With SDG Base down, the Dark Axis goes into the next phase of their invasion- putting Control Horns on every mobile citizen in Neotopia. The only way to combat this assault is by utilizing "The Captain System". However, doing so requires the Re-Equip Ring, which was knocked into the ocean during the last battle!
