Ouja Survive (Shippu)
Ouja Survive (Mugen)
  • Intermediate God (Greater God as either Ouja Survive (Shippu) or Ouja Survive (Mugen))
  • Symbol: The Ouja Advent Deck
  • Theme Song: "Spinnin' Around"
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Portfolio: Big Bad Wannabes, Blood Knights, Evil Cannot Comprehend Good, Knight of Cerebus, Purple Is Powerful, Unite Vent, Stylish Villains, Evil Is Bigger, Crazy-Prepared, Petty Villains, Hate Sink, Jerk with a Heart of Jerk, Complete Monster.
  • Domains: Combat, Chaos, Depravity, Crime, Mirrors, Cobras, Death Games, Tragedy
  • Heralds: Venosnaker, Metalgelas, and Evildiver (his Contract Monsters, can combine into Genocider)
  • High Priests: Kitazaki/Dragon Orphnoch
  • Followers: Divine/Sayer, Long Feng, The Duke of Weselton, Garland
  • Allies: All Ascended Toku Villains, The Kurgan, Ali Al-Saachez, Gleeman Vox, the GUAE Trollkaiger (especially Yuuki Terumi)
  • Enemies: All Ascended Toku Heroes (especially Shinji Kido/Kamen Rider Ryuki, Ren Akiyama/Kamen Rider Knight, Shuichi Kitaoka/Kamen Rider Zolda, Mitsuzane Kureshima/Kamen Rider Ryugen, and Takatora Kureshima/Kamen Rider Zangetsu (Shin)), Masashi Sudo/Kamen Rider Scissors, Masato Kusaka/Kamen Rider Kaixa, Sora Shiun'in, Judai Yuki, Yukiteru Amano, Yuno Gasai, Reisuke Houjou, Shino Asada/Sinon
  • He made his way into the pantheon after he proved himself to be one of most despicable evil Rider ever exists due to him being entirely evil by committing every misdeed during the war of the 13 Riders. His ways had inspired many of his successors like Ryoma Sengoku and Katsumi Daido, since they do follow his footsteps of being an evil rider much to his amusement.
    • Shinji and Ren were not happy of his ascension in the pantheon since they had faced him during the Rider Battle back in the Mirror World, as the two Riders must prepare themselves once Asakura will make the same moves again.
  • Asakura somewhat became allies with The Kurgan after he notice of his bloodthirsty methods had impressed the Rider. No wonder that the two of them will work together so they can cause a lot of killings in the pantheon.
  • He also had the same reactions with Ali Al-Saachez after he is impressed with his destructive actions back in his own universe. They also look forward to work together with their schemes to wreck havoc in the future.
  • Also formed an alliance with Gleeman Vox as Asakura was impressed with his DreadZone show. Gleeman also has plans for him to be a part of his game as Asakura doesn't mind about it as long as he gets to kill anyone in that cruel game show.
  • He was also being close allies with the Trollkaiger. Terumi was rather impressed with Asakura's Rider form and his contract monster (which is a cobra), and it also reminds Terumi of his own Snake Motifs, which draws closer to Asakura's Cobra motif.
  • He was not very impressed with Takatora Kureshima because he thought he was his Armored/New Generation Rider equivalent but it turns out that the younger Kureshima, Mitsuzane, was following his footsteps until Asakura became disappointed with Micchy who had redeemed himself in the end. The Kureshima brothers also hate his guts because his depravity reminding them of both Sengoku and Sid (and also in Micchy's case, himself at that time).
  • He is not also impressed with Minene Uryu because he thought she is doing his footsteps after she switched sides on helping Yukiteru Amano. Speaking of Yukiteru, he, along with Yuno and Reisuke, hates his guts because of his criminal status reminding them much closer to Takao Hiyama.
  • He had an intense hatred towards Masato Kusaka after he heard his opinion on him being a "low life criminal" that even he knows better than to hang out with. This gets worse when Sora Shiun'in came along as the young duelist perceived him as an evil being probably due to how Kusaka teach his ways to Shiun'in. Upon knowing this, he swears to them that he will kill them someday.
    • Judai also hates him for stealing the Contract Monsters of the Riders he killed and fusing them, seeing Genocider as twisted form of his beloved fusion summon. It should be noted that this is also a reason why Sora Shiun'in hates him but Asakura only laughs at that and points out that his use of Frightfur Chimera makes them not so different.
    • To put it simply, almost everyone will usually agree that he, along with Sengoku and Banno, were actually worse than people like Kusaka.
  • Was very angered that his Arch-Enemy Shuichi Kitaoka had managed to ascend into the pantheon, after all they have a bad blood ever since he became a Rider during the conflict between the 13 Riders. As of now, he can finally settle the score with him when the right time comes.

    Dick Dastardly & Muttley
Dick Dastardly & Muttley, Gods of Defeat by Unnecessary Acts of Wrongdoing

  • Alignment: Neutral Evil
  • Portfolio: Harmless Villains, Villain Protagonists
  • Domains: Scheming, Cheating, Failing
  • Heralds: Klunk, Zilly
  • Allies: Snidely Whiplash, Wario, Waluigi, Yosemite Sam, Elmer Fudd, Nitros Oxide, Emperor Velo XXVII
  • One-Sided Rivalry against: Captain Falcon, Dominic Toretto
  • Enemies: Launchpad McQuack, Herbie
  • Vitriolic Best Buds with: Duck Hunt Team (mostly for Muttley)
  • Evil Counterpart to: Dudley Do-Right
  • Dick Dastardly and Muttley are two goons who are very unlikely to succeed at a race...or anything else for that matter. The two participate in a series of wacky races and for some reason, Dastardly wants to make sure that he and Muttley maintain first place by any means necessary. Unfortunately for him, those means end up backfiring on him, costing him and Muttley their races. Sometimes when they aren't on the track, they take to the air trying to stop a carrier pigeon. Those attempts are about as successful as Dastardly's attempts to cheat his way to the top in a race.
  • A quick Pantheonic kart-racing contest was underway with the winner receiving some money. Most of the participants were deities already experienced with kart-racing such as Mario and Sonic, but there were a few such as Dastardly and Muttley who weren't already deities at the time of that race. It would encompass a few houses in the Pantheon (Personality, Nature, Food, and Travel) and would take roughly an hour to finish. Dastardly and Muttley participated thinking it would lead them to something greater. Once the race was underway, Dastardly and Muttley were reasonably far ahead, but Dastardly decided it wasn't enough and came up with a scheme to block off the other racers. It backfired predictably, costing him his victory and annoying some of the audience (and even a couple racers) who claimed he should have just kept going to the finish line given his racing skills. The only reason he was allowed to stay in the Pantheon afterwards was because of his dedication to being underhanded even when it wasn't necessary.
  • Not long after the race had ended, the two were approached by Waluigi and Wario, two other meanies with a penchant for trying to cheat at major competitions if given the chance. For some reason, both Wario and Waluigi are able to do reasonably well if they're actually playing the game and not trying to tamper things behind the scenes. Dastardly told Wario and Waluigi that he felt compelled to cheat just to ensure his win against skill. Despite that flaw, Wario and Waluigi became friends with Dastardly and Muttley over their tendencies and have even told them to use skill as much as possible before the obsession to cheat takes over.
  • As the two have spent some time in the past trying to intercept messages delivered by a pigeon, they have tried to intercept some messages sent to the GUAG. That said, delivery via carrier pigeon isn't that common within the Pantheon and there's few other ways that messages can be delivered physically. Regardless of if Dastardly & Muttley is trying to stop a carrier pigeon or a mail truck from delivering messages, they end in failure like always and the GUAE doesn't take him seriously.
  • Some of the duo's attempts at airborne mischief involved going after Launchpad McQuack. The two were under the impression that he'd be an easy target due to his record of crashing things with wings. What the two didn't expect was that Launchpad is very good for a pilot despite the crashing that occurs afterwards. Dastardly & Muttley are very annoyed that they end up crashing in their attempts to stop Launchpad before the latter crashes his own plane. After Launchpad told him of his various encounters with the two persistent goons, Scrooge McDuck felt that the duo were comparable to the Beagle Boys if there were less of them, wanted to steal something well above the ground, and somehow even dumber than normal.
  • Used to share a temple with Snidely Whiplash over the title Mustache-Twirling Villains. Yet it was determined that their antics were too great for two villains to handle, so they determined who would stay oer a game of Monopoly. The game was tense (and there was a lot of cheating involved), but Snidely was victorious. Dick holds no grudge over the loss, stating he couldn't have given it to a worse guy. The two continue to work together in schemes.
    • Collaboration between the two became even more frequent when Dudley Do-Right ascended. As the Evil Counterpart to the ranger, Dick Dastardly saw it his sworn duty to mess up Dudley's heroics in every way he can. He... has not had much success so far.
  • Herbie is someone who Dastardly despises to no end. It's one thing that it constantly beats Dastardly & Muttley at racing, but it being alive is something that Dastardly just can't get over. Whenever Herbie is resting in its garage, Dastardly often sneaks in to try and tamper with the machinery in the hopes that it'll slow down Herbie. Unsurprisingly, those attempts have always ended in failure, mainly since Dastardly will get humilated by Herbie before he even tries to open Herbie's hood.
  • Muttley is known to have a number of daydreams where he is doing some sort of adventure or job. One of the only other dogs who has had various daydreams was Snoopy, who imagined himself as a pilot fighting against "the Red Baron". Both have very different daydreams from each other and have different circumstances for them happening. While Snoopy does have other bouts of imagining himself as something, his aviator dreams involve him fighting against one specific enemy and Muttley is a part-time aviator with dreams of going on other adventures or doing other jobs. While Muttley was off-duty one time, he ended up walking past Snoopy's doghouse. The beagle took a quick listen to Muttley's wheezing laughter and was under the impression that Muttley might be thinking of something. Snoopy then wondered if Muttley's potential daydreams involve flying and fighting a feared foe.
  • One time when he was taking a break from helping out Dastardly, Muttley came across a dog with a duck on his back. The dog let out a laugh that sound a bit similar to Muttley's own while watching someone else fail at target practice. Muttley and the Duck Hunt dog sometimes hang out with each other to laugh at other's misfortune, though the friendship isn't entirely perfect. More than once while Dastardly and Muttley are trying to stop someone and fail at it, the Duck Hunt dog shows up to watch the various mishaps and laugh at the duo once everything falls apart, with the duck having a look on it's face disapproving of the two. Muttley is a bit annoyed when the Duck Hunt dog is laughing at him and Dastardly sometimes throws something in frustration at the Duck Hunt team to get them to scram.
  • Wile E. Coyote frequently sympathizes with Dastardly over their shared inability to capture a feathered creature (the Road Runner for the Coyote and a pigeon for Dastardly). The Coyote is aware of Muttley being in the same situation as well, but Muttley's laughter sounding like mocking someone for their failure is something the Coyote has a hard time accepting, especially since Muttley (alongside the Duck Hunt dog) sometimes laugh at the Coyote's mishaps. Dastardly does wonder if Acme products could be of use to help him succeed, but he prefers to use his own tricks, not knowing that the various Acme products tend to contribute to the Coyote's frequent failures (the Coyote only told Dastardly that it was just rotten luck that the Coyote couldn't catch the Road Runner even if he came close).
  • The duo's repeated failures irritated Dastardly to the point where he wanted to try and prove to others that he and Muttley are really good at racing. This ended up going really badly for him, with Dominic Toretto in particular not taking Dastardly seriously at all following a racing duel that featured Dom easily getting past whatever scheme Dastardly planned for that duel and Dastardly getting humiliated really badly after Dom got ahead.
    • Regular racing wasn't the only type of racing that Dastardly & Muttley found out; they learned about futuristic high-speed racing while going through the House of Travel. Dastardly also found out about Captain Falcon, who was really skilled at high-speed racing, and wanted to try and challenge him despite how badly the race with Dom went. Given that the Mean Machine isn't capable of going as fast as the Blue Falcon, Dastardly tried to make a device that would allow the Mean Machine to hypothetically reach incredibly high speeds. Come the actual race, it began with Falcon far ahead and Dastardly's device exploding before the Mean Machine even moved, resulting in a swift win for Falcon and Dastardly being even more of a laughingstock than he was after the duel with Dom.
  • They managed to become good friends with Yosemite Sam and Elmer Fudd, two other cartoon villains who have spent a lot of time trying to catch someone and failing at it. Dastardly is able to hold conversations with the two for a while, with his first chat with them involving bemoaning about his own failures at racing and chasing. Sam and Elmer understand where Dastardly is coming from since the two are often outwitted as well. After hearing about how Sam and Elmer participated in two separate kart-racing ventures with Bugs Bunny and others, Dastardly wanted to know how to at the very least, avoid something as humiliating as what happened with his racing duels in the Pantheon beforehand (and how to handle space vehicles). Sam and Elmer do try to cheer Dastardly on whenever he's trying to race, even if he's destined to lose.
  • Despite their appearances, they actually didn't participate in a series of sports competitions whilst trying to cheat their way to victory. It was actually two other characters who resembled them, Mumbly and Dread Baron (the latter apparently being Dastardly's twin brother). If possible, Dastardly & Muttley would be willing to participate in similar competitions that are held in the Pantheon alongside some of their allies despite the odds of them winning via his trademark underhanded methods being very low, if not outright nonexistent.

    General Tarquin
General Tarquin, God of Unpreventable Initial Villain Triumph (Tarquin)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/tarquin_669.gif
  • Demigod
  • Symbol: He in his helmet and armor, raising his finger as a teacher pointing something out, above a box containing one of his "Tarquin's Tips"
  • Alignment: Lawful Evil
  • Portfolio: Great knowledge in the story structure, but not his place in it, wearing scary armor, being Evil Counterpart to several people at once, Evil Overlord, Dragon-in-Chief, Evil Genius, The Bluebeard, The Chessmaster, Crazy-Prepared, very cool and pragmatic, hot despite his age, self-centered, Villain Of Another Story
  • Domain: Evil, Knowledge, Theater, War
  • Allies: Lex Luthor, David Xanatos, Grand Admiral Thrawn, Draco Malfoy, The Narrator
  • Enemies: Elan, Abed Nadir, Light Yagami, The Joker, Lelouch, The Question
  • Rumored to have created the Evil Overlord List. Even if he didn't, he is clearly trying to standardize it. Many other gods are trying to stop him, because the last thing the world needs is for every villain to become as savvy as him.
  • Often seen visiting houses of Knowledge and Theatre.
  • Lelouch wants to defeat him to destroy his evil reign and Light wants to dispatch him as a part of some scheme. Knowing he has no chance against their combined skills and knowledge, Tarquin does everything he can to fuel the flames of their rivalry, so they'll keep fighting each other.
  • Joker wants to kill him for turning down his offer for Villain Team-Up. While his explanation that he "doesn't work with loose cannons" was considered a compliment, Joker has a reputation to maintain.
  • Rather fond of Yuno Gasai and had used several of her methods to "win over" his soon-to-be wives. However, he still won't work with her - again, he doesn't work with loose cannons, especially after her change of heart.
  • There were rumors he has a plan to get Azula back into sanity, have her reclaim the position of Goddess of Manipulative Bastards and then torture her until she breaks again and agrees to marry him. This is supposed to trigger a large variety of reactions from both mortals and other gods that he will harvest and use to steal both Draco Malfoy's and Griffith's positions at the same time. Tarquin denied it, saying that such a plan, while possible, would be way too risky and there are much easier and safer ways to obtain more power. Most of the other gods were convinced. The Question just added another conspiracy to unfold to his list.
  • Is very self-centered, when finding about anything suspicious going on, he is likely to assume it concerns him personally in some way.
  • His biggest weakness is an inability to recognize when he's not the Big Bad of a particular story. When this goes into full swing, his Genre Savvy can backfire, rather spectacularly.
  • Although previously judged a Greater God, in reality, Tarquin's power level is much lower. After the incident where His son Elan threw him off an airship for killing his brother Nale, Tarquin was realized to be misjudged and his power level lowered. Tarquin is still angry about this.
  • THEN it was decided his original trope was redundant with Genre Savvy, losing his title and position to a relative nobody like Abed Nadir, on top of anything else, utterly broke him. Deemed to valuable to let loose, the Grand United Alliance of Evil stepped in to give him a new title, the one he had built his life around, that narrative logic dictates that evil is guaranteed to succeed until the finale of the story. This new title has also granted him a seat in the House of Narrative, where he is expected to twist fiction to serve their designs, but mostly his own, but this serves them well enough that this is tolerable, for now.
    • His new position has found him a new ally in the Narrator. They share the desire to create stories for themselves only to have the heroes to completely throw them away. While the Narrator is ecstatic to have someone willing to go along with his story, Tarquin expects to finally be given his due and be made legendary, he's still unable to accept his place in the narrative.
  • Also present in Narrative Actions.

    The League Of Super Evil

  • Portfolio: Villain Protagonists, Harmless Villains In Threat And Intention, Considering Themselves As Successful Supervillains Regardless
  • Domains: Pettiness, Villains, Neighborhood Menaces, Harmlessness
  • Heralds: Henchbots 17 and 32
  • Allies:
  • Rivals: Zim, Strong Bad, Suction Cup Man

  • Enemies: Eustace Bagge, Rottweiler, Dennis the Menace, The K.N.D., Professor Poopypants, Inspector Javert, Spider-Man, Punishing Bird, Teru Mikami, The Dark Judges
  • With evil able to lurk in every street and avenue, one particular neighborhood would become the hideout of four particular villains dedicated to the most immoral things they can think of. Within Metrotown lies the infamous League of Super Evil, a group of villains that scheme to menace heroes and citizens alike through... rather petty and silly acts. Despite what their name indicates, the four members of this group are seen as simple Ineffectual Sympathetic Villains that are in fact overlooked by many heroes, as much as they try to show themselves off, with mainly the sillier and more often than not more powerful individuals among them entertaining their presented threats, to hilarious results. It's not that the League of Super Evil is overlooked just for failing their evil plans often, but it's also that such plans, whether they work out or not, simply aren't really much more than inconveniences to others, relative to even the goofier villains the Pantheon contains.
  • The League of Super Evil decided to set up a scheme to trick their neighbors into believing they were gods, in order to earn their worship and their pocket change to fund other projects. While their shoddy theatrics didn't get much attention, they received a letter from someone that appeared to have fallen for the trick, inviting them to a more prosperous place known as the Pantheon. With no hesitation, they followed the directions for the purpose of spreading their evil to the Pantheon, and in the process, sending their own intimidating message to the Pantheon with a device attached to the letter. Said message ended up spreading gossip among the Pantheon's other villains who speculated on who the four arriving villains were. A few of them were even expecting a similarly grouped yet vastly different of evil protagonists. Needless to say, those villains were sorely disappointed at the actual arrivals, who were quick to nab the Harmless Villain trope the letter offered them. As for why they took the trope, Voltar interpreted the trope's true meaning as a plead of mercy saying "Harm less, Villain!" Given how the trope fit them anyway, those who scoffed at how incompetent and silly they were would be displeased to know that they had a valid reason to have the trope and stay in the Pantheon.
  • It took no time at all for the League of Super Evil to completely forget about their previous plan in favor of showing the Pantheon their beloved brand of evil. The forces of L.O.S.E. would begin menacing the Pantheon by setting up barbeques without inviting others, wearing socks with sandals, jaywalking in the House of Plants note , and vandalizing the workstation of some unfortunate reporter named Clark Kent with permanent marker, confetti, and worn out batteries. (No one knows if they even suspected said reporter to have some hidden identity on a whim, let alone knew while they were doing their work.) For all their troubles, they just got a bunch of complaints about their fashion crime from some witnesses. As much as Frogg complained that weren't going big enough, Voltar decided he was satisfied with the current situation and declared that their operations were successful, and they would do more evil the next day.
  • They oppose the GUAG out of principle given that the latter is good and the League of Super Evil is well, evil. On occasion, they try to find ways to ruin the GUAG's day or to annoy their members when they aren't plotting against their annoyed neighbors, in manners similar to their usual business. The GUAG, being busy with handling more threatening villains or handling bigger civil issues, mostly ignore the League of Super Evil to minimize the time they take being distracted by them, with an occasional and clueless do-gooder sometimes trying to stop them. Results from here can vary from the League of Super Evil being carried out of GUAG territory to the hero realizing that their newest scheme doesn't actually hurt anyone, letting them off with a warning that is imminently ignored. For the most part, Voltar and his cohorts see this as the GUAG being afraid of them and being careful with them as to avoid their wrath. Dr. Frogg wasn't a big fan of this conclusion, but decided that menacing the much more serious heroes and law enforcement wasn't worth it either.
  • While they claimed to be a menace to superheroes everywhere (as in the whole-neighborhood "everywhere"), they mostly plot against bratty neighborhood kids in attempts to either inconvenience them or one-up them. Given that it's not exactly the most threatening or worrying thing on many heroes' lists, their schemes usually get put to work as it was before their ascension, with children deities like Dennis the Menace retaliating as part of the usual business. However, the main team of the Kids Next Door, pretty much run by children, eventually had to consider the League Of Super Evil a legitimate threat to children's fun, in spite of protest arguing that dealing with them would be a waste of time. With the KND actually becoming a common obstacle to the goals of L.O.S.E., Voltar and his team have grown a more competitive and personal grudge toward the KND overall, which hasn't meant that they've been a bigger threat to the KND, but just a bigger pain in the butt to their everyday work.
    • They allied with I. M. Meen, who also had a vendetta against brainy children, wanting to imprison them in books for trying to learn basic grammar. Finding the idea of stuffing annoying kids from across the street in a book as hilarious and suitable, the League Of Super Evil was a fitting ally for Meen in his crusade against elementary-school children trying to read books. The League Of Super Evil also used to work with Professor Poopypants in plotting against schoolchildren, because giving them stupidly funny names and giving them swirlies through living toilets sounded appealing to the League Of Super Evil. However, at some point, Professor Poopypants tried to remove everyone's laughter once again, which Voltar didn't approve of, being proud of his own laughter. It then turned out that L.O.S.E. never even knew Professor Poopypants' name until that day somehow, causing them to get into a laughing fit once they bothered to recognize it.
  • Their brand of villainy, being simple misdemeanors and odd passes for the purpose of mildly inconveniencing or frustrating the local neighbors isn't considered as anything notable in the Pantheon, which is full of heroes and villains getting in much more significant events regularly. In fact, only grouchy neighbors like Eustace Bagge or Mr. Rottweiler bother taking the League Of Super Evil seriously. As for allied villains, their light and silly methods of causing trouble would get them affiliated with other individuals with a similar "harmless and silly" reputation, like Jack Spicer, Dick Dastardly, the Team Rocket Trio, or even the Doronbo Gang (if only to pass the time between their more serious attempts at mayhem, being distant otherwise). They all have their own reasons for being in league with these four troublemakers despite their reputation. Some could care less about using them to perform schemes better, and just want their company to hang around with during a wanted break or to have silly games with. Others appreciate them for accepting their own attempts at villainy, successful or not, where other villains would mock them for it, like Dr. Drakken, not that Shego is happy about being associated with them by proxy. Then there are those like The Amoeba Boys who actually idolize the League Of Super Evil as legitimate mentors of the type of evil actions they want to embrace. Regardless of the reason, Voltar decided to refer to these consistent allies of theirs as "recruited subordinates", making them the "L.O.S.E.R.S." That said, very few of the allied villains take Voltar's "leadership" seriously at all, and usually ignore whatever unpleasing demands Voltar makes for their own convenience anyway, doing whatever they want.
    • There are some other villains that hang out with the League Of Super Evil due to not minding what L.O.S.E. is up to all of time, but don't want to be too affiliated with them for their own reasons. Professor Nutmeg works with them since they actually do try to help the Professor deal with Felix the Cat, not that it helps too much, but out of pride, doesn't want to be considered "one of them". Robbie Rotten finds the plans of Voltar and his team amusing and amicable baddies to get along with, and Voltar thinks that Robbie Rotten's schemes to make everyone else lazy is a delightful purpose to pursue. While Dr. Doofenshmirtz considers himself retired from villainy, he doesn't really consider the works of L.O.S.E. as truly "evil", and sometimes plays along whenever he gets the itch to cause some trouble, considering that he believes his collaborating with these villains as "all the fun parts of evil without all of the scary and dangerous stuff".
  • While the League Of Super Evil is justifiably overlooked by many for their actions being nonthreatening in both design and execution, sometimes they can surprise their enemies and even themselves with the weird things they do in order to pursue an unusual and petty objective. In many cases, experts would call these moments from other harmless villains as occasions of being a Not-So-Harmless Villain, but in these cases, not only are their times of becoming a legitimate threat usually on complete accident, but they even stray from whatever L.O.S.E. had originally planned in mind. In an attempt to make their own servants for scooping up Doomageddon's (radioactive) Road Apples, they created clones of themselves that were magnitudes more competent than them to menace even the government. Thankfully, said clones were short-lived, and L.O.S.E. took advantage of the occasion to make the government scoop up the poop. Said incidents have continued in the Pantheon, and conveniently when no one paid attention to them, the League Of Super Evil ended up stealing a car (which was actually MEGAS' head) and wrecking a city with the mech while Coop and Jamie were at a nearby restaurant, unhappy to hear the news, all while trying to hijack a radio station just for taunting a visiting hero, so L.O.S.E. can't really be completely dismissed as a non-dangerous group for that reason. At least Inspector Javert doesn't make this mistake, but being the type of chase someone over stealing a loaf of bread, Javert is always going to pursue the League Of Super Evil for all of the minor offenses the League Of Super Evil has committed, not that it would save him from the mischief and misfortune that comes along with dealing with the forces of L.O.S.E.
  • While not commonly enforced in the Pantheon, the League Of Super Evil set up a pizza party expecting that if the deliveryman took longer than 30 minutes to arrive, the pizza would be free, as it was in the last occasion they tried that. Their delivery would be challenged by the unlucky Peter Parker delivering as Spiderman, but that didn't worry Voltar who invited all of his allies just to sabotage Spider Man with everything they had. Despite Spider-Man noting how overkill that L.O.S.E. was getting to slow down him down that it was probably illegal, he still decided to go through with the delivery, expecting that it was some villainous gambit given how tactical and experienced the sabotage was. Even getting one of the Doronbo Gang's mechs thrown at him and a freeze ray from Dr. Drakken would be overcome, but it turned out that Spider-Man barely failed to deliver the pizzas in 30 minutes, not that the delivery rule was even applicable here. Disappointed in the motive, Spider-Man left without bothering to get paid for it. Unfortunately for the League Of Super Evil, all of the pizzas were flipped, leaving everyone unsatisfied by the plot.
  • The Grand United Alliance of Evil, generally consisted of much more competent, deadly, and seriously malevolent villains, despise the League Of Super Evil's presence in the Pantheon, seeing them as an utter mockery of their causes. It's considered taboo to even mention the name "League Of Super Evil" there, since they want to just pretend that L.O.S.E. doesn't even exist so other villains' blood doesn't boil up from rage. In general, any competent villain out there doesn't consider the League Of Super Evil as even small-fry villains, just pathetic wimps trying to put on a show, and generally brush them aside if they ever meet. The League Of Super Evil have to tried to either apply or even request the GUAE join them, and it has never ended well for the four of them.
    • There were some rival meanies that actually get in petty conflicts with Voltar and his team, one being Strong Bad who considered them as the new annoying neighbors on the block and ended up getting in crazy antics with The Cheat's help trying to one-up the schemes of L.O.S.E. They've also seen Suction Cup Man climb up towers and L.O.S.E. decided to try one-upping him, with them trying to follow him through other convoluted methods like plungers, sticky gloves, and Doktor Froggnote . They ended up in a hospital a few minutes. Then there was Zim, an alien attempting to conquer Earth, but yet saw Voltar as a rival alien and a legitimate enemy to his campaign, which Voltar's boastful nature only appeared to justify Zim's suspicions. Doomageddon also began to bully Zim's "dog", actually GIR, over food, which caused them to be legitimate enemies as well. Dib Membrane isn't sure whether Zim and Voltar's conflict is a good thing or a sign of worse things to come.
  • While trying to imprint their faces all over their neighbors' windows to annoy them, they encountered a recently escaped Anomaly known as Punishing Bird, who decided to immediately attack them for their petty crimes. Landing on top of Voltar's head and pecking him repeatedly, Voltar freaked out and attempted to shake the bird off to no avail, and Voltar's short arms couldn't even reach Punishing Bird either. Red Menace attempted to pet the bird, but Voltar was getting frustrated at the pecking and ordered Doktor Frogg to shoot at Punishing Bird. While Doktor Frogg tried, he kept missing his moving target with his weapons and ended up blasting Voltar repeatedly, perhaps for Frogg's own good in hindsight. After chasing Voltar with Punishing Bird pecking his head to the point where they could get a clear shot at Punishing Bird, Doomageddon took the opportunity to pounce on the bird, but it led to Punishing Bird retaliating by opening up and using Doomageddon as a chew toy. Frightenied by the transformed bird, the rest of the team ran away with Punishing Bird after them, back into the House of Villains where many more aggressive crooks willing to attack any annoyance with great force resided.
  • Teru Mikami, who also immediately saw the League Of Super Evil as crooks to be deleted for their minor crimes, eventually decided to use the replica of Ryuk's Death Note on him as soon as he found the proper opportunity to use it in the first place, just to get rid of him. He started with Doomageddon, which ended up being a mistake given that with Doomageddon's teleporting powers, the undisclosed cause of death written for the doomhound created a Noodle Incident that unexpectedly led to some apartments getting wrecked and Teru Mikami dying as collateral damage. The other three members running after Doomageddon would end up finding the Death Note left behind. Voltar picked the book up in curiosity, and were soon greeted by Ryuk, who explained its purpose to the villains. Not one to let an opportunity to cause unfortunate fates to hapless citizens pass by, Voltar took out a pencil and began writing into the Death Note:
Voltar: "Let's write our first victims down..."
Voltar's writing: "That stupid looking kid who stuck his tongue out at me - He will turn PINK and eat earthworms!"
"The mailman with the funny mustache who didn't deliver me a dart gun - Give him the SUPER CYCLONE TRIPLE WEDGIE!"
"That granny crossing the street right over there - Make her trip on a banana peel or something."
    • Watching none of the intended victims get what was expected made the others realize that Voltar doesn't even know or bother knowing the names of the people around him. Maybe Voltar doesn't even bother remembering their face properly. When Doktor Frogg suggested how to recognize people and use it properly, Voltar proceeded to use it on him. Doktor Frogg, in rage at seeing his "cause of death" made him take the Note and write the same fate for Voltar. After realizing the deaths didn't immediately happen for them, they decided to throw out the book and told Ryuk to shove it. Just a few minutes later as they walked away, Voltar and Doktor Frogg suddenly got crushed by a giant flying gorilla that came from the nearby laboratory. Red Menace could only note how similar it was to what the other two wrote in the Death Note.
  • The League Of Super Evil has had to take on heroes that resemble parodies of actual heroes in the Pantheon, and for some reason, see the actual inspirations as the characters that they always dealt with back then, despite the obvious differences and much greater competency overall. But unfortunately, the League Of Super Evil isn't the type to move on from making relations from simple resemblances and commonalities. They've taken on many of the Power Rangers teams and even some of the Super Sentai teams mistaking all of them for being the Force Fighters V, and it predictably ending with the villains getting their hinds whooped in the end. Doktor Frogg decided to follow and impress Catwoman one night, mistaking her for The Cougar. He got thrown off a building for his troubles, which seems excessive, but given his remarks about "hiding the old age, wrinkles, and the sags well", people would call it understandable.
  • Red Menace, for being part of a "villainous group", is perhaps of the friendliest crooks out there, perhaps even more sweet and gentle than your average hero, even. Regardless, it hasn't stopped Red Menace from going along with Voltar's plans, and getting caught up in the madness of their chaos. Red Menace managed to meet up with and befriend Kronk, who also had a reputation for working with a much more serious villain, Yzma, all while enjoying nature and being a friend to children. Their similar natures made them quick to get along, and it helped that Red Menace enjoys Kronk's spinach puffs, which is why Red Menace sometimes invites Kronk to the League Of Super Evil's place for a bit, which Kronk sometimes goes along with if the plot seems harmless. That said, people who see him as a softie often forget that he still is very strong as his role on the team would indicate, and the few people that manage to push his buttons end up regretting it.
  • Doomageddon is an odd pet of the League Of Super Evil, whose vast array of abilities befuddle others on how the League Of Super Evil came to make the doomhound join him. From absurd strength, invisibility, fire breath, and more consistently, teleportation and connection to his own dimension, Doomworld, which some sources claim to be a much more cheery and pretty place than the name implies. Let's just say that Judge Death's unwanted trip to the place after his attempt to murder them all just for existing left the poor Dark Judge traumatized. Although Doomageddon displays himself to be a much more worrisome physical threat than the rest of his team, he has no problem sticking with the team, if only to use his powers to mess with the team instead of their enemies. Looking at Dick Dastardly's relationship with his sidekick Muttley, one can realize why Doomageddon doesn't bother searching for different owners. Additionally, he had been seen in an agent suit dealing with the works of Good-aligned scientists and governments, going by 00-Geddon. On these occasions, he's had to get in fights with Perry the Platypus on his secret agent job, though neither L.O.S.E. nor Doofenshmirtz bat an eye at "Double-O-Geddon".

  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Portfolio: A Nicaraguan terrorist who desires revenge against the US and other First-World countries, a traditional anarchist in a sense, mastered his fury over the course of his life, an avid reader of Ulysses, paints himself as a messiah to the downtrodden masses, once a great man who lost his sister and father to the US, has a lot of plans and charisma to support him
  • Domains: Leaders, Charisma, War, Retribution, Anarchy
  • Heralds: Robert DeFalco and his Cordis Die supporters, Jose Luiz and Joesfina Menendez (his father and sister respectively)
  • AlliesNote: Gus Fring, Yuri Orlov
  • Rivals: United Security and Battle Encounter Assault Recon (less on Raul himself and more on Cordis Die's military wing)
  • Special Guest to: The House of Revenge and Retribution
  • Banned from: The House of Leadership
  • Heavily Opposed by: Other anarchists, V, Elliot Alderson
  • Enemies: Anyone affiliated with the US Government* such as Captain Alex Mason, President James Marshall, Frank Underwood, John McClane, Jack Bauer, Martin Walker, Sam Fisher and all other Counter-Terrorism Units, Anarky
  • Having been born in a poor family with a troubled history, Raul Menendez was the son of a drug leader of a cartel who used his reputation to lift his family away from poverty in Nicaragua, though it was short-lived as an assassination by the CIA would halt this opportunity. Witnessing his father's death was one of the few fires that would start his deep hatred for the United States and soon took over the cartel for a political change. He was also dedicated in protecting his sister Josefina as she was the last remnant of his family, something that he treasured so deeply and would protect in every way. That would not last as a grenade toss by a reckless Frank Woods killed Josefina in the blast during the raid in his home and was presumed to be dead alongside with her. The loss of his last family member left Raul with anger and rage that he dedicated himself in 39 years of his life to vengeance against the First World, using the masses and convincing them of their corruption to rise against the government. What entailed was bloodshed and chaos as Raul created plan after plan to rid the United States and China their political power and create an uprising for masses, called Cordis Die, to join him in taking back the people's lives. All of this, in a desire for revenge against Frank Woods, responsible for his sister's death. Just as his final plan was in place, he would be finally caught and depending on a certain David Mason's choice, would either be executed, captured and set free, or captured for life.
  • During a would-be speech to his followers on Nicaragua, Raul was ready and finishing his looks to speak to the crowd. Just as he opened the door leading outside, he would not be greeted with screams of his followers, but a view of an unknown world and his vision would look underneath large structures shaped as towers and domes, as if he was floating above it. When he turned around, a view of a courtroom was present where the jury and a council were discussing of his presence. As he was about to speak, a bright light flashed and he would be back from his preparation of his speech, as if it was all a bad dream. This was not the case as once he opened the doors, not only was his followers there for him, but the view was not his country, rather various other people from other worlds converged on him. It became an omen that Raul was "ascended".
  • Seeing his newfound place in the Pantheon, this became a great advantage seeing that Cordis Die follows his values of anarchy against the First World and him being considered a deity can spread his influence even further. Various followers and tourists that visit his temple can join him if coerced enough and adds more manpower for a global revolution. That being said, he only sees himself as a messenger than a god and the movement and it's intentions, while he has faith in it succeeding, is nothing more than an outlet for his plot of revenge, namely against a certain Frank Woods. The Pantheon may give happiness to many of its deities, Raul on the other hand can only find peace (albeit a violent one) once his revenge ends.
  • A smart man with a vision, he is not to be underestimated. As shown, he has quite a lot of backup plans and is ruthlessly intelligent at setting traps, diversions and a high value of authority both on his movement and anyone against him. Guns and strength may not be his forte but manipulation and wit are his greatest weapons, so much so that the First World, especially the US and China, struggled to truly detain him. He is also well-versed in technology, particularly with worms and viruses, which gave him the edge when he turned the US drones against their own. Combined this with a loyal movement which he fostered and a desire for revenge, makes him a high-value target and threat to various Counter-Terrorism Units across the world.
    • Despite the amount of high-powered metahumans, Counter-Terrorism in the Pantheon is still present, although disorganized and at times, cooperative only in certain conditions. This gave Raul enough time for him to mobilize and demonstrate his power towards the opposition. This created partial chaos among the Pantheon that some have begged for higher-powered deities to intervene but to no avail. All was going well until Cordis Die forces received the first wave of assaults on different directions. This lead to his first meeting with a person Raul recognizes despite their different stories, Captain Price. Price was determined to capture or even kill him if necessary but after a chase that involved multiple traps, ambushes and hidden pathways, he eluded capture. A second assault was underway but Price intercepted it, this time with help from another source, Team Rainbow. After the spreading of intel regarding him, all CTU units within the Pantheon prioritized him and was forced to lay low. Seeing that the Pantheon has a fair share of resistance, this gave him an ultimatum that the First World and their influences were still lingering and he was the key to rid of them for good.
    • Seeing that Price's intervention halted his plans, he realized that if Cordis Die were to survive in the Pantheon, he would have to begrudgingly take allies, even if he has to abide to the other party's rules. So long as his partnership with the other party gives him a larger reach to his goal, he is fair game to anyone. Price's origin made him meet with the Inner Circle and it's leader, Vladimir Makarov, of which Raul often sees him as a different form of enemy. While Makarov sees the world through the eyes of Ultranationalism and pure strength, Raul has emphasis on wits and intelligence, convincing others to join him. Makarov may disagree with Raul given his actual intentions, but in the end, his allied relations with Cordis Die may save them from the Pantheon's increasing resistance.
  • Once his presence was made known, many houses of the Pantheon had interesting reactions regarding Raul, with the most prominent being a full-blown ban on the House of Leadership as Cordis Die's near destruction of the US and other countries made him a threat to other kingdoms and nations, seeing that even a shred of his movement's ideals will help foster a revolt against the leaders. On the other hand, the House of Revenge and Retribution is his most visited house, right next to the Death and Postmortem House as his long-term plan of revenge never waned even as he grew, which takes a large amount of dedication to follow and earned him a large amount of respect to many deities in that House while the latter is his personal visitation as he makes trips there to mourn over the loss of his father Jose and his sister Josefina, to remind him of his goal against those who wronged him. There are talks from the House of Technology and Machinery to put restrictions on him, seeing that his Celerium Worm was among the tools used to turn the drones against everyone though some believe it might be too late as some reports have shown various copies of the same worm being coded, meaning he could have opened a back-door. Regardless of everyone's reactions, he is unfortunately here to stay.
  • To say many American deities have avoided and even wished him dead would be quite an understatement. Due to the extensive damages he has done to the nation, many have sought him as a form of revenge as they have seen him as someone too dangerous to be kept alive. The same can be said to him towards their country, seeing it as a cesspool of government bureaucracy and capitalist materialism and further taking it personally seeing that the CIA was responsible for the death of his family, especially his sister. Cordis Die is his response towards the First World and their corrupt ways, while he has mocked those who serve the banner of the government to be no more than expendable tools. Whether it be CTU unit members such as Jack Bauer, black ops members like Sam Fisher and heroes like John McClane and even those affiliated with their military, with Captain Walker, he has equal apathy to them with his rage reserved to certain people he despises.
    • When news of his ban from the House of Leadership was widespread, he believed the US Presidents had a hand in this decision making, with Frank Underwood in the same house to be his outlet of hard hatred. James Marshall was also another president he hated but only because of his links with the White House but his hatred is more reserved for Underwood, given he is the type of leader he despises, bureaucratic, cold, and a lack of mercy on his part. Underwood has less thoughts about him and has called him to be an extreme hypocrite who is rich himself even with the label known as the "Messiah of the 99%", of which he retorted that it was father's drug money and he simply continued his family's ways. Seeing that Underwood could care less about his presence given the ban, Raul gave him a reason to fear him: by burning down the White House.
Raul: This bureaucracy and it's tools, no more.
  • Past Makarov, many of Raul's links to other organizations are merely that of a helping hand and are in some cases, professional weapons smuggling. Cordis Die is after all focused on the majority, and he can use his influence to bring some help to some fledgling groups, mostly that of other governments and terrorist groups. This is most definitely the case with Gustavo Fring, a regular visitor of him, who has thanked him on Cordis Die's efforts to keep his empire afloat while also helping out on some drug money and weapons smuggling. Because of their professional business, the two have kept their share a secret and has appreciated the private company. He is also open when it comes to other smugglers, most common being Yuri Orlov, who is suspected of the one responsible for introducing him to the Black Market and introducing new guns to his forces. As mentioned, this is strictly professional business, but Yuri has taken complete caution as Raul's pedigree of knowing traitors and his hatred to the US may conflict with his profession, which is why he has kept a silent lid on it.
    • Back then, there were rumors that the Dark Army had extended their offering to Cordis Die following his debut, which gave a large manpower boost to give for his assaults. Seeing that Whiterose and Raul had a common rise to power through the loss of a loved one, this was very easy to goad him into her ranks as a pawn. This spooked many who already have taken precautionary measures against the Dark Army's massive grasp into basically everything within the Pantheon. As time grew on, Whiterose had suspicions when it came to the Dark Army's amassed allies, fearing that a power struggle may arise and that a group may already be self-dependent from the Dark Army's assets. That was until a dossier of Menendez popped up on her table and her reading what happened to China following his drone assaults against the main cities finally gave her the name of the culprit of the internal issue. But before her orders were approved, reports of assaults within Beijing were on the rise and the name "Cordis Die" was shown, seeing that he had already made his move, alongside a recording thanking her.
Raul: Opulence is sinful, and we all pay for it. China was the flagship of their absurd materialism, so I destroyed it. They thought I wanted to embrace the corporations. Whiterose, I could have buried you a million times over... No... I wanted you to see it, to feel what it's like. Today, two billion people exist in abject misery, tyrannized by greed. Whiterose, your influence are no more. Your military is crippled. You cannot stop us now. Cordis Die, rise, and strike when they are down. Strike now, and strike deep!
  • A traditional anarchist at heart, he is seen as the extreme version of it, utilizing the masses and sowing terror in the name of putting down the elites. The Pantheon has it's fair share of anarchists but some have opposed him more than others. If Lonnie Machin is considered the anarchistic compromise, Raul can be considered his terrorist counterpart, using terrorism as a tool to burn the governments down a peg. His actions is what sparked Anarky's opposition against him and what made him define the difference between his anarchism and Raul's own. Given that Anarky had visions and horrors of the true face of an anarchistic revolution at one point, he knew he'd meet someone who reminded him of that moment though debatably speaking, both have shown a belief of their morals to their movements, which is the only one thing the two can reliably agree on.
    • Outside of him, the stunt he did to the Dark Army attracted many anarchists to his cause but not all accepted his ways. V is among his harshest critics, as he may seem nice and at times honest to his movement, his desire for revenge is what ruins the entire charade and calls him a failure to anarchy as a whole. He believes that dedication to killing the government is what puts him on high morals while Raul simply is using it as a vehicle for his inner hatred towards Frank Woods instead of subjecting the government to a quick death. In addition, there were plans of coercing Elliot Alderson into Cordis Die's ranks, as the Dark Army was partially compromised thanks to his efforts and could use someone like him to disable them even further, of which he rejected as he reminds him too much of the Mr. Robot persona, all down to the idea of being a messenger/prophet. He considers it a shame as he is willing to lend him a Celerium worm as a gift to break down the corporations he wanted to.
  • PMCs have been spread out in the Pantheon, and Cordis Die seems to fit the Cuban Mercenaries type, unaware that his organization has run into rivalry with a few contractors. These ones however are not the gadget-reliant ones, rather, they are regular contractors with a contract to finish and are often in regular conflict due to occupying the same market. One is an American-British focused PMC group known as United Security and another is a Russian focused PMC called Battle Encounter Assault Recon, of which Raul has no hatred for, and has his sights on the war-torn Norvinsk region. Seeing Tarkov as a great training ground, he has given permission for new recruits to join the Tarkov conflict as a third party, which counts as a training ground for his forces.
  • "Come my friends, 'Tis not too late to seek a newer world."

    Sergey Taboritsky
Sergey Vladimirovich Taboritsky's eyes snapped open as morning light streamed in through the study windows. Was he in hell? It was far too bright to be. Was the Tsarevich not revealed to be bones and dust and scraps of cloth, all of his efforts, sins and atrocities for naught? Yet there was no sign of Alexei, or even any sound at all echoing in the palace. In the palace grounds outside, strange beings lurked and shifted behind the various hedges and statues, their presence betrayed their colors and glows as they advanced. Some even floated, eyes fixed to the windows in cautious curiosity. They were powerful beings, gods and demons both, telling whoever lurked within the palace to reveal themselves. If it was true that he had come to the land of the gods, then perhaps his Blessed Tsarevich is here as well, ready to be found and take the throne. He steadied himself on the corner of his desk and shakily rose to his feet. With renewed purpose, he picked up the phone and contacted any commanders he could. None answered. In this world, he was alone, but it was no matter. God had given him a second chance, another challenge to prove that he and Russia were truly worthy of Alexei's rule. A grin crept across Taboritsky's face, the first in a long while, silently laughing at how he could ever doubt the survival of the Tsarevich.
There is much to be done.

  • The world the Blessed Regent hails from is a bleak one, but marked with paths that could turn it to the light. This is not one of them. The Soviet Union had been shattered after Operation Barbarossa and again after the West Russian War. Taboritsky, a Russian emigre living in Berlin, was the one-time assassin of Vladimir Nabokov's father and faked a Russian German noble ancestry to join the NSDAP. He was originally affiliated with Vladimir II’s invasion during the West Russian War, but since dismissed his claim as that of a imposter and left Vladimir’s fiefdom for the Komi Republic, a Disaster Democracy that turned into a haven for extremists at all ends of the political spectrum. A fringe monarchist in the far-right Passionaryy Organization, Taboritsky believes that Alexei Romanov is still alive despite being dead for nearly fifty years. After somehow maneuvering his way into control of Komi and reunifying West Russia, he unveiled his true intentions: he would create a Holy and Pure Russia in order for the Tsarevich to return. To do so, he models his government on an extremist faction of the Nazis and conquers the rest of the country with terrible purges and poison gas. What’s left of his mental state continues to crumble as the constant massacres and total oppression still fail to bring the Tsarevich back. When the clocks hit midnight, Alexei seemingly appears to Taboritsky in his office, only to immediately disintegrate into a child’s skeleton. The Blessed Regent dies screaming and Russia collapses into a charnel house of death and extremism.
    • Other memories have seeped into the Regent's mind as a consequence of the many paths he could have taken. One where he disappeared into the woods on the way to the Aryan Brotherhood, one where he was voted out of the Passionaryy and left calmly composed, and one where he immolated himself in a chapel. The visions of every path ending in failure or death have shaken him, but he can't allow his resolve to falter.
    • Commentators and analysts in the Pantheon are simultaneously dreading and eagerly anticipating a rematch between Taboritsky's HRE and the Aryan Brotherhood. In some timelines the two warlord states never met, and even when they did their insane goals are fundamentally irreconcilable despite their ideological similarities. Taboritsky and Vagner are aware of each other's existence in the pantheon, and the authorities are gearing up for a massive spillover of violence potentially involving chemical weapons.
  • One midnight in the Pantheon, the clocks striking twelve were punctuated by a set of discordant pianos and whistles. An opulent mansion, not that different from the more opulent temples, appeared on a vacant lot, with screaming heard inside. Out of an abundance of caution, an MTF from the SCP Foundation was dispatched to investigate, but were soon overtaken by a toxic gas that melted them into goop and began streaming out of the palace. The substance was identified as Taborite, a chemical agent similar to Nova-6, triggering alarm that such a potent weapon could fall into Nazi hands once more. With help from the GOC and other forces, the temple was sealed off from the main house, but with Taborite unable to be safely neutralized at the moment, the temple lay unbreached. No one has any idea what’s going on inside except for a looping radio broadcast:
    Remain calm.
    The Regent endures.
    Alexei lives.
The Holy Russian Empire shall endure.
There is much to be done.
  • Despite the strict quarantine placed on Taboritsky's palace, propaganda extolling the Regent, the "Holy Russian Empire", and the promised Tsarevich, as well as various criminal activities determined to be in support of him, have been reported all over. Whoever dares follow him are still obscure and not much of a threat, confined mostly to Pantheon's underground political fringes, but efforts are ongoing to uncover what support base Taboritsky is building. What can be said is that he is a danger to every single Russian and should he get what he wants, Russia as a country and an idea will never recover. Even Artyom, who lives in a post-nuclear war Russia where he fights off the Red Line and the Fourth Reich, believes if the "Blessed Regent" takes control of the Metro he's in for an even worse fate
  • Only Alexei is fit for the throne and the sight of another Romanov in the pantheon - Anastasia - was enough to send the regent into a rage. He is currently trying to find ways to kill her but ruled out all cooperation with Rasputin, considering him a demonic wizard who threatened the entire Romanov family and his blessed Alexei. Anastasia herself was only made aware of the Mad Regent when she was kidnapped and interrogated about her brother's whereabouts. Having been separated from the rest of the family and suffering from amnesia during the revolution, Anastasia could not provide any answers to the Regent's severe dissatisfaction. Luckily, she was rescued in time by Team Metal and is now under much stricter security.
  • Taboritsky's ascension confused most Nazi deities in the pantheon, first him being a Russian member of the Nazi party, and the second being that he's secretly Jewish. While he shares most of their beliefs, they take offense with how his lunacy exaggerates if not outright parodies how destructive and doomed to failure their ideology is, and his methods were denounced as counter-productive and too excessive even for them. However, they can't disavow him as a pretender as he has the paperwork to prove his membership in the historical NSDAP, offering him more legitimacy than even Johann Schmidt, who disgusted by what he sees as a perversion of Nazi ideology. Steve Rogers naturally thinks Taboritsky is yet more proof about how inherently vile fascism and Nazism is.
  • Deathshead is even more perplexed that the Nazi Germany of Taboritsky's timeline won World War II at all. The Reich conquered most of Europe, shattered the USSR, nuked Pearl Harbor, put a man on the moon, and even constructed Atlantropa (even the Wolfenstein world had to settle for a bridge) but then collapsed into economic depression and then civil war due to their own ineptitude. While willing to concede that they were able to do so without incredible leaps in technology, the sheer inefficiency of Taboritsky’s timeline’s fascists annoys him to no end, leading him to conclude that the only reason they could have succeeded was if they were put on training wheels through the war after which they were promptly removed.
  • Imran Zahkhaev, Vladimir Makarov and Nikita Dragovich despise Taboritsky for what he had done to Russia as a card-carrying fascist and Nazi, even though their own use of WMDs barely makes them any better. They could at least say they did it out of patriotism, not a monarchist delusion. In response, Taboritsky denounced them as "Judeo-Bolshevik puppets" for their dedication to the Soviet Union. However he's more concerned about Georgy Zhukov, somehow still alive despite the West Russian Revolutionary Front being defeated in Taboritsky's bloody path to reunification. The People's Marshal himself leaned that his incarnation in Taboritsky's timeline is one of the leaders of the WRRF and one of the better unifiers of Russia. While pleased that he kept fighting the good fight, he could only hope that his counterpart succeeded in the timelines where Taboritsky never came to power given the multitude of other factions in the former USSR, good and bad. Zhukov has since recruited Dimitri Petrenko, Viktor Reznov and other Soviet soldiers to form an All-Russian resistance to oppose the mad regent like all other fascists.
  • The God-Emperor of Mankind was disappointed to find the Regent basically acting like another one of his priests, with Taboritsky enacting policies declaring "suffer not the mutant". He took no pleasure in such acts of cruelty to keep humanity from falling to Chaos, but Taboritsky's empire performing similar acts out of a complete delusion to bring back a long-dead monarch sickens him. It certainly doesn't help that Taboritsky favors the insane tyranny the Imperium can and has devolved into; Taboritsky's standards are so high even dropping tools is a death sentence, and the House of Law and Justice has only seen his kind of zealousness exceeded by the Dark Judges; Judge Dredd proved just as appalled as the Emperor. Nurgle and Khorne, however, relish in the self-inflicted suffering by a man thinking he is serving God. Due to the small scale of Taboritsky's activities compared to other struggles in the Pantheon, none have been conclusively proven to have intervened.
  • Given how absolutely insane he is, among the larger alliances it was more a question of "who, if anyone, would be stuck with him". The closest anyone has come to controlling Sergey Taboritsky is probably the GUAL, who manipulate his religious fervor into him thinking God, Alexei and the will of the Skein is talking to him. However he's treated as nothing but a mad dog who's destructive regime works as a deterrent at best, and more realistically so his madness isn't directed at them. The only member of the GUAL who actually likes Taboritsky is Lysandre, as he also believes in a mass purge and genocide to purify the world and preserve its beauty. Also while Lysandre isn't racist per-say, they're both highly elitist. However this only goes so far due to Taboritsky's sheer detachment from reality, as he's liable to consider Lysandre a friend and a subversive in one sitting.
  • His discovery of alternate worlds and timelines was not good for his mental health, and he briefly fixated on finding a world where Alexei survived. He even personally broke into the Locations and Settings to acquire such means for himself and he found just what he was looking for: a portal gun used to travel to other dimensions. However, said device was owned by a certain Rick Sanchez who then proceeded to thoroughly kick his ass and dump him back in his temple. While enraged, Taboritsky felt it would be a waste of energy to go after him and issued a decree banning pickles. Anyone found in possession of them would be assumed to associated with Rick and undermining the HRE, thus punishable by execution. His limited resources to enforce that outside of his tiny zone of control led to it mostly being laughed at.
  • For the love of every god, do not try to impersonate Alexei; you will fail miserably in trying to manipulate him. Sergey Taboritsky wishes to usher a chemical holocaust on the Hall of Disguises for making the idea of impersonating his precious Alexei even possible. He's interested in the Deadly Gas Caesar Clown has access to. Horrifyingly Caesar was crazy enough and so bereft of moral standards to sell poison gas and other weapons to the insane regent...just from a clear distance. Hexxus loved this as he's amused by the Polluted Wasteland Taboritsky is turning Russia into in an attempt to "purify" it. However it's important to remember Taboritsky is too irrational to consistently appease. For further proof, the man plans to tear through the House of Royalty to exterminate anyone who could remotely be considered a pretender to the Russian throne.
  • Alexander Rovias considers Taboritsky an interesting subject with regards to his sanity meter, the clockworks. However, he wasn't that mentally stable to begin with and is understandably not that interested in conversation. The horrors of his regime match that of her most stressful experiences, but being made by humans, isn't enough to truly scare her. Because of his very fragile psyche, the Blessed Regent is easily baited by the Trollkaiger who like to take the piss out of him with memes such as calling him "funni clock man" and saying he invented loli due to his IRL self killing the father of Vladimir Nabokov, eventually leading him to write Lolita. He can't stand them pointing out he has a Jewish mother either. Eric Cartman initially thought he could use Taboritsky's hatred against Jews and as as his bio-father is ginger he's also Boomerang Bigot, but Taboritsky was too insane for him.
  • Amazingly he might be the one mortal Zamasu feels sympathy for, if a purely vain sympathy; like him Sergey Taboritsky is a deranged Knight Templar who wants to see his world become beautiful, even when the way of doing so is so genocidal and xenophobic it's basically apocalyptic. Far saner/more moral gods do pity him even if they can't stand what he's done since it's clear that he's a very mentally damaged person who needs help...but given his position, trying to proscribe it to him is met with a gruesome death. It's said that Delirium watches over him, and Kefka understands him. The latter is more evil than insane and thinks what he's doing is hilarious, so take it with a grain of salt. The Blessed Regent naturally has no idea why people are making the comparisons.
  • Could be considered a Foil to Big Brother and the Party; if the Holy Russian Party is how tyranny is self-destructive Oceania is how tyranny can forever sustain itself. In both cases it's still a hellish Dystopia, and INGSOC prides itself on being well aware of that fact when Taboritsky is FAR from self-aware. In fact the chaotic Holy Russian Empire is something they see as a potential pawn/enemy to further strengthen their hold on the Proles. Sergey just screamed at alleged "subversiveness" going "I AM NOT A JEW, I AM NOT A CAIN".
  • The utter batshittery of Sergey Taboritsky has been compared to Aerys II Targaryen and Luca Blight. To everyone's relief Taboritsky's prior contempt for the House of Royalty and complete disconnect from reality prevents him from trying to strike a chord with them over their madness. Indeed, Taboritsky is so utterly insane even those like Annie Wilkes who are obsessively mad themselves are too afraid of him to try and bond. There was at least one god who made Taboritsky even partially resemble normal and halfway competent at leading, though: Konrad von Carstein. While people like to compare the two, Taboritsky regards him as a bloodlusted beast. As hypocritical as it sounds, he does have a point; because of how broken he is calling Taboritsky a monster is a bit unfair as his delusions prevent him from realizing what he's doing is wrong. Even if Carstein was sane, he would be no less a monster because he was always a genuinely horrid person and his madness doesn't impact that.

    Jack Spicer
Jack Spicer, God of Recurring, Inept Threats ("Evil Boy Genius")

  • Quasideity
  • Symbol: A Jack Bot of course
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil (but only due to his loud whining to be taken seriously)
  • Portfolio: Failure Is the Only Option (most of the time), Mecha-Mooks, Evil Genius, Goggles Do Nothing (most of the time), Villain Decay, Unpopular Popular Character. As of the reboot: Character Rerailment, Took a Level in Badass, Audience Surrogate
  • Domains: Being considered a joke In Universe, Villainous Valor, getting beat down a ton, Robots
  • Followers: None for now
  • Allies: Team Rocket (they sympathize, and point fingers as well), The League Of Super Evil, Dr. Evil, Dr. Drakken and Shego, Shocker, Sheldon J. Plankton, Mojo Jojo, Amoeba Boys, Rosco P. Coltrane, Gyro Man, The Shredder, Bebop and Rocksteady

  • Rivals: Devil Boner
  • Enemies: The Xiaolin Warriors, Gabrielle (Xena), Kim Possible, Ron Stoppable, Hideyasu Jonouchi/Kamen Rider Gridon
  • Opposed by: Lord Dominator
  • Jack Spicer randomly opened a puzzle box sent to his home after moping about those "Xiaolin Losers" beating him again. The box promptly brought him to the pantheon, as Team Rocket declared him their new stand in for most inept villain ever.
  • Jack complained that he did score some handy victories early in his career, but Johnson, god of judgement, quickly pointed out that no villain could fall so far as to have his underwear stolen as a trophy of war, and sent him back to his temple.
  • Spends a surprising amount of time in other houses, looking for things to steal, and ways to upgrade his robots. Optimus has quietly told the houses of weapons and craft to keep an eye on Jack, but to always have a fly swatter on hand, and pudding cups to send him away.
  • He, Dr. Drakken, and Wile E. Coyote have formed a group most of the Pantheon would call The Silly Villain Trio. Unfortunately, they fail thrice as hard. Until Drakken (hesitantly) revealed his Green Thumb. After which, their chances of success have improved, though not by much.
  • Jack is an Ascended Fanboy of Melkor and geeks out whenever he shows up. Though the latter finds his fanboyism more annoying than flattering.
  • Despite his low position, he admits it's not so bad, since he got there without the Xiaolin monks foiling him (and the fact that none of his tormenters both good and evil have ascended yet makes him even happier).
  • After the reordering of his home universe, Jack has managed to slightly step up his evil game. He's learned to secure funding by offering his tech skills as a service and is more capable of preying on opponents' weak points. Despite this he's still unlikely to triumph therefore not in too much danger of losing his position.
    • The House of Commerce was pleased with his surprisingly fair business model for tech problems: $1 for normal questions, $10 for stupid questions. Less so with the funding gong towards harebrained schemes.
