Captain discovers a link to the Bagu Bagu in Neotopia's cyberspace and goes to investigate, hoping to find a cure to the petrification effect. But while his mind is occupied, Zako Red attacks his body and steals the Soul Drive! And with the key to controlling Neotopia's robots in hand, the Dark Axis launches the final phase of their invasion; petrify every living thing in the city!

- Downer Ending: Captain has lost his Soul Drive to the Dark Axis, and with it his ability to function, the Commander has appeared and created a base in the center of Neotopia, and half of the city has been turned to stone.
- Shut Up, Kirk!: Chief Haro shouts to the Dark Axis that Neotopia will never surrender and that the Dark Axis will never win. Zako Red responds by ordering him shot down. A similar case occurs with Commander Sazabi and Mayor Gathermoon: He tells her the Dark Axis rules Neotopia now, but she refuses to hand over her city to him, and he shows her that she has no choice when she sees Captain's Soul Drive in Sazabi's clutches, cuing a horrified Oh, Crap! from her.
