After Moon sees Debbie playing with a doll, he incurs her wrath so he and his friends try to figure out how to stop her from beating him up. When Beef hears that his favorite museum is being closed down, he tries to save it by transporting the museum to his home.

Tropes:

  • Adults Are Useless: Even though a few adults, such as Beef and Carissa, Debbie's mother, are aware of Debbie planning on beating up Moon, none of them intervene to stop it, mainly because they're afraid of Debbie. When Russell accidentally tells Principal Gibbons about the fight and he calls in Moon and Debbie to his office, Debbie managed to avoid getting in trouble by claiming she wants to beat up Moon because she has a crush on him, and Gibbons completely buys it and he lets her go.
  • All for Nothing: After all the trouble Beef goes to save the log museum, it ends up crashing on the side of the road. Downplayed in that the museum owner wanted to close it down anyway due to lack of interest, and he lets Beef take his favorite log.
  • Bring Me My Brown Pants: Debbie claims to be working on a "pee punch", where she punches Moon in the bladder so that he pees himself. She later says she's perfecting a punch that will make him poop, then pee, then poop from the front.
  • Couch Gag: The boat in the opening is The Men who Stare at Boats.
  • Digging Yourself Deeper: Moon tries to give money to Debbie in exchange she doesn't "pee punch" him. While Debbie is considering it, Moon botched it by continuing to talk and telling her he definitely didn't see her playing with a doll at the buffet while there are other students around. This makes Debbie even more mad and she takes the money and still plans on beating up Moon. When Henry asked why he continued talking, Moon said Debbie didn't respond back after the offer and he got nervous.
  • Disproportionate Retribution: Debbie hates being embarrassed so much that she takes it to the extreme. When her mom bought her a Princess Pony lunchbox, she filed for emancipation, and the time she tripped in the school entryway, she had the whole school's office staff arrested on bogus drug charges.
  • Embarrassment Plot: Moon's plot kicks off when he catches Debbie playing with her doll and she plans to "pee punch" him for witnessing it.
  • "Eureka!" Moment: While figuring out how to save the log museum, Beef sees a display about how logs were used to move rocks to build ancient monuments, which gives him the idea to use logs to move the building into his property.
  • Freudian Excuse: Moon learns from Debbie's mother that she made Debbie repeat kindergarten after they moved because she was picked on for being small so she thought if she made her repeat kindergarten again then she'll feel bigger, but it instead made her mad, which gave her a complex about feeling small and being humiliated.
  • From Bad to Worse: Moon, Henry, and Russell's plans to stop Debbie from "pee punching" Moon backfires so badly that she now wants to give him a "pee punch" and a "double poop punch".
  • Just Here for the Free Snacks: While Beef loves the log museum, the other Tobins, and now Honeybee, only likes the museum for their free chocolate-covered pretzel logs.
  • Museum of Boredom: The log museum is implied to be one. Except for the Tobins, the only people who go inside only want to use the bathroom, plus one person who seemed to have a fetish for licking logs. Furthermore, the Tobin siblings and Honeybee are only there to enjoy the free chocolate-covered pretzel logs. Beef seems to be the only one who is truly enthusiastic about logs.
  • Nobody Likes a Tattletale: When Russell suggests Moon should tell Judy and Ham about Debbie wanting to beat him up, Moon said he's not going to tattle and Henry agrees because he points out the more people who knows about it, the worse it will get. Ironically, Judy and Ham are aware of Moon's problem but they're keeping their distances because even they're afraid of Debbie's wrath. Later, Russell accidentally reveals to Principal Gibbons that Debbie plans to beat up Moon, and after Debbie is able to trick Gibbons from punishing her, Debbie thinks Moon ratted on her, despite explaining Russell was the one who told Gibbons, and plans to beat Moon even worse.
  • Pop-Culture Pun Episode Title: The episode title is a reference to Dead Man Walking.
  • Pyrrhic Victory: Downplayed. While Moon is satisfied that he convinced Debbie not to beat him up, he still had to embarrass himself at school and would rather not do something like it again. In fact, Henry has to stop Russell from making it worse.
  • Shout-Out: Moon mentions that the most traumatic experience he ever had was watching The Purge by accident, then watching the sequels on purpose.
  • Silly Walk: When Russell tells Moon and Henry about Jaime taking him and his family to the next flute festival where he can be his flute caddie, he shows them his flute caddie walk, which is him skipping and kicking his foot forward while he whistles. He shows off more of his walk during the end credits sequence.
  • Surprisingly Realistic Outcome: Considering that Beef was the only one who liked the log museum, it makes sense that the museum owner decided to shut it down, as lack of interest would wear on anyone after several years.
  • Talking the Monster to Death: Moon publicly embarrassing himself in front Debbie to show her that he doesn't care what people think of him and she shouldn't either when it comes to being small and playing with a doll. After Debbie denies being small, having a doll, and having ever been embarrassed, Moon lets her punch him but lets her know he'll always be her friend. This makes Debbie change her mind and then claims it would be embarrassing for her if she beat up a little diaper boy and she doesn't get embarrassed.

♫ It's the most important job in the world
Not a doctor, a pilot, a mommy or a daddy
No I'm talking about being a flute caddie
The pressure's on
Your flautist needs an alto, a standard C
A piccolo, or a bass
The first step's important, though
Number one, open the case
Slowly move it to the left, forward or right
Your flautist will be waiting
Lock eyes, don't lose sight. ♫

Tattling Will Make It Worse

When Russell suggests Moon should tell Judy and Ham about Debbie wanting to beat him up, Moon said he's not going to tattle and Henry agrees because he points out the more people who knows about it, the worse it will get.

How well does it match the trope?
