Master Shake tells Frylock he will pay the bills, but he doesn't so their water, electricity and cable gets turned off. Frylock wants Shake to learn a lesson about paying the bills so he doesn't have to do it himself. But instead Shake goes over to Carl's and watches his TV instead.

- Blatant Lies:Shake: And the gunshots, didn't mean a thing.
- Callousness Towards Emergency: When Carl loses blood due to a gunshot wound and is persistently calling for help, Shake does nothing to help and instead makes smartass remarks about Carl's health. Just when it seems as though he's about to call the doctor, Shake instead uses this as an opportunity to call a restaurant called "Dr. Cheesesteak" seemingly to troll Carl.
- Forgot to Pay the Bill: Subverted. Shake refuses to pay the bills because they're too expensive and flushes them down the toilet. Frylock ends up giving him a talking down to when their electricity, water and heat get shut off. It gets better - Shake, being immune to learning lessons, solves the problem by stealing power from Carl's house, which burns down due to "bad wiring" (Carl is too wasted to care).
- Karma Houdini: One of Shake's biggest. He forces the Aqua Teens to live without power due to his own laziness, he squats in Carl's house despite the latter obviously not wanting him, he lets Carl bleed out his broken leg with no care for his safety and effectively imprisons him in his own house, and decides to steal all of Carl's electricity so he wont have to pay the bills. The worst he gets at the end is Frylock angrily glaring at him.
- Reckless Gun Usage: Carl threatens Shake with his gun as a means to get him out of his house, but accidentally shoots himself in the foot in the process as he apparently didn't know it was actually loaded.
- Unconventional Smoothie: Meatwad makes smoothies out of spoiled hot dogs, but he can't at the moment because of Shake refusing to pay the bills and rendering the blender inoperable. He tries to get around this by using the underside of a lawnmower to blend them, and succeeds.
