Noah, a terminal cancer patient, is sent to undergo an experimental treatment by his wealthy parents, separating him from his boyfriend, Isaac. Although the institute's head, Dr. Lucie, promises that he will be cured, Noah suspects that something is not right.

- Hellish Pupils: Lucie has slit pupils. After Noah accepts her deal, he has them as well.
