Basic Trope: A character forgives another character for accidentally doing something perverted.
- Straight: Bob accidentally gropes Alice. Alice politely asks him to remove his hand instead of getting hysterical, accepting his apologies without any issue.
- Exaggerated:
- Alice never gets mad at Bob for seemingly perverted incidents on his part, no matter how incriminating it may seem.
- Bob walks in on Alice without permission while she's naked more than Once per Episode … and she likes it.
- Alice jumps into bed with Bob after a seemingly perverted incident.
- Downplayed:
- Alice only smacks Bob on the wrist lightly, before telling him gently, but firmly to watch where he's going.
- Alice gets angry at Bob but does hear him out and lets him off with a warning.
- Justified:
- Alice knows Bob wouldn't do anything perverted on purpose.
- Alice has a crush on Bob.
- Alice is a Nice Girl.
- Alice either doesn't care (she might even let Bob keep touching her) or understand why the incident is such a big deal.
- Bob immediately makes it clear that it was an accident, so Alice is more likely to understand him.
- Inverted:
- Bob is being perverted on purpose, but Alice forgives him all the same.
- Alice gets back at Bob for accidentally groping her by trying to kill him.
- Subverted: It seems like Alice will forgive Bob, only to deck him when Bob drops his guard.
- Double Subverted: After decking Bob, Alice declares them even.
- Parodied:
- Alice not only forgives Bob for accidentally doing something perverted, but actively encourages him to touch her more, up to and including sexual intercourse.
- Bob accidentally gropes Alice. Alice simply asks Bob to move his hands from her breasts to her tummy or shoulders, which are aching and which circumstances prevent her from massaging herself.
- Alice sends unsolicited nudes to Bob after he sees her nude.
- Zig-Zagged: Alice still decks Bob, but only because she's forced to. She clearly doesn't hold the accidental perversion against him.
- Averted:
- Alice hits Bob without giving him the benefit of the doubt.
- Bob doesn't touch Alice in a sexual manner.
- Alice and Bob have consensual sex.
- Alice and Bob never cross paths.
- Enforced: The creator wanted to Deconstruct the notion of Double Standard: Abuse, Female on Male by showing that only a horrible person would assume the worst in an Accidental Pervert while a truly good person would understand it's an accident and show leniency instead.
- Lampshaded:Bob: Huh, I actually thought you were going to hit me and call me a pervert.
Alice: Bob, I know what happened was an accident. I'm not the type of person who would do that. - Invoked: Bob reaches for Alice's boobs, the nearest thing to him, to pull himself back up after he trips and lands hard on his rear.
- Exploited: Noticing how understanding Alice is after the first accident, Covert Pervert Bob contrives to touch sensitive areas of her body "by mistake" in later encounters.
- Defied: Alice's Pre-Asskicking One-Liner to Bob after his hand brushes her thigh: "You cannot touch me like that!!"
- Discussed: "Normally the ladies would hit me and call me a pervert. Good thing Alice is actually understanding."
- Deconstructed: A lot of people perceive Alice's willingness to forgive Bob for accidentally groping her as Alice being 'easy', and so people start 'accidentally' groping Alice out of the belief that she'll just let it go no matter how uncomfortable it gets for her.
- Reconstructed: Alice gets more assertive about people touching her without permission while still being forgiving.
- Played for Laughs: Bob is flabbergasted by Alice being so calm and forgiving towards him, questioning her on why she's so forgiving.
- Played for Drama: Just because Alice is willing to forgive Bob doesn't mean that other girls are going to do so, automatically assuming that Bob is being a pervert on purpose and Alice is only defending him because he's taking advantage of her. Alice and Bob's pleas fall on deaf ears, with Bob being unfairly punished and Alice unable to prove his innocence.
- Played for Horror: Alice is surprisingly calm and forgiving even when Horny Devils touch her breasts.
