  • On the short-lived show M.Y.O.B (starring Lauren Graham pre Gilmore Girls), a Running Gag was how it seemed like Law & Order was on in reruns every hour on the hour.

  • Parodied on Saturday Night Live when Weekend Update features Brittainy, a.k.a. Every Teen Girl Murder Suspect on Law & Order, who is asked to deliver a book report. She ends up confessing to stabbing a mean girl in a hot tub during a "big alcohol party" and leaving her to die in the trunk of a car "as a joke," before sobbing that the worst crime she committed "was being a bad friend."

  • Kitty Is Not a Cat: One of the episodes is titled Paw and Order.
  • MAD: One sketch, called "Law & Ogre", is a parody of the series starring Shrek and Donkey.
  • Robot Chicken: The "Law & Order: KFC" sketch from "Tapping a Hero" pokes fun at the slew of spin-offs featuring an all-chicken cast.
