- Who Framed Roger Rabbit: When Judge Doom arrives in the bar in search of Roger, he offers a reward for whoever finds him and turns him in. Angelo (the drunk man who made fun of Eddie earlier) tells him he's seen a rabbit, and that he's right there in the bar. It looks as if he's about to rat Roger out, but then he turns to an invisible presence in the stool next to him: "Say hello, Harvey."
- Probe episode "Plan 10 from Outer Space" featured an author who had an illusionary friend named Rexel 14. At the end of the episode, Austin reminds Harvey to watch his head as they leave.
- Farscape: In the second season John Crichton starts seeing visions of a "neural clone" of his arch-nemesis Scorpius. Being a pop culture afficionado, Crichton dubs the clone "Harvey" in reference to the movie. To complete the reference the Series Fauxnale includes an Imagine Spot where Crichton and Harvey are dressed in Easter bunny outfits.
Music
- Liverpool-based indie rock band Her's contains the song "Harvey" off their 2018 album Invitation to Her's, alluding to the friendship between an imaginary friend to one with very real friends.
- The Curse of the Were-Rabbit has a scene in front of a grocers with the name "Harvey's"
- Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, being a show about imaginary friends, has a couple of Harvey references.
- Mr. Herriman, the home's business administrator and Madame Foster's own imaginary friend, is a six-foot talking rabbit.
- The founder of the town where the show takes place is Elwood J. Dowd.
- Looney Tunes: In the cartoon "Daffy Duck Slept Here", Daffy Duck has an invisible kangaroo named Hymie. Porky Pig doesn't believe he's real, even as it appears he's giving Daffy a Kangaroo Pouch Ride.
- Tiny Toon Adventures: The Christmas Episode "It's a Wonderful Tiny Toons Christmas Special" parodies It's a Wonderful Life, but its version of Clarence the angel is a rabbit named Harveynote who speaks like Jimmy Stewart, who, of course, starred in both movies.
