Keeping the Faith: During one of his sermons, Father Brian Finn asks his congregation what the seven deadly sins are. When none of them answer, he reprimands them by saying, "People, it was a very popular film with Brad Pitt, you have the ultimate Cliff Note!"
30 Rock: Abby Flynn gets a note reading "I thought this box would be the perfect size for your head. PS: I was electrocuted again while watching Seven" in TGS Hates Women.
Bones: Seven is listed as one of Christopher Pelant's Pay Per View films in Past In The Present.
Augustus Hill: Name the seven deadly sins. Come on, you saw that Brad Pitt movie.
Sopranos: Tony Soprano mentions watching Seven while in therapy. In a moment of what might be Fridge Brilliance, Tony references growing bored with the film because the killer's identity did not matter to him in House Arrest.
Supernatural: Dean Winchester says the "What's in the box?" line and asks the other characters if they got his joke to Seven in Magnificent Seven.
Critical Role: After a shocking scene involving Vax and Vex accidentally killing Scanlan’s daughter Kaylie and Percy's sister Cassandra, and Arkhan nearly killing Gilmore, all beloved Non Player Characters, because Big Bad Vecna planted them in the team's way in helmeted Mook armor to take advantage of their "shoot first, ask later" tendencies, Travis Willingham screams at Matthew Mercer: "What did you do?!? You 'Kevin Spacey from Seven' motherfucker! What did you do?!?" Adding to the allusion is the fact that Arkhan, being a Guest-Star Party Member unfamiliar with Gilmore, thought he was a minion and would have beheaded him if Pike hadn't intervened.
The Amazing World of Gumball: In "The Vegging," a Stringy-Haired Ghost Guy attempts to scare Gumball and Darwin. Dejected by the boys' complete disinterest, he asks if they even want to know what's in the box. Given that the scene also references child-unfriendly films The Ring and Saw, this otherwise non-sequitur is likely a shout-out to Se7en's most famous line.
Robot Chicken: The final sketch from "Atta Toy" is a Whole-Plot Reference to this movie with characters from The Smurfs (1981). Brainy even notes that the killer (Jokey) has a Se7en trading card collection.
The Simpsons: In "Treehouse of Horror XXXIV", the segment Ei8ht is a parody of this film.
