Jon might have his work cut out when he tries to help rescue Weber's Place, a former strip-club-turned-bar in Reseda, California.

- Hope Spot: Compared to a lot of bars here, everyone except the bartender took Jon's complaints in stride. The manager admits he should've cleaned under the covers, the cook actually was qualified to clean the kitchen and works hard to fix it as soon as Jon tells her, and the manager was actually hiring decent bands but was using his place as a starting venue for bands, which is not a feasible business model. They had a good remodel, only for the owner to revert all the changes after the fact.
- Jerkass Has a Point: Jon chews out the bartender for scooping ice from a glass, she correctly points out that Jon just fired her, so it's redundant to do that.
