Frylock gifts Carl the Super Toilet, really a test to see if it's safe for humans to use. When it leads to Carl's death and reduced him to a head, Frylock tries to find a solution without Carl wanting to kill him for what happened.
- Artistic License – Biology: Obviously, unless you're a monster from Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers, having a body made almost entirely of eyeballs is biologically impossible, not to mention painful since eyes are a sensitive part of the human body.
- Bittersweet Ending: Carl is reduced to using a toy car as a body with Frylock threatening to shut him off to keep him from suing for getting him killed numerous times. On the sweet side, Meatwad uses the robot body Frylock built for Carl to kill Shake.
- Didn't Think This Through: Frylock builds a powerful robot body build with titanium and armed to the teeth with powerful weaponry for Carl, who is supremely pissed off at them for causing his death. It isn't until Shake calls him out does Frylock realize his mistake and decides not to plug him in.Shake: And you're gonna plug him in?!Frylock: You're right. ...Damn, what the hell was I thinking?
- Disproportionate Retribution: Dr. Weird has Steve send phone spiders to kill a telemarketer for the mistake of mispronouncing his name as Dr. "Wired".
- Dumbass Has a Point: If Shake could see giving the guy who wants to kill you an indestructible robot body with armaments is a bad idea, then it's definitely a bad idea.
- Idiot Ball: Frylock "gifts" Carl a toilet in front of his house and lies about an invisibility curtain, rather than place it in his backyard with fewer people to see, especially since his room is shown in later episodes to have a clear view of Carl's backyard. He also almost plugs a vengeful Carl into what is essentially a walking tank before Shake points out how terrible an idea that is.
- Jerkass Has a Point: Carl clearly doesn't want the Super Toilet as it's in plain view of everyone on the street. Frylock has to lie that he can turn invisible with it.
- The Power of Hate: Carl powers through the pain of having a body made of eyeballs in an attempt to kill Frylock.
- Precision F-Strike: Frylock uses a computer to keep Carl's brain alive, which translates his brain output into text. It's censored in later reairings and the Max version of the episode, but the original is filled to the brim with more F words than the show had up to that point.Oh man, I swear to fucking God,

fart to fucking breathe, fucker. - Undignified Death: Dave Willis' favorite death for Carl is also probably the most comical, having his body sucked into the Super Toilet and being reduced to a red mist before leaving only his head.
- When All You Have Is a Hammer…: Because Shake sent a message to an organ bank that asked for a "buttload of organs" and was rejected, Shake is insulted as he said "assload", Frylock is left with a box from "wegotussomemedicalwaste.com" that is only eyeballs. He still constructs a body for Carl with it... one that is clearly causing Carl agonizing pain whenever he moves.
