Season 1

  1. "The Pastmaster Always Rings Twice": Two grave robbers accidentally awaken the Pastmaster from an 800-year imprisonment. Now free, this evil sorcerer seeks to use the Tome of Time to take Megakat City back to the Dark Ages.
  2. "The Giant Bacteria": Dr. Viper intends to steal Katalyst 99 from Megakat Biochemcial Labs with his Giant Bacteria monster. How can the SWAT Kats stop a creature that only divides when it’s attacked?
  3. "The Wrath of Dark Kat": Dark Kat, the SWAT Kats’ arch-nemesis, has returned. The SWAT Kats must face their own past to stop him from destroying Megakat City with a nuclear bomb.
  4. "Destructive Nature": Dr. Viper is back with an army of plant monsters! Only the SWAT Kats can stop him from turning Megakat City into a mega-swamp!
  5. "The Metallikats": Mac and Molly Mange are brought back from the dead as robotic gangsters. The bloodthirsty bionic duo seek their revenge against their enemies, including Mayor Manx, who they think denied their parole.
  6. "Bride of the Pastmaster": The SWAT Kats, low on resources, are unexpectedly taken back in time to the Dark Ages where they must aid Queen Callista in her fight against the Pastmaster.
  7. "Night of the Dark Kat": Dark Kat employs techno-crook Hard Drive to carry out his revenge against the SWAT Kats by impersonating them as criminals.
  8. "Chaos in Crystal": A freakish accident empowers hardened criminal Rex Shard with an amazing array of dangerous abilities. Can the SWAT Kats stop this invulnerable colossus before he dooms all of Megakat City with his mineral “Midas touch?”
  9. "The Ghost Pilot": The Red Lynx, the most evil pilot in history, comes back from the dead to get revenge against the living descendant of the pilot who shot him down: Mayor Manx.
  10. "Metal Urgency": The odds are stacked heavily against our heroes when the Metallikats discover the secret identity of the SWAT Kats and acquire giant indestructible robot bodies to decimate the city.
  11. "The Ci-Kat-A": MASA scientist Dr. Harley Street inadvertently brings back the alien Ci-Kat-A and falls victim to their bite, which turns him and others into slaves that begin to mutate into Ci-Kat-A themselves.
  12. "Enter the Madkat": Institutionalized comedian Lenny Ringtail strikes a bargain with the vengeful spirit of the Medieval court jester Madkat to get revenge against the modern day jester, king, queen and knight who he blames for his failed career and imprisonment.
  13. "Katastrophe": Dark Kat, Dr. Viper and the Metallikats join forces to form an Alliance of Evil with one purpose: destroy the SWAT Kats.

Season 2

  1. "Mutation City": Dr. Viper uses Katalyst X-63 to flood Megakat City, turning it into a toxic swamp filled with dangerous, mutated creatures.
  2. "A Bright and Shiny Future": The Pastmaster allies with the Metallikats to create a dystopian future controlled by robots to entrap the SWAT Kats.
  3. "When Strikes Mutilor": It’s a deadly “close encounter” when T-Bone and Razor defend Megakat City from the awesome threat of Mutilor, the interstellar water pirate.
  4. "Razor's Edge": Razor’s self-confidence is shattered when he believes that he injured two elderly civilians during a battle. He becomes discouraged enough to quit the SWAT Kats, leaving T-Bone to face Dark Kat’s latest evil plot alone.
  5. "Cry Turmoil" & "SWAT Kats Unplugged": It’s top gun action when Razor and T-Bone tangle with the elite fighter squadron of Turmoil, Empress of the Air./Hard Drive uses a stolen “anti-weapons scrambler” to deactivate the Turbokat’s weapon systems.
  6. "The Deadly Pyramid": The Pastmaster unearths giant mummies from “the lost pyramid of Katchu-Picchu” as part of his latest attempt to take over Megakat City.
  7. "Caverns of Horror": When the SWAT Kats, Felina Feral and Ann Gora search for some missing miners in the caverns beneath Megakat City, they soon find the cause of the disappearances: rock scorpions who have been mutated into gigantic, kat-eating monsters by illegally dumped toxic waste.
  8. "Volcanus Erupts!" & "The Origin of Dr. Viper": When the evil fire demon Volcanus is accidentally released from his island prison, it’s up to the SWAT Kats to put out the fire./A flashback episode shows how scientist Elrod Purvis was mutated into Dr. Viper.
  9. "The Dark Side of the SWAT Kats": The SWAT Kats find themselves in an alternate universe, where they and Callie Briggs are villains conspiring with Dark Kat to destroy the Enforcers.
  10. "Unlikely Alloys": The SWAT Kats battle a giant intelligent machine that consumes other machines. And this time, they have an unlikely ally… one of the Metallikats!
  11. "Kats Eye News: A Special Report": A Clip Show in which Ann Gora narrates scenes from some of the SWAT Kats' adventures.

Unfinished Episodes

  1. "Succubus!": When an ancient female demon sets her sights on Feral, seeking to drain his lifeforce, it’s up to his niece Felina and the SWAT Kats to save the lovestruck Enforcer commander.
  2. "Turmoil 2: The Revenge": Turmoil breaks out of prison to threaten Megakat City with an orbital laser heat beam and to wreak revenge on T-Bone. This time, Turmoil’s high-tech Crown of Obedience turns him into her unwilling slave!
  3. "The Doctors of Doom": Dr. Viper teams up with the alien-possessed Dr. Harley Street in a bid to steal Super-Katalyst 566. But can the two villains cooperate? And can the SWAT Kats stop the sinister slithering scientist from turning all of Megakat City into a toxic radioactive swamp?
