  • Instantly Proven Wrong: After Zoey comments that lifting Cameron isn't much different from lifting a doll, a confessional of Cameron pops up with him having set up a scale, saying that he weighs more than a doll. To his embarrassment, he finds that he ways less than a doll.
  • Jerkass Has a Point: While Zoey did Took a Level in Jerkass throughout the episode, she isn't wrong that she's doing most of the work between her and Cameron.

  • Wham Episode: Zoey is eliminated instead of Cameron, leaving the final two down to Cameron and Lightning, thereby breaking the tradition of having one contestant of the opposite sex compete in the finale.
  • Wham Line: "Actually, I'm hurlin' Zoey."
  • Worthy Opponent: Lightning acknowledges Zoey as this, which is one reason why he eliminates her instead of Cameron.
  • Wrong Genre Savvy: To the very end, Cameron assumes that Lightning will eliminate him as payback for what happened in the previous episode. Lightning actually wants to face him in the finale in order to really make him suffer.
  • Yank the Dog's Chain: Ezekiel manages to find his way out of the mines, but is kicked back down by a lost Lightning (though accidentally).
