A familiar ally drops in on an important quest, but Zayto refuses to help him. When the Sporix initiate their attack, Zayto must work together with him.

- The Bus Came Back: Mick Kanic from Power Rangers Ninja Steel returns for this episode on the search for the Ninja Nexus Prism...or rather, just the Nexus Prism.
- Foreshadowing:
- Mick makes mentions that while he does not know where the Ninja Nexus Prism originated from, he does know that it has a strong connection to the Morphin Grid. We find out later why that is.
- During the fight, the Prism goes into the sea, and once the battle ends, it emerges before flying off. Fans of Ryusoulger might know why it did that.
- Hero of Another Story:
- Mick's journey to find the Nexus Prism and obtaining selfies with 40 rangers.
- The Morphing Masters had a part to play in many Power Rangers adventures.
- Killed Off for Real: Boomtower dies in this episodenote .
- Punny Name: Ollie questions Mick's name.Ollie: Are you sure you're not a mechanic?
Mick: Nope. Two words: Mick. Kanic. - Retcon: It's not the Ninja Nexus Prism any more, Mick calls it just "the Nexus Prism". Turns out the thing wasn't just related to the Ninja Steel rangers.
- The Reveal:
- The Ninja Nexus Prism was created by the Morphin Masters thanks to the Morphin Grid. It is also revealed that they created the Dino Gems and the Energems through the Morphin Grid along with giving Steel a human body in Beast Morphers (and by extension they probably helped revive Kendrix in Lost Galaxy).
- After six episodes of guessing, we finally see why Void Knight wants the Sporix. He needs them to reawaken his lover.
- Shoo Out the Clowns: Jane and J-Borg only appear in one scene. After that, the episode becomes more serious in nature.
- We Hardly Knew Ye: One Sporix Beast by the name of Doomsnake only made an appearance at the start of the episode, and was quickly defeated.
- Wham Episode: All over the place. Boomtower dies, the Morphin Masters are revealed to have had a hand in creating various other Ranger artifacts, and Void Knight is revealed to be collecting Sporix cells to revive his lost love.
- Wham Line: The final line of the episode revealing why Void Knight wants the Sporix cells.Void Knight: "Whatever the cost, we'll be together again soon...my love..."
- Wham Shot: Void Knight entering a room that contains an unconscious woman, revealing his motives.
