- The Chainsaw Consultant is a Cog with a chainsaw head who's actually rather pleasant to be around... until his personality override activates and makes him Ax-Crazy, hurting Toons and fellow Cogs alike. When he's defeated and returns to his senses, he begs you not to tell anyone and warns you to get out before the monster side comes back.
- The Public Relations Representative was locked in the dungeons so long he went mad from the isolation and frequently glitches out, stumbles over his sentences, and lambasts both the Toons attacking him and the Cogs that sent him here. His defeat speech is especially disturbing as his sentences break down completely, with a final message of "ERROR."
