Airdate: May 2, 2010

In this one hundredth episode, Frylock become obsessed with the number one hundred and Master Shake attempts to sell their show for syndication money.

One Hundred contains examples of:

  • Animation Bump: The Aqua Unit Patrol Squad sequence is animated to resemble a Hannah Barbara cartoon.
  • Arc Number: 100. It's shown everywhere, from the title of the episode itself to the Big Bad itself literally being the number 100.
  • All for Nothing: The whole “100 episodes” thing is all for naught since Aqua Teen is a quarter-hour show and episodes are measured in half-hours, meaning as far as the suits are concerned it’s only run for 50 episodes.
  • Black Comedy Rape: The Aqua Unit Patrol Squad pilot ends with the 100 Monster figuring that, if he can’t sell the show into syndication, he can at least take the opportunity to rape and murder Tabitha, and he drags her away to do it (“uhhh… jinkies?”). Subverted since the exec watching the pilot decides it’s not a very funny joke and rejects the show despite Dan Synder’s protests that they can edit it out.
  • The Bus Came Back: Hand Banana, Willie Nelson, Dr. Wongburger, Billywitchdoctor.com and the Cybernetic Ghost all appear in the Aqua Unit Patrol Squad opening scene.
  • Bookends: The episode starts and ends with Dana Snyder (Master Shake's voice actor) failing to put ATHF in syndication.
  • Big Bad: A living number 100 appears as the main antagonist of the episode.
  • Creator Cameo: Master Shake turns out to be Dana Snyder (his voice actor) in a costume).
  • Cruel and Unusual Death: The 100 Monster drags Tabitha off into the woods to rape and behead her, “possibly not even in that order,” while she desperately and frantically pleads for him not to as a laugh track plays and the Aqua Teens have a "Everybody Laughs" Ending.
  • Damsel in Distress: Tabitha fills Daphne’s roll as this, albeit in a much darker and realistic fashion.
  • Dude, Not Funny!: The exec is rather alarmed by the Black Comedy Rape in the Patrol Squad pilot and points out that a character that enjoys raping and murdering women is hard to market to children. Dana Snyder says that they can change it, but the exec declines, saying that everything Snyder says is boring and unfunny anyways.
  • Expy: Tabitha is a mashup of Velma and Daphne from Scooby-Doo, responding to everything with “Jinkies!” (to the point Frylock asks somebody to shut her up) and getting kidnapped.
  • "Everybody Laughs" Ending: In reference to Scooby-Doo, the Aqua Unit Patrol Squad episode ends with Master Shake, Frylock and Meatwad laughing.
  • Fingertip Drug Analysis: Officer George Lowe determines that the murder scene in the house is fake after licking the blood and figuring out it’s hot sauce. He does this before noticing the dismembered limbs are made of plastic.
George Lowe: Good thing this wasn't blood - I'd be licking AIDS right now.
  • Greater-Scope Villain: Adult Swim themselves are revealed to be this since they’re funding the show and as such are responsible for all the situations Shake puts the Aqua Teens in.
  • Karma Houdini: The 100 Monster gets away with destroying the original series and murdering Carl and Tabitha.
  • My Friends... and Zoidberg: Carl shows up in Patrol Squad, but Shake says he’s not a true member of the crew and tells him to buzz off.
  • Mythology Gag: Aqua Teen Hunger Force was originally conceived as an adult Scooby-Doo. Shake reboots it as a straight up Scooby-Doo clone with very adult humor.
  • No Fourth Wall: Master Shake turns out to be Dana Snyder in a costume and he’s fully aware that Aqua Teen Hunger Force is a TV show, and the plot revolves around him trying to sell it into syndication.
  • Out of Focus: Carl only appears once in the episode.
  • Seasonal Rot: In-Universe, represented by the 100 Monster, which literally destroys the original Aqua Teens series after Shake fails to produce a boilerplate plot involving Meatwad murdering Frylock, forcing them to rebrand as a mystery comedy to try and get enough material for another hundred episodes.
  • Sudden Name Change: Frylock becomes Fryboy, Shake becomes Captain Pistachio, and Meatwad becomes Meaty Meaty Moo.
  • Surprisingly Realistic Outcome: Once Shake realizes he’ll have to crank out another 100 episodes he tries to get the Teens up to their normal shenanigans, but suddenly everybody starts acting mundane and realistic when it comes to things like fake murder scenes.
  • They Killed Kenny Again: Carl gets squeezed by the 100 Monster hard enough that his head pops off.
  • Token Human: Tabitha is the only human member of the Aqua Unit Patrol Squad.
  • Wham Episode: The show becomes Aqua Unit Patrol Squad and Master Shake is revealed to actually be a costume worn by an animated Dana Snyder.
