1. "Roary's First Day": Roary has a nightmare about crashing in the race while he was sleeping. To overcome his anxiety, Big Chris tells Roary a story about his first day at Silver Hatch to help him get back to sleep.
2. "Roary Slips Up": Roary ends up crashing into a puddle of mud and ends up coughing out oil onto the track. He is told to clean up the mess but fails to do so. Now, he and Maxi must try to avoid crashing as they race against each other.
3. "Big Chris Flags It Up": Marsha has a cold and enlists Big Chris to do her job of managing the race with her flags. Sadly, he causes a fuel leakage while trying to test the beetroot fuel on Roary and Maxi, causing him to stain the flags.
4. "Express Delivery": Poor Big Chris is hungry and needs eggs to make an omelette for his breakfast! Roary drives to Farmer Green's house to purchase six eggs and a milk bottle but ends up breaking 12 eggs and two milk bottles.
5. "Roary's Day At The Seaside": Molecom reports to Big Chris about the missing sand in the gravel trap. Roary, Tin Top, Big Chris and Plugger head to the beach to collect sand but get caught up in building sandcastles.
6. "Roary Takes Off": Mr Carburettor is infuriated by Roary's filthy engine, demanding Big Chris to clean his engine. He accidentally fills Roary up with balloon gas and ends up flying towards the skies; it is up to Hellie, Plugger and Big Chris to save the day!
7. "CiCi Takes The Blame": Roary and Cici play in the park to practice making shapes on the grass, but he fails to copy Ci Ci's shapes. Unfortunately, he ruins Marsha's picnic when he successfully replicates Ci Ci's tire work and flees. When Marsha sees the grass's heart shape, she thinks Cici did the tire work and punishes Cici.
8. "Big Chris' Big Workout": Marsha persuades Big Chris to exercise, so the two decide to have a running race around the Silver Hatch race track to see who is the fastest runner.
9. "Flash Flips Out": Flash is infuriated by the loud engine noises and decides to change the layout of Roary, Maxi and Ci Ci's test run of turbochargers.
10. "Rusty Remembers": A safety inspector is coming to arrive at Silver Hatch to overlook the cars' certificate. Meanwhile, Rusty feels neglected to tell Roary about his past life as a younger caravan while helping Roary overcome his fear of being forbidden to drive.
11. "Easy On The Fuel": Roary and Cici were enlisted by Big Chris to deliver his message to Farmer Green as the two were low on fuel. After the five cars are refilled with sugarbeet fuel, Maxi goes against Big Chris' advice when Flash dupes him into creating "Race Winner's Special Mixture" to help Maxi become a winner as the two trade fuel solutes, causing Maxi to produce bubbles and create a mess of green liquid on the race track.
12. "Communication Breakdown": Marsha forgets to charge the handheld transceivers overnight the previous day, preventing anyone in Silver Hatch from keeping in touch with one another. Roary also suffers from dehydration while racing with Maxi, causing his radiator to overheat.
13. "Blue Light Job": Drifter's undercarriage lighting is on the blink after testing out his nitro boost. Only the car manual that could help Drifter will be able to save him, and it's up to the gang to find Drifter's manual.
14. "Make Your Mind Up, Roary": A day of intensive training allowed the cars to go on a trip to go somewhere as a reward: to the beach or the countryside. Four of the five cars decide where to go, but Roary can't choose where to go, exploiting his friends on purpose to give him things.
15. "Workshop Roary": Big Chris was sleep deprived of all of the hard work he had done on the race track and pit lane because "Formula Fun" were visiting Silver Hatch to produce an article of all of the cars. Roary then offers to run the workshop so Big Chris can replenish his energy.
16. "Tip Top Tin Top": Tin Top needs to avoid getting himself getting injured to see an important car designer. But his pleas are on the line when Flash breaks his tire mark record; Tin Top has to either sacrifice his pleas to regain his longest tire mark record or lose it for good.
17. "Tunnel Vision": Maxi is nervous about the upcoming night race due to his earlier endeavour from Ton-up Tunnel, causing him to be afraid of the dark. Roary and his friends need to help Maxi overcome his fear of darkness.
18. "Molecom Makes Music": After Big Chris gives a musical number, Molecom overhears him and wants to make music himself, but Flash finds Molecom's singing awful and tells him not to be a musical mole. When Barney and the Barnstormers couldn't headline the barn dance, Molecom then takes the chance of becoming a musical mole for real.
19. "Roary Goes Missing": Roary feels entirely left out when nobody wants to play, do anything or go anywhere exciting with his friends, prompting him to go to the beach on his own. Unfortunately, he ends up getting stuck in the sand, leading to Big Chris worrying about his own safety.
20. "Mama Mia": Mr. Carburettor is worried about his mother's visit to Silver Hatch and fears that Silver Hatch could close if Mama Mia disapproves of her son's hard work; Mr. Carburettor demanded that Flash should be ostrasised during Mama Mia's visit in case bad things happened. When Mama Mia arrives, she then agrees to watch the big race of all five cars, but all of the cars minus Roary suffered minimal to substantial accidents during the race, and only one bunny could turn the tables.
