Recap / CHiPs

Go To

CHiPs ran on NBC from 1977 to 1983 and chronicles the adventures and cases of two California Highway Patrol motorcycle officers, Jon Baker (Larry Wilcox) and Francis "Ponch" Poncherello (Erik Estrada). The show remains a favorite among fans today, both for inspiring young fans to become law enforcement officers and for the elaborate stunts and police chases.

In total, there were 135 full-length episodes, four of them two-part episodes that when divided for syndication produced 138 60-minute shows and one 90-minute special.

This page is a work in progress. Note that all multi-part episodes are being compressed into one, under the title; all tropes for the entire story should be included under that title.
