Tommy faces visions of evil as he makes his way toward the Zeo Crystal in the Caves of Deception, Kat faces an unwilling return to evil, and the other Rangers face Megazord defeat at the slimey hands of the Ninjor-powered Blue Globbor.

- Hope Spot: Tommy managed to get the Zeo Crystal, save Katherine, and the two of them escaped with the Falconzord to help the others defeat the Blue Globbor, which they seemingly do. Then the Globbor stands up and powers up with Ninjor's energy while using him as a shield against the Rangers' attacks, leaving them vulnerable for the Globbor to defeat them, banish the Ninja Zords and claim the Zeo Crystal.
- Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: Master Vile thanks Tommy for ensuring he'd obtain the Zeo Crystal and have the means to destroy the world.
- Nice Job Fixing It, Villain: The Blue Globbor taking his time finishing the weakened Rangers gives them the opportunity to escape.
- Oh, Crap!: The Blue Globbor over what Master Vile will to him for letting the Rangers escape.
- Saying Too Much: After the Blue Globbor made the Ninja Zords disappear, Tommy commented they had to get them back, as the Zeo Crystal was still in the Falcon Zord. Unfortunately, Master Vile hears this, and is delighted that Tommy has done the hard part for his plan.
