  • The Legendary Titans came to the Pantheon one at a time, rather than all together. Regigigas' temple, a replica of Snowpoint Temple, first emerged in the far north, completely sealed and initially baffling the Gods who came across it. Sinnoh champion Cynthia and Indiana Jones were able to decipher the cryptic message on the chamber's doors; "When the five are summoned, the King of Giants shall awaken from his slumber." Around the time the temple appeared, five sealed chambers emerged in different worlds, each one distinct from one another. Regirock was uncovered by Toph Beifong in the Earth Kingdom, Regice was encountered by Mr. Freeze in the high Arctic, and Registeel was discovered and studied by the Decepticons before being rescued by the Autobots. Meanwhile, Regieleki was awakened by Thor... only for Princess Azula to steal it with Loki's help and Regidrago emerged in Angel Grove, subdued by Tommy Oliver after being corrupted by an unknown force. All five Pokémon were brought to the Northern Temple, allowing for the temple to finally open and awaken Regigigas. A brutal fight erupted between the Titans and their creator, with the partners joining in to keep Regigigas from causing any additional damage. It was only when the mighty He-Man joined in the fray that Regigigas was finally defeated. It was decided that the temple would serve as the Regi's new home in the Pantheon and they were given a shared title due to ridiculously convoluted methods to obtain them all. Suffice it to say, it was easier than leaving them in separate temples scattered across the land.
  • It became apparent that the Legendary Golems needed additional protection whenever their chosen partners aren't around. A Herald was needed and soon one was chosen. Serving as the Golem's Herald is Brandon, a member of the Hoenn Region's Battle Frontier. An avid explorer, Brandon was brought in by the Gods due to his experience owning and using the main Regi trio as part of his challenge, along with defending their leader Regigigas from the nefarious Pokémon Hunter J. He was more than happy to work with his favourite legendaries once more and even made his Battle Pyramid part of Regigigas' new temple, offering the Brave Symbol to anyone who can conquer it.
  • Many deities in the Pantheon are confounded by the existence of the Legendary Golems as none of them have any sort of organs required for living such as a heart or a brain. They're physically incapable of eating and none of them show any signs of being animated by science or magic. The House of Knowledge came to the conclusion that the Regi's, like real world Golems were only created to serve their master, and with a master like Regigigas, they'll defend it with all their existence.
  • Upon their ascension, the main five Golems made themselves at home and showed some hostility towards Lucario, viewing the Fighting/Steel type as an intruder to the Northern Temple just as they did back in the Tree of Beginnings. Although Lucario is able to take on the Golems due to having a distinct type advantage, it normally stays clear of the Golems. They're hesitant to take the juggernauts head-on.
  • Due to their connections to both Relicanth and Wailord, many of the Pantheon's treasure hunters and adventurers have begun their quest to obtain the Regis, using the resident Relicanth and whatever other means necessary. Carmen Sandiego, Lara Croft and Indiana Jones have set their sights on obtaining the six Pokemon, competing against one another to see who will get them first. Nathan Drake though, having retired from the treasure-hunting business, lets the others take care of things. He's more interested in their shared history. Even then though, they'll put aside their rivalries and help protect them from those who would try to steal them for their own malevolent intents.
  • All six Golems were not too "happy" to find out about Team Rainbow Rocket's presence in the Pantheon, especially the leaders of Team Magma, Aqua, and Galactic. For their part, Maxie and Archie never saw the potential of the Golems and are only in the Pokémon's bad books via collateral damage; destroying their temples with Groudon and Kyogre's might. Cyrus on the other hand, has plenty of confrontations with trainers using Regigigas, particularly the one owned by the wild child, Hareta. It's only natural the Team Galactic leader has bad blood toward the King of Giants and in turn, the other Golems as well. Rumour has it that Ghetsis Harmonia and Giovanni have their eyes set on the Golems, with the intent of using them as part of their world-conquering plans. Progress in capturing them though... has been slow.
  • Facts relating to Regirock:
    • Regirock, the Rock Peak Pokémon, is a being without a brain or even a heart made entirely of rocks from different parts of the globe. It is a sturdy creature that is capable of repairing itself should it ever get damaged in battle, usually by finding new rock material to replace its lost portions.
    • Regirock was discovered by Toph Beifong following her face-off against Kuvira and her Earth Empire forces. On the way back, she came across a strange temple, unlike anything she had "seen" before. Toph entered and discovered the massive golem hidden within She recognized it as "Regirock", thanks to her time in the Pantheon and she approached. Regirock, despite its status as a legendary Pokémon, could sense Toph's immense power and was initially intimidated by the elderly woman despite her small size. This was shortly dispelled when the former Blind Bandit sat down and talked with the Rock Regi. She explained she wasn't in the mood for a fight and offered to keep Regirock safe in case Kuvira discovered the temple and took it as her own. As a result, the two returned to the Pantheon and with the High God's approval, became close friends, with Regirock often keeping company with Toph and helping her out with maintaining peace in the former Earth Kingdom.
    • The Pantheon's resident Rock and Ground Type Pokémon respect Regirock's legendary status and strength, not to mention its massive defence stats. Shuckle, Tyranitar and Palossand all keep within the same are as Regirock's temple, providing an extra bit of protection from anyone daring to raid the temple. As well, the Mythical Diancie and her Carbink servants have taken a particular interest
  • Facts relating to Regice:
    • Regice, the Iceberg Pokémon, is a powerful and bulky golem comprised of Antarctic ice formed during the Ice Age. It can withstand powerful Fire Blasts and drop the air temperature around it down to -328 degrees Fahrenheit, freezing anything that comes into contact with it.
    • Regice found common ground with Mr. Freeze, due to their shared ice-based powers and their seclusion from others. At first, Batman was worried Freeze would use the Legendary Pokemon to aid in his criminal schemes, but things were quite the opposite. Victor Fries has actually refrained from using Regice in attacking Gotham City. Instead, he intrusts the Pokémon in protecting his wife Nora whenever he's not around, seeing off any intruders who would dare threaten her. For his part, Victor has kept his word, even offering Batman Regice's Poké Ball in case things go awry. The Dark Knight has declined but he's developed a contingency plan just in case.
  • Facts relating to Registeel:
    • Registeel, the Iron Pokémon, is rumoured to be made from metal formed from the Earth's mantle, tempered from intense pressure over 10,000 years. Others claim its body is otherwordly in nature, noting its incredible durability yet surprising flexibility. Despite this, its body is apparently hollow, leading some to wonder how this Pokémon eats.
    • Megatron, leader of the Decepticons, made a discovery that had the potential to tip the balance of the Cybertronian war in their favour. Hidden away in an ancient temple was a creature made from a most unusual metal, one that could stretch and shrink despite its hardness and remain in perfect condition. He sent his Decepticons to capture this new asset and bring it back to the Pantheon. Shockwave was about to convert the metallic titan, known as Registeel, into an unquestionably loyal Decepticon... but thankfully, Optimus Prime and his Autobots burst into the lab, and made off with the Pokémon. It turned out that Optimus had been keeping tabs on Registeel and the other Legendary Titans, and feared what would happen if Megatron got his hands on them all. To that extent, Prime opted to secure the Iron Pokémon's protection by becoming his partner. While Registeel can't really express much, it did give off a sound reminiscent of a transformation sequence. Wheeljack could only guess that it was pleased, which Optimus was alright with.
    • For some unknown reason, Registeel was once seen holding its arm up as though it were saluting Hitler. It has not been seen doing this again, thankfully. Unfortunately, this subtle incident quickly caught the eye of the Pantheon's ascended Nazi
    • Registeel has been described by many deities as sounding like a Transformer, which made it only fitting that it became Optimus Prime's partner Pokémon in the Pantheon. Unfortunately this has made it a target for Megatron and his Decepticon forces. Starscream has tried - and failed - at catching Registeel but it was the earthquakes of Rumble and Frenzy, Soundwave's Heralds, that proved to be super effective; the same as with its fellow Regis.
  • Facts relating to Regieleki:
    • Regieleki, the Electron Pokémon, is a small and fragile creature comprised of a cluster of electrical energy. It is capable of incredible power, enough to generate and provide the Galar Region with its electricity. It is also the fastest known Pokémon and is able to speed around its adversaries.
  • Facts relating to Regidrago:
    • Regidrago, the Dragon Orb Pokémon, was created by Regigigas from crystalized Dragon energy. Unfortunately, there was only enough to create the golem's head, resulting in its arms resembling the head of an ancient Dragon Pokémon. Regardless, Regidrago is a bulky powerhouse, said to have the powers of every Dragon-Type and is capable of unleashing incredible power.
  • Facts relating to Regigigas:
    • Regigigas, the Colossal Pokémon, is said to have towed the continents to their modern positions using massive ropes. It then created the other Golems from the various elements before being sealed away in Snowpoint Temple long ago. In battle, Regigigas takes a while to get up to speed, its attack and speed only half as powerful as it once was. It's only after a long, drawn-out battle that Slow Start wears off, allowing Regigigas' strength and speed to return to normal. When that happens, be prepared for the fight of your life.
    • Often hangs out with the Kecleon Brothers. Many deities believe it could be because of a Commonality Connection, whereas other, savvy deities know another reason.
    • Turns out those who thought otherwise were right. Regigigas managed to find a way to permanently give itself Protean. Many deities were terrified upon finding out, fearing Regigigas would go on a destructive rampage. As it stands, Regigigas hasn't, and likely won't due to its own docile nature. Just don't piss it off now, it will not end well.
    • It's surprisingly jovial with Yuuka Kazami. They even go on picnics together.
    • Despite rarely ever leaving their temple, The Legendary Golems can sometimes be seen relocated to Regigigas' temple, disguised as statues, guarding him and come to life whenever an evil deity draws near.
    • Wander was once seen entering Regigigas' temple in the hopes of killing it. Things were going well for Wander as it managed to climb up the moss on Regigigas' feet and get onto his back but when Wander found that Regigigas didn't have any runes on it for him to stab to do damage, Regigigas took advantage of his size and grabbed Wander (Something none of the other Colossi thought to do) and threw him out of his temple and back into the house of Ambiguity.
      • Since then, Regigigas has been seen getting along rather well with the other Colossi (Especially the docile ones) that Wander killed while they were mortal.
    • Regigigas ended up choosing its partner as Musashi, due to their similar issues.
    • Was rather amused by hearing how Hareta overcame his own Regigigas' Slow Start but using skill swap with his Misdreavus, and has since shown enough respect for him to be a secondary trainer of the sorts for him, even if he does already have his own Regigigas from another dimension. That warning with the reveal of his protean is doubled now, as if you piss one-off, the others will surely follow suit...

  • Intermediate Deities
  • Symbol: Stylish N?
  • Alignment:
  • Portfolio: Ax-Crazy, Badass Crew, Only They Can Defeat Power Rangers, Card Carrying Villains
  • Domains: War, Appearance, Power, Evil, Monsters
  • Allies: Basco ta Jolokia, Ryoma Sengoku, Carnage, Melkor, Dark Link, Ginyu Force, Mesogog, Dougen, Toon Patrol
  • Enemies: All Toku Heroes especially the Super Sentai/Power Rangers, Wonderful 101, Ascended Pretty Cures (Pink ones for Psycho Pink), Senran Kagura girls, The Investigation Team, The Saber Marionettes (Cherry for Psycho Pink), Rio Kamishiro, Yang Xiao Long, Ruby Rose, Weiss Schnee, Blake Belladonna, Tohru Adachi, Viewtiful Joe
  • Rival: Yoko Minato (Psycho Pink)
  • Teeth-Clenched Teamwork: Each other, Shadow Moon, Trakeena
  • It was a strange day in the Pantheon as many good-aligned deities were attacked by other good-aligned deities. First, the ToQger were seen battling Iron Man, She-Hulk, Spider-Man, Captain America and Hawkeye. Then some how Kamen Rider OOO's Complete Combos of Gatakiriba, Latorartar, Sagohzo, Shauta, Tajadol were fighting Nightwing, Starfire, Beast Boy, Cyborg and Raven. But what didn't make any sense at all was pre-Rebellion Madoka Kaname, Homura Akemi, Sayaka Miki, Kyoko Sakura, and Mami Tomoe battling Team RWBY. Turns out, all those attacks were carried out by the Psycho Rangers who were ascended to the Pantheon.
    • Even if they were found out, the Psycho Rangers still continue to use their shape shifting ability to cause chaos in the pantheon. Like turning themselves into one of the ascended Kagura girls and attacking the others and pretending to be the Investigation Team's Shadows to play with their minds.
  • Thanks to Ryoma Sengoku's battle data collecting and Basco securing blank Ranger Keys, the Psycho Rangers are able to use the them to transform themselves into complete set of already ascended teams including Riders, Rangers, Pretty Cure, etc.
  • Despite the Psycho Rangers being a team, they sometimes can't stand each other. In fact, Psycho Yellow once stabbed Psycho Pink in the back. Luckily, or unluckily, their hatred for Rangers of any kind make them an effective team.
    • Speaking of their Hatred of Rangers, they did attack both the Lol Rangers and Trollkaiger. Hey, they are Rangerish.
  • Psycho Pink is some what more feared out of the other Rangers. Why? She was actually able to kill Kendrix Morgan, the first Pink Galaxy Ranger. She now wants to repeat that by killing every Pink ascended Ranger or Magical Girl.
    • This goal has also made her a rival towards Yoko Minato since she is the only Pink Rider.
    • Psycho Pink, and by extension, the other Psycho Rangers earned the ire of Tuxedo Mask and the Sailor Guardians after Psycho Pink went after Sailor Chibi-Moon.
  • For some odd reason, their symbol is an N despite being the PSYCHO Rangers. Wonder what's that's all about?
  • Each Psycho Rangers have their own monster form. While in this state, they are more powerful but they lose their ability to use their keys.
  • They are pretty fine being a five-person team and are in no hurry for a sixth member. There is actually a time when there was a Green Psycho Ranger.
  • They are currently waiting for the day when the Space Power Rangers ascend so they can exact their revenge.

    Aslan
Aslan, God of Fantastical Religious Oddities (King Of Beasts, The Great Lion, The Lion & The Lamb)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/narnia_3_aslan_111705.jpg
  • Greater God
  • Symbol: A Lion with a magnificent golden mane. Alternatively; a white lamb.
  • Theme: Aslan's theme
  • Alignment: Lawful Good
  • Portfolio: Messianic Archetypes, Talking Animals, King of Beasts, Beware the Nice Ones, Big Good, Theories Involving Purgatory, Extremely Forthright Symbolism.
  • Domains: Animals, Glory, Good, Creation, Law.
  • Allies: The Pevensie siblings, Cosmos, Gandalf, The One Above All, Arceus, Mata Nui, Mufasa, Simba, Pi and Richard Parker
  • Enemies: Jadis, Sauron, Melkor, Griffith, Lucifer, Scar
  • Rivals: YHVH
  • Opposes: Satan (Mainly Dis, The Prince Of Darkness, The Beast, and The Unholy One)
  • Aslan is more than just a lion; he is many things when it comes to the fantastical world of Narnia. He is the son of a far stronger being known as The Emperor Beyond the Sea and is the creator, guardian, and saviour of Narnia and its inhabitants. When a quartet of children come across the land via wardrobe, they became allies to Aslan and helped him fight against Jadis, who turned Narnia into a frozen landscape. In the long run, with his benevolent demeanour and strong authority, Aslan is essentially Jesus Christ in all but name.
  • Despite his revered behaviour and overall character, Aslan doesn't really show up that much in the various alliance wars. If he does, it's mainly to give the GUAG the help they need if they're about to lose. He mostly prefers to work behind-the-scenes to move forward with his plans.
  • Scar is someone whom Aslan holds a lot of contempt towards, especially since Scar also is a lion. Scar killing Mufasa and turning the Pride Lands into a desolate wasteland during his reign isn't that much different from Jadis' tyrannical rule over Narnia, even if Aslan sacrificed himself instead of being murdered on a whim and later came back to life to battle her.
  • He and Arceus share quite a bit in common, especially in how they serve as the main deity of a particular world that they created. Aslan finds it very unusual that despite Arceus' powers and being the main God of the Pokemon universe, it doesn't have too much issue with being used by someone in a fight. Aslan also has a relatively more active role in keeping Narnia safe in comparison to Arceus simply just creating its own world and waiting for someone to show up to its area. Despite the differences, the two get along with each other rather well, with Aslan suggesting that Arceus be more proactive in its deity role.
  • A rather unnerving theory has cropped up among some gods: as an incarnation of Jesus, who was said to be an avatar of the Abrahamic God, some are wondering if Aslan is YHVH's good aspect broken off from him. Upon hearing this theory, Aslan boomed that it was NOT...impossible: he never really wondered up until it was mentioned, but he doesn't remember how he came to be. Lucifer shrugged at the notion when it was brought up to him by gods hoping to work toward he and YHVH making peace, and said simply that it didn't matter: YHVH and all that he represents are his enemies.
  • Being a fantastic representation of Jesus Christ, Aslan can only "hate" evil and nothingness in themselves, whether it be personified as the Leaders of the Alliances that oppose peace, justice and universal kindness. In fact, Aslan has already predicted the ultimate triumph of Good, even before he was accepted in the Pantheon. Needless to say, YHVH, Melkor and Nekron were angry and confronted Aslan about it. He merely said.
The nature of your defeat is quite simple: none of you respond to love. Lucifer can only understand freedom as a prize, not a right. YHVH responds only to things that can be weighed or measured. He imposes law, he doesn't nurture it. He appraises order; he doesn't bother to seek out its truth or meaning. And Melkor lives in a mirror; the world is nothing more to him than a reflection of himself. And Nekron... the world, to him, is a small animal, caught in a trap, to be tormented. His pleasure is the giving of pain, and from this, he receives the same sense of fulfillment most people get from a kiss or an embrace. You're caricatures, all of you Gods or not, you're caricatures. And this is why you are destined to lose.
    • For that speech, Lorien smiled and congratulated Aslan, while Jean-Luc Picard and the Enterprise crew delivered a standing ovation. Aslan was even accepted into the ranks of the Grand United Alliance of Good. Cosmos, aware of his reputation, offered to cede leadership of the Alliance to him, but Aslan replied, as he is too humble to be an active leader.
    • Much to the shock of those listening, however, Lucifer listened calmly and intently to his advice. Much to their horror, he accepted Aslan's words but gave a warning of his own.
Lucifer: Indeed I do Aslan. For it was only through earning my right to freedom that humanity was able to be saved from our shared Creators YHVH grasp, even as I fell from heaven as the price. To say that one musn't earn ones freedom even when it is all but stripped away leaves one only with despair and complacency, as humans will give up to their freedom for false safety in societal order. Make no mistake, humans can have freedom, but for every individual that word has a different meaning, even one of order that humans strive for can be ideal so long as gods do not exist to choke the freedom in such a state. Yet there is two things you truly do misunderstand about me. Heed me well, to say I am a caricature incapable of responding to love is the same kind of mentality YHVH, Nekron, and Melkor have. For if I did not respond to Love I could not conceive my many children with their human mothers and fathers, nor create one by myself, and if I did not know of the love of Friendship I could not be summoned and incarnated in forms when heroes have needed aid through the bonds of their friends. I am contradiction incarnate, I am mankind's eternal protector, and it's eternal adversary. I will save humans when they need it, and I will be struck down when humans need it. That is my nature.

    Littlefinger
Petyr Baelish, God of Chessmasters (Littlefinger, Master of Coin, Lord Paramount of the Vale, Middlefinger)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/profile_littlefinger.png
  • Demigod, however his manipulation skills are borderline-Overdeity
  • Symbol: A Mockingbird
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil, bordering on Chaotic Evil
  • Portfolio: Chessmasters, Magnificent Bastards, Manipulative Bastards, Deadpan Snarker, Devil in Plain Sight, Evil Chancellor, From Nobody to Nightmare, Chronic Backstabbing Disorder, Hidden Agenda Villain, Lack of Empathy, Lovable Traitor, Not-So-Harmless Villain, The Sociopath, Schmuck Bait Personified, Ambition Is Evil, Using Every Crisis and Piece of Chaos to his Advantage.
  • Domains: Manipulation, Power Grabbing... and outright telling you he lies and can't be trusted, while you somehow forget that fact just a bit later... It's a gift.
  • Allies: Baelish has been quick to create alliances to further his influence. Of course, they all think he's harmless, but they're just more Unwitting Pawns to him, and he's just biding his time. Right now, he's allied himself with Lucifer
  • Rivals: Havelock Vetinari, David Xanatos, Varys, Makuta Teridax
  • Enemies: Many oppose Petyr knowing what he can do. Doubtless, he uses their passion and rage to his advantage.
  • Petyr Baelish, also known as Littlefinger, is member of the minor house Baelish. To many, he seems amiable, friendly and ultimately harmless. Friendly maybe, but everything else he sells you is a big fat lie; Littlefinger is one of the greatest chessmasters in existence, and would burn down most of Westeros if it made him the most powerful man in it. It's that manipulation that makes him soar in the War of the Five Kings, and become deified in the Trope Pantheon. You've been warned.
  • Though a cold, calculating figure, Littlefinger Used to Be a Sweet Kid; mischevious, bold and sweet-hearted. His descent came from rejection by Catelyn, the only woman he ever loved. Do not think you can use this against him or mock him being "friendzoned" to break his concentration; if he gets enraged, you'd never see it coming. The House of Love has a bad relationship with Littlefinger due to how he became a bad guy. His biggest enemy in this regard is Kyu Sugardust, who was enraged upon learning what he's done and why. She refuses to let him manipulate her.
  • Since his ascent to the Pantheon, "Littlefinger" has been quick to very subtly garner influence, and, due to his status as Chessmaster, has made several new pawns. Several in the House of Mentalism regard him with even more suspicion considering just how good he is at planning, though Petyr himself just smiles and nods. After all, he can find a way to turn ''anything'' to his advantage. Enemies, allies, power, terrain. It makes no difference to him. For the love of God, don't underestimate him because he comes from a minor house (Unless you're an Overdeity. Otherwise, it's unwise). Kings have died over this. Tyrion for one never underestimated him for a second, given his own status as a dwarf.
  • Privately he has little respect for others who cannot match his intellectual prowess. He, however, will admit to being very intrigued by Lord Vetinari. He, to a lesser degree, is also fascinated by David Xanatos, and despite himself also has envy of Teridax, who one-upped Littlefinger's goals of scheming to become a king to successfully becoming a god.
  • Petyr Baelish' main rival is Varys, Master of Whisperers. Both are shifty, clever manipulators from minor backgrounds manipulating the throne. However while Varys is almost certainly got noble intentions, Littlefinger's a Despotism Justifies the Means kind of guy. Many in the Grand United Alliances believe it'll come down to a battle between the two for Westeros, unless an agent of unpredictability offs him.
  • Though the chessmaster, Petyr Baelish privately admits the likes of Doctor Doom outclass him in the field of strategy. Doom still considers Baelish a clever manipulator in his own right.
  • Is discreetly attempting to have himself inducted into the House of Commerce, citing his experience as the Seven Kingdoms' Master of Coin. While he is in the list, there is just too much pressure, both to kick him out and to just reel him in. So Littlefinger just smiles and waits...
  • Before the High Sparrow banned it, Littlefinger owned one of the best brothels in Kings Landing. He's tried to re-establish it in the House of Lust, only for them to point out they are not a brothel and realizing Kyu Sugarheart was there.
  • The House of War has caught on to some of Petyr's tricks, and have thus banned him. They know how dangerous he is, and have made it clear he can't associate with any of the gods there. This has motivated Littlefinger to target other houses instead.
  • It's unknown what he's doing in the midst of the Pantheonic Rebellion. Some say he's using it to benefit himself as usual. Others say that he discreetly worked to instigate it for that very reason. Others suspect that he's doing it to infuriate YHVH and bailout Lucifer. Regardless of these rumors, Littlefinger just smirks in response. Regards chaos as a ladder, and any conflict in the pantheon to be something to take advantage of. Time will tell how far he gets through this.
  • As skilled a manipulator Littlefinger may be, even he was taken aback by the Night's King. The Others are alien to the Game of Thrones, and have the chance to smash the chessboard itself. Petyr knows human nature, not these.
  • Has made his opinion on the Grand United Alliance of Destruction very clear:
"Good, Evil, Law and Chaos. They're all part of the game. They can be understood. But Destruction? They break all the rules. They smash the playing board, they cannot be reasoned with. I won't stand this. They need to go, even if we all have to pitch in."
  • Even he cannot give a Hannibal Lecture to Kenshiro, though he doesn't need to at the moment. And he isn't going to try, since he's not on Kenshiro's shit list (again, yet).
  • Left his mortal coil after karma finally caught up to him by his actions being outed by Sansa Stark in Castle Winterfell, and his throat sliced by Arya. He has taken this loss... rather badly, but he didn't lash out or anything. He just took it as a lesson on what to do now that he's a permanent Pantheon resident.

  • Pitied by: Arnold Shortman, Hildegard Schlievogt, Tetsuya Tsurugi, Hana and the Wolf Mannote
  • Fears: The Goatnote
  • This is the tale of Guy and Sam, and how they became gods thanks to Green Eggs and Ham.
  • Once upon a time there was a duo named Guy-Am-I and Sam-I-Am. The former was a grump who did not like the latter, but Sam-I-Am wished for him to try his Green Eggs and Ham. Guy would not eat them here or there. He would not eat them anywhere. He would not eat them in a house. He would not eat them with a mouse. Not in a box with a fox. Not in a car or a tree even as he begged Sam to let him be. Not on a train, in the dark, or in the rain. Not with a goat or on a boat. Finally, asking Sam to let him be, Guy would try them, and the red-hatted fellow would see... but instead of hating them, Guy discovered that, after all, he truly liked Green Eggs and Ham and he thanked Sam-I-Am. That would have been the end of the story... or was it?
    • The two who ascended into the Pantheon came from a timeline that expanded upon their pasts in further detail. In this one, Guy was a struggling inventor while Sam was part of an animal protection agency, but the two got involved after Guy accidentally took Sam's briefcase that held a smuggled Chickeraffe and Sam had to drag him to Meepville mostly because Guy's watching paint dry job and the Chickeraffe's home were coincidentally there. Through this adventure, the two would become closer and end up as friends all thanks to Guy's disgust of green eggs and ham.
      • The main difference between the versions is how Guy relented to eat green eggs and ham. From the book, this was more because Sam pressured him to eat until he gave him with no consequences. The animated version of Guy only ate it because he wanted to apologize to Sam after he accidentally told Sam that he didn't "fit" anyone, particularly the mother who abandoned him. When asked, Guy just mutters something that it was something he'd do on his own volition. It also helped that even when Sam asked Guy to eat it, he accepted Guy's "No" for an answer.
  • The two were heading off on an adventure to East Flurbia in an attempt to find Sam's Missing Mom when Guy decided to invent a rocket that would let them fly faster. Unfortunately, the rocket instead launched them into the gates of the Pantheon...and then exploded. With nowhere else to go, the two headed off to the House of Food to order a plate of green eggs and ham...where their author, Dr. Seuss, was also having his own plate of this. Dr. Seuss was proud that their adaptation was a success and decided that they needed a temple in the Pantheon to rest up, so he quickly had one built in the House of Narrative.
    • Once there, Guy and Sam were met up with the other Dr. Seuss deities: The Grinch, Horton, the Lorax and the Yooks and Zooks. Pinkie Pie was there with a Dr. Seuss-themed party while Sam whipped up green eggs and ham for everyone but decided to step back when the Yooks and Zooks began arguing whether to eat their green eggs and ham on toast butter side up or down.
    • Not long after, a slow moving car finally made its way to the Pantheon gates. Guy and Sam went to check it out and were both happy and worried to find Michellee and EB there. Michellee went on a rampage for Guy's reckless move before hugging him and being glad he's all right. EB herself was excited to see all of the cool animals in the Pantheon and was rushing to go see them...until Michelee activated her friendship bracelet to drag EB back to her side, stating that they were going to explore the Pantheon together. Guy and Sam were at least glad to have someone they knew up here and mother and daughter would essentially become their heralds.
    • The House of Family have noted that both Guy and Sam have different dynamics to family. Guy doesn't like his family much — not because they're abusive, no, they're the exact opposite — because he feels like his failures of being an inventor make him inferior to how successful they have been. Sam likes to talk about his mother was truly loving when in truth, she just abandoned him one day at an orphanage without explaining. Thankfully Guy has been able to understand that his family really does care for his success while Sam is hoping to be able to meet up with his mother once they meet up again in East Flurbia.
    • Despite Guy's romance with Michellee, there's many gods who see Guy and Sam's relationship in a different light. Guy just rolls his eyes at all of this nonsense while Sam is happy that people see them being very close.
    • What makes them different from most other Dr. Seuss gods is that their adaptation was believed to be doomed to failure from the start. However, once the gods got to see that it wasn't like it appears to be, Guy and Sam obtained lots of popularity from it. Just before they could settle down, they met up with with the god who was the current holder of the trope, (BROKEN) Matt Hardy and both Guy and Sam have conflicting opinions. Guy thinks he's an utter nutcase, while Sam decided to share a plate of green eggs and ham to go with Matt's love of green beans and had Guy build something as thanks. Guy decided to build another drone companion to Matt's fellow companion Vanguard-1...but a test flight caused it to explode, sending Vanguard-1 tumbling to the ground out of commission (thankfully Matt was able to ask the Seven Deities to recharge Vanguard-1). After this, Matt declared war on the two and began preparing the battlefield. for. massacre. The two wisely decided it was best to flee before Matt and Vanguard-1 appeared armed with Roman candle assault rifles.
    • Due to their experiences with what happened with Mr. Jenkins the Chickeraffe, both of them do not like those who hurt animals. Thus the two really dislike Cruella de Vil who wants animals slaughtered for her fur coats, Sam especially. If Sam had it his way, he'd probably send Cruella a Girooster (which are like Chickeraffes but with a darker plumage, their favourite food is beans and they like to chew people up and blow bubbles of their chewed victims) to teach her a lesson.
  • Exclusive to Guy:
    • Guy's still trying to work out the kinks of his inventions but every single one of them explodes after a time. Many gods in the Explosives sub-house suggest just turning them into bombs (since they're meant to go off anyway), but Guy's not the violent type. Still, he's not one to give up, and will do whatever he can until he gets at least one invention to stop blowing up in his face.
      • In regards to this, instead of bombs, why not do something like fireworks or make them into practical items for pranks? Again, Guy isn't that type of person but he does respect those like The Panda King for his dedication to that craft.
      • He found out he wasn't the only Bungling Inventor in the Pantheon and encountered the current holder of the trope, Flynn Lockwood and the tale of his famous FLDSMDFR. While Guy is glad that Flynn was able to work out the kinks of his invention, he prays that Sam never finds out about it else have the entire Pantheon raining with green eggs and ham.
    • Was impressed to find various children gods with their own treehouses, since he built an elaborate one by himself as a kid, but the one that interested him the most was from Sector V of the Kids Next Door. He's willing to improve their security system — seeing as their treehouse has a tendency to getting destroyed — and even invent some new weapons for them to test out. The KND are a bit wary, since they don't trust adults at all, but they do admit that the types of inventions and technology of his world would fit theirs so they accepted.
      • Another treehouse belonged to that of the Cutie Mark Crusaders. Guy was amused to find that it was built by Applebloom all by herself, and it is the headquarters of the Crusaders in helping others find their purpose. He admits that the Crusaders remind him of EB and hopes to help improve their treehouse (seeing as it's found within the frosty House of Prophecy)
    • Many gods are wondering about the lives of Guy's family: his father is a breadwinnernote , his mom is a homemaker (she literally makes houses with her hands), he has brothers who are movers and shakers and his grandpa was said to have moved mountains. Many gods have come asked Guy to learn more and more about their lives, but Guy basically shuts them up and states that if they want to know more about them then actually go to them and stop harassing him.
    • Guy spends a lot of time traveling and staying in hotels. Not only is it because he's trying to sell his inventions, but it was mostly due to the fact that he felt inferior to his successful family and wanted to avoid them because he felt that their sympathy was condescending. Thankfully he doesn't have to worry about spending up lodger points so quickly and actually wants to see what the Pantheon has to offer.
      • Has been very careful as to who he tries to show off his wares to in the House of Commerce, not just because he knows that many of the eviler gods are probably as bad if not worst than Snerz but also so that his inventions don't suddenly blow up in the middle of a presentation.
    • A lot of goddesses are questioning Guy's offhanded remark on him being a feminist. On one hand, he does respect Michellee and EB but he also did go along with Sam's plan to befriend EB to get closer to Michellee (With both EB and Guy stating that it was "messed up"). Guy, for his part, truly does hope to get closer to Michelee and will take it a day at a time.
  • Exclusive to Sam:
    • Sam can be found in the House of Food eating plate after plate of green eggs and ham. When asked why he does he usually just says it's his favorite. The real reason is that it's something his mom made for breakfast before she dropped him off at an orphanage and that he's trying to find the ones that taste just like hers so he knows what happened to her.
      • Thanks to Michellee, Sam is willing to cook a tofu-based version of the dish on the side.
    • Sam is known to be quite clingy and insensitive even though he doesn't mean to. Many gods state that he and Pinkie Pie would be perfect for one another. Sam decided to meet up with the peppy party ponie and they got along quite well. Pinkie directed Sam to her group of friends from Equestria and to her fellow Avatars of Friendship (Gentaro, Elena, KO and Steven). But when Sam noticed the album that had the Avatars, he noticed that there was a wrestling prior to KO's arrival. Pinknie explained that Bayley has left the group and turned cynical and won't be coming back for some time. Sam reassured her that Bayley would return, and in the meantime, he'll try to get her back with some green eggs and ham. Unfortuantely, Bayley found it irritating that he was even associated with her former friends and slammed him with a Bayley-to-Belly Suplex. She would've done more to him if Guy didn't intervene with a hugging robot to keep her in place (which exploded, like all inventions do). Bayley has hated the two ever since.
    • The House of Justice is really unsure about Sam. On one hand he is a con-artist/animal smuggler, on the other hand he did turn a new leaf and returned Mr. Jenkins to his home. For the time being, Sam is banned from entering the House of Beasts and Nature and Guy is making him take Zoology and Biology courses in the Elysium University. As Guy notes, if you're going to pretend to be rescuing animals at least be knowledgeable about them first.
      • The House of Crime also is unsure what to think of him because, again, of his criminal past due to his friendly personality being genuine and that he's not as malicious as they are. When asked why he became a con-artist in the first place all Sam can say is, "It's nice to be wanted, right?"
      • That being said, Sam is disgusted with Hunter J and her tendency to capture Pokémon and turned them into bronze statues for a quick buck. Many gods would like to remind Sam that he was willing to sell Mr. Jenkins to Snerz to add to the CEO's exotic animal collection and have him chained up. Sam sheepishly agrees that yeah, he deserved that.
      • A hunter that Sam is unsure of is Mr. Fox since the major difference between them is that Mr. Fox hunts food and drink for him and his family to survive while Sam cons and smuggles animals mostly for money to help him on his search for his mother. Another reason why they don't get along is because Mr. Fox reminds Sam of the other Fox he met on his journey — Michael the Fox — who was going through a green egg withdrawal due to trying to woo the heart of a hen he loves.
      • And speaking of thieving foxes, there was also Swiper the Fox who swooped in to steal Sam's picnic basket filled with green eggs and ham one day. Luckily Guy tricked him with an identical picnic basket that exploded with cream pies when opened.
      • The one fox that has no pity on Sam at all is Inspector Carmelita Fox. She felt like The BADGUYSnote  went too easy on Sam's punishment and is making sure Sam pays for his crimes.
    • The House of Friendship has felt pity on Sam since he constantly keeps changing personalities because no one ever stays long enough to be with the real him. Thankfully, aside from the Avatars of Friendship, Sam has found new friends that truly want to be with him.
    • Sam is known to have many similarities with Wander, being that he's a friendly hat-wearing guy who travels around the world trying to befriend others. That's the only similarities though. Wander disapproved of Sam's goal to initially send Mr. Jenkins to Snerz but forgave him after Sam pulled a Heel–Face Turn and sent Mr. Jenkins on a cold air balloon back home.
      • Due to this friendship, Sam is now on the hit-list of Lord Hater and Commander Peepers and especially Lord Dominator. Wander has warned Sam that Lord Dominator's a bad guynote  and that she won't accept friendship that easily.
    • If there is one thing that can ever make Sam's smile drop is mentioning of his mother or that he doesn't even "fit" her. Guy learned this the hard way and will defend him should anyone ever make that insult.
      • Many gods are trying to warn Sam that perhaps his mother just didn't want to deal with raising him and dropped him off to make it someone else's problem. But Sam replies that if she did such a thing why would she always make him green eggs and ham for breakfast? There's no way for certain for the motive, but many gods are advising him to not get his hopes up.
    • To any god who is vegan, he will hold their hand and reply with this:
Sam: Oh, I'm so sorry. How long have you known?
    • Sam screamed in terror when he heard about The Goat in the Pantheon, thinking it was the same animal smuggler that terrorized him and Guy on their adventure. Turns out, it wasn't, but he's still not going anywhere near said Goat for the time being.
    • Sam was confused when he learned of Jean Valijean's crimes because it reminded him of a mouse he met in jail and his particular crime (or perhaps it's the other way around and it was the mouse's crimes that reminded Sam of Valijean?)

    Thel 'Vadam
Thel 'Vadam, God of Invisibility Cloaks (The Arbiter)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/the_arbiter.jpg
  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: The Prophet's Blade
  • Alignment: Lawful Good (Formerly Lawful Neutral)
  • Portfolios: Asskicking Leads to Leadership, Four-Star Badass, Blue Blood, Cool Sword, Combat Pragmatist, Frontline General, Hero of Another Story, Laser Blade, Reasonable Authority Figure, Shameful Strip, The Strategist, Warrior Monk
  • Domains: War, Law, Good, Trickery, Alien
  • Allies: Adrian Shepard, Isaac Clarke, Worf, Urdnot Wrex, Zeratul, Riku, Sarah Kerrigan, Zuko, Gabriel Belmont, Harry Potter
  • Rivals: Jago, B. Orchid, Spinal, Hisako, Riptor, Maya Fallegeros, Sadira, Scarface
  • Opposes: The Flood
  • Opposed by: The Combine, Arthas Menethil
  • Fire-Forged Friends: Master Chief
  • Among the Covenant, there was once a revered warrior among their fold. That one was supposed to eliminate Master Chief. Instead, he befriended the human, earning his banishment (To be fair, he was already disgraced when he first lost to the Chief). Yet the stories of his adventures did not end there. This warrior ended up to be one of the biggest thorns in the Covenant 's back. And it will be the same in the Pantheon, as he graces his way into the Pantheon due to his iconic invisibility cloak.
  • Master Chief was naturally the first to meet up with the Arbiter. The two have a rather… complicated history to say the least. Starting out as enemies, the two have now become crucial allies. Their followers work together to take down the Covenant.
  • The Arbiter remains one of the Covenant's greatest failures. There was a time where he was one of their most reliable strategists, stymying their human opponent with victories. The fact that he has ascended has further shaken their ranks. There are already talks of the Covenant breaking rank form a rival temple. Luckily, such efforts have been unsuccessful due to a lack of leadership as well as infighting within their group. The Combine are much more organized, quelling such talks for now.
  • On the other hand, Thel 'Vadam's redemption may be one of the greatest Heel–Face Turn stories of the known Omniverse. various other gods who went through the same process congratulated him on his ascension. Zuko especially was proud of the Arbiter for achieving this moment.
  • Although he hasn't played such an active role in fighting the Flood as Master Chief, he remains among their greatest enemies. Of course, this put him in opposition of Arthas Menethil.
  • He ultimately declined a spot as high priest of Adrian Shepard, God of Popular Mooks. He has long since outgrown that notion, thus initially disqualifying him from the role. Still, he maintains a tight friendship with the soldier.
  • There has been rumors suggesting that he took part in the latest Killer Instinct tournament. Only that proved to be false. As there were many before him that took the role as the Arbiter, this one is from another time. Thel 'Vadam is not yet sure which one it is though.
  • His race came from a long line of Proud Warrior Races called The Sangheili. They used to be one of the most prized forces for the Covenant as the Elites before the organization betrayed them. The humiliation prompted Wrex and Worf to fight bitterly against their benefactors. When the Arbiter ascended, both gods welcomed him with open arms. They can seen either kicking evil alien ass or their own for training.
  • He is well aware of another group of aliens known for their prowess, one who are interested in the hunt above all else. They are led by Scarface, the most well known of their kind. The two races respect each other, though they aren't exactly allies. The Predators are interested in putting the Arbiter to the test, of which the Arbiter declined to take up.
  • To his delight, he has earned the aid of Zeratul. The Void God holds the Combine with nothing but contempt and is glad to see another alien group fight against it.
  • One of the most famous practitioners of the Invisible Cloak, Harry Potter greeted him and have him thanks. The wizard helped develop formed the temple so that magical users would feel just as home as their technological counterparts.
  • In addition to his customized plasma sword, "Prophet's Bane", Arbiter Vadam's position as a Pantheon member allows him to call upon any weapon or vehicle made or used by his people, for use by him or his allies, in the event of trouble breaking out; more than once, when battle has broken out within the Pantheon, he has lent the forces of good various plasma weapons and versatile vehicles. And if some serious power is needed, he can even call in a Scarab, allowing him and his allies to easily turn the tide of a battle or break nearly any siege.

    Clock-La
Clockwerk and Neyla, Co-Gods of Purpose-Driven Immortality (Clock-La)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/rsz_237349_clockwerk1_574.jpg
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/neyla.png
  • Greater God (Clockwerk); Demigoddess (Neyla)
  • Symbol: An owl in the sky.
  • Theme Song:
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil (Neyla was originally Neutral Evil)
  • Portfolio:
  • Domains: Hatred, Immortality, Envy, Betrayal.
  • Heralds: Sir Raleigh, Muggshot, Mz. Ruby (Clockwerk)
  • Allies: Evil members of the House of Hatred and Rancor, Master Xehanort, Vanitas
  • Enemies:
  • Rival: Courtney Gears
  • Unwitting Pawns:
  • According to the Thievius Raccoonus, Clockwerk has been around for at least three millennia. The fourth adventure even implies that he's been around since the Ice Age! What kept him alive all this time: pure hatred to the Cooper family.
  • Neyla used to be a member of Interpol, serving as the constable to Inspector Carmelita Fox. However, after capturing Rajan, Neyla frames Carmelita and is ultimately promoted to captain. She was really playing double-agent, as she also served as the protégé to the Klaww Gang leader, Arpeggio.
    • When Clockwerk fell the first time, his body was taken apart and used by various members of the Klaww Gang, including then-member Dimitri Lousteau. Neyla tricks Sly, Bentley and Murray into collecting all the parts, and later retakes them through Jean Bison. When Arpeggio attempted to use the parts for himself, she betrayed him and became Clock-La.
  • Neyla has been spotted with Maleficent and Pete several times since she ascended, and has even been shown to control the Heartless. A few gods imply that Neyla has taken Riku's place as Maleficent's "protégé" following the opening of the Door to Darkness (and Riku's own Heel–Face Turn), leading to many comparisons between the Keyblade Master and evil tigress. Since then, Forze del Male has served as her pseudo-theme, but only as Clock-La.
  • It's unknown who is in control of the body, considering that Neyla took control after Clockwerk was reassembled. Some gods presume that the souls of the two were merged prior to the destruction of the Hate Chip.
  • Clockwerk was the founder of the Fiendish Five, which included himself, Sir Raleigh, Muggshot, Mz. Ruby, and the Panda King. Since Neyla took control of the body, the Panda King joined the Cooper Gang, while Muggshot continues to do dirty crime, and the whereabouts of Raleigh and Mz. Ruby are unknown. Clockwerk is trying to revive the Fiendish Five, but other than Muggshot, none of the others want to rejoin.
  • Neyla seems to be a Foil to Courtney Gears, in that they are both hot females who turn out to be evil mid-way through their debut games. In the Pantheon, they also have a strong alliance with a Disney Villainess (Maleficent and Lady Tremaine, respectively) and are able to control a certain dark creature (Heartless and Unversed, respectively). Their goals also contrast each other, with Gears wanting to use the darkness to destroy non-AI life forms, and Neyla wanting to use it to fuel the pantheon with hatred so she can remain immortal.
  • Speaking of Disney Villains, Clockwerk seems to enjoy hanging out near Lady Tremaine and Clu, feeding off their pure hatred towards Cinderella and Kevin Flynn, respectively.
  • Despite being immortal, Neyla fears supernatural beings after Sly dumped a batch of ghosts from the tomb of the Evil Wolf Priestess onto her headquarters in Prague (and framed The Contessa). Because of this, she stays away from the House of Otherness.
  • Neyla has taking advantage of Oogie Boogie's inability to form new memories by claiming that he works for her. It's working so far, but Jack Skellington is aware of this, and he is planning to stop them both!
  • Clockwerk's also been spotted watching the House of Crime and Transgressions from numerous normally unreachable locations around the house. When informed of his presence, The triad are understandably prepared in the event Clockwerk decides to attack the house in a attempt to take his arch-nemesis' life.

King Lear and Cordelia (the Shakespeare edition)
King Lear and Princess Cordelia (the Shakespeare version), Patron Deities of Those Who Received Death by Adaptation (Lear: Leir of Britain; Cordelia: Cordelia of Britain)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/king_lear_5.jpg
  • Quasideities
  • Symbol: A man sitting on a throne asking for a declaration of love from three women.
  • Theme Song: "Suite"
  • Alignment: Neutral Good (for Cordelia), True Neutral (for Lear)
  • Domain: Family, Royalty, Love, Death, Narrative
  • Portfolio: Death by Adaptation, Downer Ending
  • Followers: Satella Harvenheit, Ben Ulrich, Snowball, Duckworth
  • Allies: The good-aligned deities in the House of Family,
    • Cordelia: Every deities who love their parents
    • Lear: Tintin
  • Enemies: Macbeth, Lady Macbeth
  • Complicated Relationship with: British loyalties like King Arthur, King Richard III of England
  • Opposes:
    • Lear: Jack Sparrow
  • Superior: William Shakespeare
  • The famous father and daughter duo whose deaths by Shakespeare was incredibly unexpected, the duo was brought back to life thanks to the influence of their superior and bring into the Pantheon
  • Sometime the two can be seen as Japanese Warlords named Hidetora and Saburo.
  • Macbeth and his wife were at first tried to have contact with the two because hearing that they are also usurpers but was rejected violently by both Lear and Cordelia due to how evil and a bad ruler he is. The fact that the four of them have many look-a-like and one of Lady Macbeth's High Priest is Lady Kaede doesn't help.
  • Due to the fact that the entire tragedy started because of Poor Communication Kills, Cordelia and Lear have been trying to rebuild their relationship and establish clear communication with each other. It isn't easy because Lear has gone insane due to grief of seeing his daughter beheaded, but Cordelia determines to not stop trying. Her effort moved many deities in the Pantheon who love their parents.
  • Due to her status as an exile, married to the King of France and led a coup against the English throne to reinstall her father, Cordelia has a tense relationship with other British royalties like King Arthur and Richard III. They sympathize with her situation but not her action of threatening the crown. They also have problem with the fact that Cordelia knows that her father isn't the most stable ruler and try to re-install him anyway.
    • Their relationship with Richard III is especially on bad term considering the fact Lear and him have many look-a-like.
  • Being a relatively popular work that has a long history, the duo has encountered many interesting interaction thanks to their incarnation:
    • Every mutants in the Pantheon are creeped out by Lear due to the fact that he sounds like a Sentinels that hunt them. Lear knows this and usually appear under one of his counterpart that looks like Magneto.
      • On the other hand, Tintin really warms up to Lear after meeting him due to the fact that his voice sounds like his good friend Capt. Haddock.
    • Lear is NOT pleased when discover that he looks like one of Jack Sparrow's pirates Capt. Barbossa and has been avoiding Sparrow ever since.
  • Chrom at first thought that this Cordelia was one of the Pegasus Knights in Yllise because of their similar names. Cordelia was sadden to hear about how the other Cordelia had to lose her entire squad in order to warn him about the capital's fall and (unknown to Chrom from other sources) how Cordelia never confessed her to him.
    • She met that woman upon her ascension and that Cordelia found her story to be very tragic.

    Sly Cooper
Sly Cooper, God of Rascally Raccoons (Ringtail, The Raccoon, The Gentleman Thief, The Romeo, The Looks, The Ladies 'Man', The Heart Robber, The Money, The Heartbreaker, The Rogue, The Sly Goodbye, The Tail, The Dapper Bandit, The Talent, The Shadow, Burglarus Raccoonus)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/sly_cooper_8.png
  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: The Thievius Raccoonus; alternatively, his Calling Card
  • Theme Song: Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus; Thieves in Time (shared with Bentley and Murray)
  • Alignment: Chaotic Good leaning toward True Neutral
  • Domain: Thievery, Honor, Companions
  • Portfolio: Domino Mask, wielding canes, an obvious thief, Honor Before Reason, Gentleman Thief, snarking, following the legacy of his ancestors, wearing a shirt but no pants, jumping high, skills coming from his father, appearing/reappearing out of nowhere, not being able to swim (despite being a raccoon), Having his franchise canned in the middle of a major cliffhanger
  • High Priests: Meeko (Raccoon aspect) and John Robie (Gentleman Thief aspect)
  • Followers:
  • Allies:
  • Rival: Nathan Drake
  • Friendly Enemy: Carmelita Fox
  • Enemies: Penelope Mouse, Clockwerk and Neyla, Evil gods in the House of Commerce, Jafar, Judge Dredd, Lucifer, Dahlia Hawthorne
  • Evil Counterpart: Roman Torchwick
  • Opposes: Prince Hans Westergard
  • Having surpassed the skills of his ancestors in the Thievius Racoonus, Sly Cooper, leader of the modern-day Cooper Gang, decided to head up to the Pantheon for more challenges. He only steals from the villainous and rich because "there's no honor, no challenge, and no fun stealing from the poor."
  • Many have noted that he acts similar to Lupin when it comes to thieving, and the two have challenged each other to a thieving contest. The two haven't decided when to hold their thieving spree, but it would be a feat to talk about for years to come.
  • Has gotten a rivalry with Nathan Drake due to their ways of gathering treasure: while Nathan goes to ancient ruins in search of treasure, Sly and his ancestors acquired their treasure by stealing from other thieves. Things came to a head at one point, before cooling to a healthy respect.
  • He also doesn't get along with Robin Hood either. While Robin Hood is about stealing from the rich and giving it to the poor, Sly steals as it's part of his family honor as a thief and seals his treasures away. Still, Sly does respect Robin Hood enough to be taught archery lessons from him.
  • The majority of Sly's treasures has been placed in the Cooper Vault on a secret island hidden far, far away. Only those of Cooper ancestry are capable of entry, and he has ensured that only he, Bentley, and Murray can enter it.
  • Many have questioned why Sly, a raccoon, can't swim. He simply answers that he, Bentley and Murray skipped swimming lessons back at the orphanage.
  • Sly and Bentley were pulled into a mysterious world where they were forced to compete in Galactic Games alongside Jak, Daxter, Ratchet and Clank, which ultimately ends with all six of them working together to defeat their kidnappers, Gleeber and Lunk. The duo were actually Plan B, since the original candidates, Sora and Donald, fell into a year-long slumber before they could be captured.
  • Has a bad Italian accent, according to Bentley, which all the Italian gods can agree with. Despite this, Sly was still able to fool Le Paradox and Miss Decibel, villains in his own world, when in Ancient Arabia, which was a massive surprise for everyone. Aladdin is wondering how the heck that even works.
  • Sly is consistently furious at former team member Penelope Mouse for her betrayal of the gang. It was bad enough that Penelope completely hated Sly himself for supposedly holding back Bentley's potential, even though Sly once saved her from a stone dragon. This came to a head when Penelope tried to crush his skull when he was pinned down; this act caused Bentley to finally break up with Penelope and attack her to protect his friends. Naturally, Sly will not hesitate to attack Penelope if she appears to pose a threat to her former allies.
    • For some reason, her villainy and his presence in the Pantheon have created a paradox, but Sly insists that he got away from the blimp in time, and rumors of him being trapped in Ancient Egypt are false. Sure, he woke up at the pyramids…in the present day. Made it back to Paris in a matter of months. The whole thing is too long a story to explain properly in a day.
    • Likewise, Sly saw Prince Hans becoming Sköll out of resentment towards Queen Elsa as a reminder that Penelope might suffer the same fate if she continues to resent him, and pursuit money and power through acts of evil. His and Anna's attempts to warn her have done nothing but push Penelope closer to the edge. This causes the creation of a Heartless called the "Avaricious Muis".
  • Found himself a new friend in the recently-ascended Ren Amamiya, both being leaders of gangs of virtuous thieves who have experience being pursued by and then working with an attractive female police detective. He was there to help celebrate when said gang, the Phantom Thieves of Hearts, were all moved to share Joker's temple with him.
  • "The Thievius Raccoonus doesn't make great thieves. It takes great thieves to make the Thievius Raccoonus!"
  • Can also be found in the House of Beast.

    Tao Trio
Reshiram, Zekrom and Kyurem, Draconic Personifications of Yin And Yang (The Tao Trio | Reshiram: The Vast White Pokémon | Zekrom: The Deep Black Pokémon | Kyurem: The Boundary Pokémon)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/tao_trio.png
Clockwise: Kyurem, White Kyurem, Reshiram, Zekrom, Black Kyurem
Hall of Dragons, and more specifically, to the same seat as the two dragons, because Kyurem represents wuji, the absence of Yin and Yang and from which the two come from.
  • They also have a seat in the House of Philosophy. Their temple is different from the other Philosophy gods; the two dragons reside in a place known as Dragonspiral Tower, an old 7-floor tall tower that housed Reshiram and Zekrom when they were originally sealed. The tower’s origins remain unknown. Kyurem, on other hand, resides in a giant chasm where it is believed a meteor it rode on landed.
  • N was happy to see that the three dragons ascended. On the other hand, Ghetsis fears that those Pokémon will team up again with N, since they want vengeance for his treatment of N and trying to freeze Unova over with a mind-controlled Kyurem. N often makes occasional visits to the Tao Trio.
    • Reshiram and Zekrom are also mad about the fact that Ghetsis’s claim that no matter how powerful Pokémon are, they are still just Pokémon, is not entirely wrong. While the dragons are planning their revenge against him, they are also concerned that Ghetsis will try and use Kyurem again.
  • If Reshiram and Zekrom are not fighting each other over their beliefs, then one of them is fighting against either Groudon, Kyogre, or Rayquaza. What seals this rivalry is that these Pokémon are representative of specific conflicts (Reshiram and Zekrom being Yin-Yang, and Groudon, Kyogre and Rayquaza over the weather). It doesn’t help that Groudon and Kyogre have Primal Reversions and Rayquaza can Mega Evolve. Couple that with Mega Rayquaza being extremely powerful and the end result are two very bitter dragons.
    • In particular, Zekrom has a strong rivalry with Rayquaza due to the both of them having worked with Oda Nobunaga in the past.
      • Speaking of Nobunaga, Reshiram also seems to have memories of allying itself with Hideyoshi during that time in Ransei.
  • A mortal named Damon sought the help of either Reshiram or Zekrom in restoring his kingdom. Reports are varied as to which one he specifically used to accomplish this. Not even Ash Ketchum, who partnered with the other dragon during the incident, can say who teamed up with which dragon.
  • Do NOT call the two dragons Blue-Eyes White Dragon and Red-Eyes Black Dragon. Next person to do that will be on the receiving end of a Fusion Flare and/or Fusion Bolt.
  • Acnologia originally had interest in the two dragons, but put them on his shit list after learning that not only do they have sympathetic beliefs, but they are also willing to ally themselves with humans. Prior to that, Acnologia fought Reshiram and Zekrom in a 1-on-2 battle that resulted in severe damage throughout the Houses of Philosophy, Hatred, and Life and Death. N and Bahamut had to break up the battle before the damages got any higher.
    • After hearing that Kyurem was the strongest dragon, and that it eats humans, Acnologia tried to get him join his cause. However, after Kyurem said that those claims are nothing more than fairy tales, and he has no interest in working with him, Acnologia forced Kyurem to battle, with the aftermath being the entirety of House of Otherness being frozen solid. Acnologia only left after the five Ryus came to assist Kyurem.
  • As certain gods do battle in front of N’s Castle, Reshiram and Zekrom watch from afar. One of them will jump into battle and unleash their power.
  • Yin and Yang are known for being feminine and masculine respectively. Weirdly enough, Reshiram is the feminine one and Zekrom is more masculine. That and whenever they speak telepathically, they both have pretty deep, dramatic voices, and even both identify as male.
  • Since they both represent conflicting beliefs, Reshiram and Zekrom found supporters in Ryuko and Satsuki respectively. The one thing the four agree on is that Ragyo is a terrible person, if only because she reminds Reshiram and Zekrom of Ghetsis, but much worse.
  • Reshiram's ascension drew the ire of Grima. Grima is convinced Reshiram is a Divine Dragon, citing the apparent resemblance. Reshiram has yet to notice, but Zekrom sees Grima as a major threat, much like the rest of the pantheon do. It may be possible that the original dragon that Kyurem once was may come to form once again, if Reshiram eventually notices Grima, that is.
  • Ash's Pikachu has a contrasting relationship between the two dragons. The former had struck the Mouse Pokémon with lightning, causing Pikachu to temporary lose the ability to use electric attacks. The latter was freed by Pikachu when Ghetsis used technology to outright control the dragon.
  • Kyurem is known for being one of strongest dragons in Pantheon. Dragon is weak to Ice, after all. Granted, Kyurem alone cannot do much, but as White Kyurem or Black Kyurem, it becomes one of strongest Pokémon around. One can only imagine what kind of creature the Original Dragon was...
  • Anyone brave enough is able to fight Kyurem whenever it can. However, make sure that you will finish that fight, even of you must admit defeat. If you don't, Kyurem will hunt you to the ends of the Pantheon.
  • Kyurem visits the House of Prophecy a lot, due the fact that it ultimately obeys what it sees as being fate. And it will make sure that future will happen. As of now, he knows who will be the victor once Bahamut has the final clash against each other... and he is ready to make sure no one intervenes with the fight.
    • However, at the same time, he does find himself fascinated by those who happen to defy the fate that has been foreseen for them. Though Kyurem warns them that if they wish to defy it, they had better be ready to defy those who want to carry it out.
  • Kyurem might or might not be Yukari Yakumo's favourite Pokémon.
  • Kyurem supposedly avoids Judai Yuki even though the young duelist insists that he can fuse him back together. When asked for an explanation, he comments that the world isn't ready for it yet. Yes, even if Judai is immune to such things.
  • Kyurem has come to respect the dragon Nozdormu on how he accepted his future as the mad dragon Murozond. Nozdormu, in turn, wants him to become an honorary member of the Bronze Dragonflight, even though the Pokémon himself is not interested.
  • Also found in the House of Philosophy, in the Hall of Complex Symbolism.

Story Department

     On Shadowed Wings

The third story of the Rainbow Rocket Trilogy, taking place three days after the events of Rainbow Rivalries and happens simultaneously with Homunculus Theory.

Following her defeat in Rainbow Rivalries, Maleficent releases Shadow Lugia upon the worlds, spreading darkness and chaos to wherever it goes. It eventually ends up in Dragonstone, and creates such a ruckus that Stannis Baratheon is left with no choice but to call for help from the still recovering Pantheon. He sends Davos Seaworth to find a god powerful enough to stop the corrupted Legendary... which leads to Avatar Aang.

This tale contains the following tropes:

  • The Corruption: Continuing from the event of Rainbow Rivalries, Lugia retains its shadowed form and is currently spreading its darkness everywhere it goes.
  • Olympus Mons: Lugia being one is a no-brainer.
