Instead of a typical Sealab episode, this episode is more like an entertainment show, as a host named Toni Carmell promotes the Sealab movie, Tinfins. In the process she interviews a very bored Marco (who's more interested in drinking and staring at Toni's breasts), the animators Ed Mundy and Christian Danley, and the directors Kid 'n' Play.
The episode is interspersed with commercials from the movie's primary promoter, Grizzlebee's, a restaurant chain, who are also promoting their Onion Burst (and later Onion Wings). Highlights include Marco doing a commercial for them in Spanish (After telling Toni he doesn't eat crap like that, no less), a 'news-commercial' that claims that onion is good for you, and Murphy in a commercial promoting onion on behalf of the World Onion Council. The only non-onion related commercial is one promoting "Debbie Does Wild" videos.
Finally they show a sneak preview of Tinfins: Quinn turns a shark into a robot and it goes berserk. That's the entire premise. Oh and Sealab blows up again.
Toni bids farewell to the audience and runs into a light while Grizzlebee's get one last promotion in.
The Stinger: Murphy claims the Onion Bursts are made from people, Kid 'n' Play beat him up, and tell the audience that if they don't want this to happen to them, go see Tinfins.
