Tsumuri: Daichi Isuzu's Parasite Game continues to fester, turning humans into Jyamato, with the Riders continuing to fight on to protect the world.
Meanwhile, Keiwa Sakurai sought the power he needed to protect the world; thus, I prayed for him.
However...

Keiwa has become an agent of vengeance, and he's agreed to help Zitt create a new Goddess of Creation for a chance to wish for his sister's return.

With Michinaga having already fallen, who will be next to fall to Tycoon's black blade...?

Tropes

  • The Bad Guy Wins: By virtue of undergoing a Face–Heel Turn, Keiwa manages to make easy work of all his targets and later gets his wish granted. The only thing preventing Keiwa from a total victory is Ace holding him back from killing Daichi.
  • Bullying a Dragon: Daichi decides to taunt Keiwa with the fact that he has Sara's knowledge and memories in his head and remarking that it didn't amount to much. This results in Bujin Sword Tycoon destroying Jyamato!Daichi, only being spared by Ace's last-minute intervention.
  • Call-Back: After Keiwa gets his wish granted, the final shot is of Keiwa looking at the resetting world saying "This is my world", an echo of when Ace said it in the pilot.
  • Cliffhanger Copout: The scene in the previous episode where Bujin Sword Tycoon seemingly stabs Buffa was actually Buffa doing a Bare-Handed Blade Block.
  • Cruel Mercy: Keiwa holds off on killing Michinaga at the beginning, as he intends to first make Michinaga suffer for what he did.
  • Curb-Stomp Battle: Bujin Sword Tycoon makes easy work out of the Marrella Jyamato, only being held back from killing him by Geats' last-minute intervention.
  • Curb Stomp Cushion: Premium Kekera and Beroba easily take out Buffa, though Buffa manages to put up some fight with the Command Twin Buckle for a bit.
  • Deal with the Devil: Keiwa is more than willing to help Zitt make Tsumuri the new Goddess of Creation if it means he can have Sara back.
  • Evil Costume Switch: To cement his status as a Desashin and his Face–Heel Turn, Keiwa shows up at the end of the episode in a dark suit with a green tie, matching Bujin Sword's color scheme.
  • False Prophet: Daichi's cult is filled with people afraid of the Jyamato and seeking help from him, only to become free and easy fodder for the man himself. This stops working once Keiwa shows up and forces Daichi to reveal his true colors.
  • Friendship Denial: During the middle of his beatdown, Daichi begs Kekera to help him. Kekera obviously refuses since he's rooting for Keiwa.
  • Heroic Willpower: Tsumuri is able to prevent herself from becoming a statue like the previous Creation Goddess through remembering her desire to be beside Ace.
  • Hypocrite: Ace stops Keiwa from killing Daichi and says he's going overboard, even though just a whole arc ago, he helped Michinaga kill Chirami and Archimedel, the former while announcing he's out for blood for the DGP as revenge for what they did to his mother. As incompetent and unempathetic as Chirami may have been, he was nowhere near as malicious (or dangerous) as either Archimedel was or as Daichi is. Though this is presumably due to the fact that Ace himself doesn't want Keiwa to fall to darkness any further than he already has, despite the fact that Daichi has killed multiple people by this point.
  • Imperfect Ritual: Tsumuri's Heroic Willpower prevents her from turning into a statue like Mitsume, yet still has access to her Goddess powers. Zitt has to threaten her into fulfilling Keiwa's wish as a result.
  • Internal Reveal: Daichi tells Michinaga about turning his Jyamato victims into part of a Tree of Knowledge.
  • Obvious Rule Patch: Premium Beroba and Premium Kekera are emphatically not Riders despite using the Laser Raise Riser, in the event that Michinaga retains his Jyamashin powers of being invulnerable to other Riders.
  • Power Dyes Your Hair: Tsumuri's hair turns white as a result of the Goddess transformation.
  • Revenge Is Not Justice: Ace calls out Keiwa for mistaking his vengeance for justice when he tries to kill Daichi.
  • Roaring Rampage of Revenge: Keiwa continues his rampage, with Daichi next on his list.
  • Save the Villain: Ace stops Keiwa from finishing off Daichi, stating that doing so is overkill.
  • Unwitting Pawn: As Daichi notes when pleading for mercy at the hands of Keiwa, both of them are just pawns for Kekera's amusement.
  • Villain Teleportation: Keiwa reveals the Bujin Sword buckle can do this.
  • Villains Want Mercy: After being hit by a Rider Kick, Daichi pleads to Keiwa that the two are being manipulated by Kekera and they should work together to take him down. Keiwa naturally has no patience for this.
  • Wham Episode: Tsumuri's transformation into the Goddess of Creation is incomplete, but is forced by Zitt to grant Keiwa's wish of reviving everyone killed by the DGP. And by everyone, we mean everyone- including their memories.
