A clown robs Rigby's while Kenan and Kel were present. At Kyra's birthday party, a similar looking clown shows up.
- Alpha Bitch: Megan, the nasty girl whom Kyra invited to her birthday party.
- Angry Guard Dog: Played with hilariously by the dog Bloodbath Chris gets for security. The dog is sweet to Kenan and Kel... but gets vicious towards Chris when he reprimands him for being friendly.
- Caught Up in a Robbery: Kenan is tasked with looking after Rigby's. During his shift, Kel comes in per usual, but so does a clown, who entertains the boys with some tricks, before tying them up (under the guise of another trick), emptying the cash register, and escaping.
- Criminal Doppelgänger: The clown who showed up as Kyra's birthday clown just happened to resemble the clown robber.
- Early-Installment Weirdness: Not for the show, but the Schniederverse as a whole, the cops are portrayed very competent. While they make a joke about the oddity of the situation, they handle the robbery very seriously, find the perpetrator by the end, and presumably get Kenan and Kel out of trouble for assaulting the clown.
- Explain, Explain... Oh, Crap!: Kenan and Kel mention how the clown ties them, takes the money in order to make it disappear, waves as he leaves, leaves them tied... and then they realize he's not coming back.
- Faux Horrific: Kenan and Kel are terrified of the clown robber, despite doing no harm aside from tying them up while taking the money.
- Gosh Darn It to Heck!: Chris says that Kenan had better be responsible while he’s temporarily in charge of Rigby's or "there will be heck to pay." Later when Chris gets a security system, Kenan and Kel bust through the door thinking that it was stuck shut, when Chris responds, "Stuck, my patootie!"
- Hate Sink: As seen above, the nasty Alpha Bitch at Kyra's party who is condescending towards Kyra and brags about taking Kel away from her. Thankfully, the Alpha Bitch gets drenched with fruit punch by Kyra, told off by Kel, and thrown out of the house by Kenan and the rest of the party guests applauding. You start to wonder why she's so popular.
- Hypocritical Humor: Kenan explains to Kel that they should act more mature... until a clown shows up and they start acting childishly.
- Oh, Crap!:
- The clown robber (or so it seems) shows up at Kyra's party.Kenan and Kel: It's... THE CLOWN!! Aaaaaaah!
- Kenan and Kel again, when the clown makes the unusual sneeze, proving he's the robber. Also when they find out the cops already arrested the clone who robbed Rigby's.

- Spot the Imposter: To prove that the clown is the robber from Rigby's, Kenan and Kel order him to make some balloon animals. After the clown does this, Kenan and Kel throw
Chris's Mom's foot scrapings onto his nose to see how the clown sneezed. The clown does the unusual sneeze which proves it, except the cops arrived later with the real clown robber. - Tempting Fate: Kenan and Kel are forced to babysit Kyra during her party while their parents have to make bail his aunt. Kenan complains about having to babysit "a bunch of hyperactive 9-year-olds".Kel: How bad could it be?
