Buttercup grows out her hair in order to have a mullet, but comes down with a case of Super Lice. To combat it, the professor shrinks down Blossom and Bubbles to clear out the lice. However they become conflicted to do so when they find that the lice have developed a civilization in there.
Has the following tropes:
- Bitch in Sheep's Clothing: The lice start off nice, and hailing Blossom and Bubbles as heroes and even putting on a show in their honor for killing their queen...until it's revealed they plan to burrow further into Buttercup's head (i.e her brain) to expand their civilization.
- "Fantastic Voyage" Plot: A variant, instead of entering the body, Blossom and Bubbles go into Buttercup's hair.
- One-Winged Angel: The lice go into their "Phase 2" forms in which they go from cute and cuddly looking to fearsome and scary looking monsters.
- Shout-Out: When the lice reveal Blossom and Bubbles landed on their queen, her legs curl up ala the East Witch from The Wizard of Oz.
