Suicide Squad: Hell to Pay doesn't hold back on the fact that it's rated R.
- The opening fight sequence, where Jewelee uses her gem's light to bisect several guards, is very gory, with a cross-section of one guard's spine clearly visible.
- Punch forcing Tobias Whale to shoot himself in the head.
- Count Vertigo's demise, where we get to see his head bulge and stretch before his bomb blows it to pieces.
- The sight of Reverse-Flash's head wound is chilling, as is the fact that he's barely holding himself together using the Speed Force after Flashpoint!Batman shot him in Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox. Harley's reaction really says it all.
- Reverse-Flash attacking Bronze Tiger with a Death of a Thousand Cuts. Just imagine it from Tiger's point of view. You're facing off against a speedster with a very small but sharp knife, fully intent on cutting you as much as possible while aiming to inflict as much pain as possible, making sure you live for long enough to get the card off of you.
- The brutal Slashed Throat Reverse-Flash ends it with is even more horrific. One second he's admiring his handiwork, the next Tiger's neck is cut wide open.
Reverse-Flash: Did I say ten?.....I underestimated. - Remember the scene where Reverse Flash got shot in Flashpoint Paradox? Well, once Deadshot was done shooting him, he finishes him off with another shot in the head, exactly where he was shot before, and you get to see the scene again where he was shot through the head the first time by Batman, only this time, Reverse Flash just falls over dead, and you get to see a closeup of his Nightmare Face as we see him finally die, again. To top that off, his demonic eyes then fade to black as he dies, as if he is shutting down.
