Their home destroyed by a volcano eruption, a group of refugee Trux seek asylum in the crater, but with a bottomless chasm in the way, it's up to Ty to figure out a way to get everyone across.

- Big Damn Heroes: The Cementosaurs show up just in time to help out Ty and friends when they're about to be pushed off a cliff, easily taking on D-Structs and his gang.
- Bookends: Elements of this episode draw parallel to the first episode, from the volcano displaced Dinotrux to the primary build being a bridge, which highlights just how far the Dinotrux have come; The original bridge was just a bunch of rock slabs sitting on posts. Here cement, forged metal and shockarachnid cables come together to form a suspension bridge with a very high level of polish.
- Nothing Is the Same Anymore: The crater is now open to anyone who wants to come in, opening the door for a much larger supporting cast in future seasons.
- Oh, Crap!: While harvesting Shockarachnid coils together, Ton-Ton accidentally bumps into a web, waking them up.Dozer: WHAT DID YOU DO?!
- Take It to the Bridge: Besides being a build that represents an extremely big advancement in building technology, D-Structs also has Skrap-It trap the bridge with spikes in order to force Ty's gang into a big battle on the bridge with his gang to keep any outsiders from joining in.
- The Power of Friendship: D-Structs and his gang trap the others on the bridge for an all-out four on four fight. While each individual member of D-Structs' team is stronger than each individual member of Ty's, the gang manage to win the battle by fighting together more efficiently than D-Structs' team.Ty: As a team we're more than four, D-Structs!
