Drago moves to Seattle, to absorb the lighting from the common thunderstorms and boost his thunder powers.

- Chekhov's Skill: Jade loses a robot battling video game against Drew. Later, Ice and Cobra fight using life size robots and Jade challenges Ice to a match.
- "Eureka!" Moment: When Tohru quips that Drago didn't come to Seattle for the weather, Jackie suspects he did and recalls how Drago absorbed lightning at the junkyard.
- Exact Words: Upon seeing Jade joined them in the junkyard, Jackie said he had told her to stay by the car. She retorts that he didn't say which car to stay by.
- Nice Job Breaking It, Hero: Jade tapping a pile of broken-down cars end up causing enough noise to alert Drago to the presence of intruders in the junkyard.
- A Rotten Time to Revert: Drago has gained Shock and Awe electrical abilities by absorbing the Chi of a Thunder Demon, visibly beefing him up and allowing him the ability to enhance his strength through lightning strikes. Unfortunately, he once again ends up having the stolen power taken back, leaving him to shrink back down to normal... right when he was about to bask in another lightning bolt. Ouch.
- Running Gag: Tohru's dislike of the rain and getting drenched by water.
- Uncomfortable Elevator Moment: When it's just them in the elevator heading up to face Drago, Jackie and Uncle briefly glance at each other uncomfortably.
- Why Did It Have to Be Snakes?: Uncle shows a fear of heights while climbing the Seattle Space Needle.Uncle: This is why Uncle's shop on ground floor.
