"Chameleon" ends with Secret Squirrel luring the shape-shifting Chameleon into a room full of modern art. Apparently abstract and surrealist art causes Chameleon's powers to go haywire in a very painful-looking way.
Even before that some of the paintings Chameleon hops in and out of can delve into the Unintentional Uncanny Valley as he mixes with the various styles.
The episode "Greg," in which the titular evil gingerbread man sends an army of ants to steal vast amounts of candy to create an enormous gingerbread man of his own. In the end, Secret Squirrel and Morocco eat Greg's creation. And then the ants eat Greg. Alive.
"Queen Bea" has Secret Squirrel possessed by the vengeful and infatuated bee into doing her evil bidding, which includes making sure that Penny is poisoned by her stinger. He's successful in overpowering the brainwashing and saving her, but it's a terrifying experience of both having no control over your own mind and almost being the direct cause of your friend being killed.
"Voo Doo Goat" has a voodoo priest making an absurdly effective voodoo doll of Secret Squirrel. At one point, the gang gets into a huge scuffle with him and in the midst of it, the Chief crashes into him, leading to the doll being decapitated. As Secret Squirrel freaks out at the prospect, he soon realizes that he isn't going to suffer the same fate only because the "final touch" as to why all of his misfortunes had happened, his tail, ended up in the Chief's mouth. If not for this incredible struck of luck, our hero would have had a pretty gruesome demise.
